The staff at the hotel were wonderful but that is just about the only thing that was. The room was very dated and seemed quite dingy. The bed was overly soft and the sheets were a very scratchy, uncomfortable, synthetic material. There were homeless people sleeping just out in front of the hotel during multiple days of our stay. I have stayed at many IHG properties and this was by far the worst I have stayed at. That said I cannot reiterate enough just how lovely the staff at the hotel were the property just needs a massive update.

Very low Quality, looks very old, not modern, low standards overall. The furniture, carpets all throughout the building is horrible and in horrible shape. This hotel is in need of a mayor make over.
