This place isn't a "resort". It's a run-down Super 8 that was repainted and that's just about it. The main attraction, the water slides are open a very limited amount of time per day. The lazy river is very small and the pool, although a nice feature, that it's 8 feet deep, it's disgusting. The bottom water grate that's used to recirculate the water was caked in dirt/mud and hair. I'm sure that the water wasn't filtered. The breakfast area was ok but very poorly stocked and had a roof leak. The rooms seemed to need repair and mine had a cockroach in it. The exterior concrete floors were in need of repainting and various tiles were missing on the lazy river. On a positive note, the staff seemed nice enough and were attentive with extra soap and towels.

So first off, this is a run down motel. Not a hotel. the water park is run down as well. The room door was hollow anyone could have kicked it in. The elevator you literally had to assault to get the 2 button to work. We arrived to a dead spider on the sheets. They are more worried about their towels than fixing this place. Avoid.

The room did not appear clean. The continental breakfast is bread, cereal, coffee, and a yogurt bowel. The kids park had a huge hole in the ground that was not covered or had a sign to let someone know. The slides are all closed. I would not return here.

Was originally not given the room I booked. Had to go back to front desk and then move family and luggage to different building. Handicap parking and elevator on opposite sides of building. Light bulb out in pantry. Whole properties poorly maintained and desperately in need of upgrades Continental breakfast mediocre,at best. First day boiled eggs and unripe canteloupe, Not able to take food out of area so no coffee to go! Definitely not the 8.4 grade this site gave it. Close to my destination but would not stay here again.

Our experience at the hotel was mixed, leaning toward disappointing due to several outdated features and maintenance issues. The continental breakfast was quite basic and didn’t start until later in the morning, which didn’t align with our schedule—we noticed signs advertising an upgraded option for $9.99, but we opted out. The room appeared clean at first glance, but after showering, I discovered the floors were surprisingly dirty, leaving the soles of my feet dark brown by bedtime. Amenities were limited: there was no refrigerator, only a microwave and coffee maker. The ceiling fan wouldn’t turn on, and the TV remote was non-functional, forcing me to navigate channels using the TV’s built-in buttons. My daughter was excited about the water park, but it closed at 6 PM, and since we arrived close to closing time, we weren’t provided passes. We were informed of a heated pool as an alternative, but it felt quite chilly—though she still had fun splashing around. Overall, the property feels very dated, and these shortcomings make it unlikely we’d choose to stay here again. A bit more attention to cleanliness, functionality, and guest convenience could go a long way.

The first room we were given had a dead bold lock that was cracked in half and re-screwed together. After requesting a new room, I was given a non smoking room that smelled of stale smoke. It was about 10pm when the vents started allowing marijuana odor into the room for the next 8 hours. The hotel charged a resort fee of 32$ that was for the pool and water slides. The water park was closed with caution tape, no water and concrete bags placed throughout. Let’s talk homeless, I counted 6 people on my walk around the property sitting in cars smoking weed, two sitting in the woods shooting heroin and what I can only describe as a full blown homeless encampment in the bushes. The pictures are not a real representation of this property. Please look elsewhere. Please

This place does not look like it is advertised. It is absolutely filthy. We found bugs in the shower and on the floor. Dirt and grime on the walls, doors, and light switches. Even the desk was dirty with finger prints. I did not stay in the room for 5 minutes. They do not answer their phone or emails and they charged me the full stay and an additional $100 which I have no idea what it was for.

We stayed 6 days total and they never came to the room to do housekeeping. I asked why they weren’t doing the service, and they told me they clean the room every three days. I said, “Okay, but it’s already been more than three days,” and they told me they were going to come… and they never did.
