Food options during breakfast were limited for us . Also didn’t like them providing a spread instead of butter which contains palm oil. I believe butter is necessary when you have bread in your breakfast. If anyone is vegetarian, you have very less options. Bathroom - wasn’t Upto the mark as water was dripping which I feel should be fixed . Expected better facilities It’s safe, convenient and people at reception are quite helpful .

As always staff is very friendly. This time I had to rate 4 stars instead of 5 due to me having to change rooms in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was the guests who previously stayed in our room or if it was the cleaning staff but when my son took a shower around 12am (after the theme park) the bathroom mirror fogged up and the words “Jesus Loves You” with a huge cross appeared. In the middle of the night me alone with my kids it freaked them out and we had to switch all of our stuff into another room. The front desk acted very quickly however it was an inconvenience as I had to move everything in the middle of the night after a long day at the park.

Great bargain, well maintained older hotel.

This aging but well-maintained and well-managed hotel is a great value for a quick trip to Orlando for us. The room was very spacious with a small fridge and microwave, a bar with sink and desktop area with chair for working. The Wi-Fi signal is strong and fast in the overall room and hotel facility were clean and sanitized. My chief complaints were the very average bed, which was firm, but not comfortable, and the lime scale on the showerhead, because we drove into Orlando from our home we traveled with a memory foam topper for the mattress which made it Quite comfortable. We had to completely stripped the bed to put the topper on, and I can attest to the absolute cleanliness of that bed and mattress in spite of its comfort level breakfast is served from 630 to 9 or so every morning and it’s your average Buffay. quite comfortable. Great location near several restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus with daily options. I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only complaint if you want to call it that, is the shuttle service didn’t fit our needs. It left too late and pick up at the parks was too early. There were a lot of stops at other hotels before park arrival. We ended up taking Ubers to and from the Disney parks.
