All of the staff were SUPER friendly and responsive to any needs. The shuttle to nearly all the theme parks is a great benefit. The breakfast was different every day we were there (5 days) plus there is a pancake making machine. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florida to visit the parks.

A pretty good budget hotel. Location- super close to Disney, tons of restaurants, 24 hour CVS within walking distance and off the main drag. Service- staff was all friendly and had a smile. Room- nicely appointed, hair dryer, toiletries and clean. Only thing missing was a big garbage can. You have a microwave and refrigerator, that leads to waste that wont fit in the little bathroom can. Mattress was a little hard for my liking but I slept well. Easy to adjust A/C. Breakfast- adequate. I tend to like places that have yogurt, granola, berries, etc. This is more a carb heavy, smaller buffet. They did have eggs and sausage. Overall, a good stay and budget friendly.

Every time we come to Kissimmee, we visit this hotel. It is clean, convenient, and has friendly staff. My wife loves the daily cookies in the lobby! Great place!

Good for one night

Been awhile since I have stayed here and we were disappointed. The rooms are under construction/renovation but ours must have been midway done. There was caulking and paint splatter everywhere, the bath room door wouldn't close, the shower curtain wouldn't stay in the tub, sink was cracked, the floors were dusty, the bedding had stains and debris in the sheets. We asked the bedding to be switched and they did the stained duvet but not the sheets as the debris was still there when we returned. When we got up in the morning there was a literal work list taped to our door. Very strange. Used to love staying here for location and cleanliness, hope they can get it together.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in/out was quick and easy. Our room was very clean, but there was a stickiness on the tile flooring (maybe the cleaning product used?) The hotel had everything we needed and was close to many major highways so we were able to quickly travel to our various destinations. I would stay here again.

didn't like anything about the property. It's old and rundown area is not safe. The maid just comes in and changes the towels and empties the garbage pail. Doesn't do the bed. Doesn't clean the vanity it's in and out change towels, empty garbage pails and does nothing else would never go there again

No issues finding parking and it’s free. Near shops and dining options. Friendly staff. The hotel is a little dated but that’s not an issue. Our main issue was the shower sucked. The water was either scalding hot or cold. Would stay here again in a pinch if the price was good.

This hotel was perfect for the one night we needed. Everything went smoothly until early the next morning when I was awoken by screaming which sounded like a domestic dispute in the hallway. It did seem to be taken care of quickly which I appreciated.
