The property is a bit outdated, furniture is squeaky, my kids had a bunk bed and we could all hear when any of them moved. The staff was great, very helpful and the location is fantastic. At the end of the day, value for money is great.

The room pictures online edited out the mold and dingy feel (and smell). Even the doors were chipped and falling apart at the bottom. The front desk line is 5-10 people long from 7am to 11pm and expect each encounter to be 15 min long, even if you already have reservations. Also, the “free shuttle” is not reliable (if it even shows up - we were stranded at Universal and used Uber the whole weekend). I tried to complain at the front desk and was told “it’s a third party so our hands are tied” which was sad because we used this hotel FOR the shuttle that never showed (EVEN AFTER WE HAD A RESERVATION and the contact info is incorrect).

Carpets are dirty, dusty, stained, and smelly. A used soap bat was left in a corner above the shower. You could hear the neighbors thru the door just talking. Check in was 90 minutes long. Poor hotel. Check in on a Friday night took about 90 minutes because it's understaffed. Carpets in the hallways are stained and dirty and old. I came to the room and it stinks of how old this place is. Tiny tv. Rooms don't even have a desk. The AC of my room was leaking, so I had a puddle in the middle of the room. Horrible.
