Very friendly staff. Great location. Safe, walkable distance to shops, restaurants & pharmacy but still in a quiet area. Offered free shuttle to Disney parks, however this shuttle does not go directly to the park of your choice-it makes several stops to other hotels which made our ride to Animal Kingdom almost an hour. Also, check that charging ports in your room are working. Brought the issue to the attention of the staff upon checkout & they wrote it down & were sincerely apologetic. Breakfast was ok, not great but ok. Did not have "to go" coffee cups, just small styrofoam cups & no water available. Overall, I would stay here again. The pros definitely outweighed the couple of cons.

We stayed at Galleria Palms for six nights and had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, and always willing to answer our questions or address any concerns. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks was convenient, with multiple departure times that made planning our days easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando!

Property was sufficient for the price but very outdated. Has a lot of scuffs and dents. Shower had issues and the WiFi would not connect despite trying multiple times / devices. Front desk was friendly.

Love this hotel, great breakfast options, friendly staff. Close to stores and the Disney parks. Only thing I really dont like, is that you cant take your breakfast back to your room. You have to eat in the dining area. My kids not only have sleep delay, but autism and anxiety of people. Getting breakfast and taking it back to the room, allows us to grab food, while the littles are still asleep, and feed them in a area they feel safe and not overstimulated at the beginning of our day.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast had actually exceeded my expectation. There was plenty of parking. The area was quiet with many restaurants and places to shop in close proximity. The workers at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. They assisted me many times with matters of transportation and information.

My room was cleaned well and fresh towels. Breakfast was amazing. Much appreciated. Only this about the hotel is the plumbing needs work. The sinks were leaking and you could hear the pipes rattling when someone upstairs turned the water on.

The hotel’s facilities are in serious need of maintenance and upgrades. In our room, both the tub and faucet leaked throughout our entire stay, and the constant dripping sound was very disruptive. Although the staff were friendly and courteous, it unfortunately didn’t make up for the inconvenience.

The breakfast was very good (there were always some kind of egg, sausage/meat, pancakes/bread/wrapped pastries, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt). Staff was professional and parking was easy. Next to many gift shops and several restaurants basically next door or a 1 or 2 minute walk. Walmart close by. Very close to Disney parks. I would stay again. Note that they do not offer long distance calls from the room or lobby - I lost my phone and would have appreciated the ability to make a long distance call. K cup maker in the room, but you will need to bring your own pods unless you want decaf (or just go to lobby for free coffee). Otherwise, everything was perfect for the price. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, and ironing board. AC was great. WiFi worked well.
