Room was Very clean and Service (although just once) was great. The staff was extremely pleasant and responsive. Only downside to the great view of the lake and water was the Proximity of Lakes (Bldg 3) to the Welcome Center and Zimmies, Marketplace. It was a shuttle van ride, too long to walk from the pools. And you have to text and wait a while for a van. Overall good value.

Check in experience was excellent - lots of tips and tricks for around the area that were very helpful. Map of the resort is a little hard to navigate. It’s almost impossible to secure pool chairs if you aren’t standing at the gates when they open. Families will take chairs to put their items on and not sit in them for a majority of their time at the pool which is frustrating. By the end of the day, the hot tubs were dirty but always clean in the morning. The rooms were very spacious, up to date and clean.

check in starts at 4, which means you may not get checked in until 6 or 7 pm. 3 story building with no elevator. check out is 10 AM. no early checking or late check out for Marriott gold members. TV’s are not smart tv, so that means you can’t login to your favorite streaming app. musty smell in rooms. Place is clean and plenty of space. no shuttle to the airport or the parks. they do have internal shuttle and Luis is great and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable and they tried to accommodate our requests to the best of their ability. No late check out, even with an early request which is hard when you have late flights. Have stayed here multiple times and have never had them say yes. Other than that it’s a lovely place to vacation.
