check in starts at 4, which means you may not get checked in until 6 or 7 pm. 3 story building with no elevator. check out is 10 AM. no early checking or late check out for Marriott gold members. TV’s are not smart tv, so that means you can’t login to your favorite streaming app. musty smell in rooms. Place is clean and plenty of space. no shuttle to the airport or the parks. they do have internal shuttle and Luis is great and helpful.

Really nice, helpful AND happy staff! The whole complex/resort really looks and feels like an apartment complex, but with lots of things to do. There's a marketplace on site to purchase essentials, and there is also restaurants on site for food as well as 6 pools! They had a DJ one afternoon when we were there at the pool, but I'm not sure if this is a daily thing or not, it was fun and quite festive. Our villa, was large, clean, and had updated appliances, nothing was broken! Despite the sprawling property, everything felt safe, with manned security gates throughout. I felt comfortable letting my 18 &19 year olds roam freely. Location is excellent as well, with lots of stores, and restaurants (fast food, & full service)right outside the gate. (~10min to Disney) All at all, A really nice set up especially for the price! Will definitely be back
