The room did not appear clean. The continental breakfast is bread, cereal, coffee, and a yogurt bowel. The kids park had a huge hole in the ground that was not covered or had a sign to let someone know. The slides are all closed. I would not return here.

This place is so old. It is very much in need of a renovation. The pictures on the ad make it look inviting but once you arrive you feel disappointed. Don’t stay here until they remodel it.

The water park was under construction and they made us pay the resort fee for the water park anyway. The courtesy shuttle left us at universal and once there we were informed there was no shuttle back so we were abandon in universal studios

This place was horrible food what food no food just some freaking cereal and yogurt what is that. The place would not even clean our room we had to beg n beg. They only cleaned the room one time. Then we had to keep getting our all sheets are all covers they were so horrible. The place talking about a resort more like motel with a pool most of the s*** did not even work only half the pool area worked. The service was just disgusting disgusting I would never ever want anyone to rent this place out for vacation nothing this place is horrible horrible!!!!! I travel a lot me and my family and never seen some place so horrible as this place I need my money back and I'm going to get my money back because they did not amount to anything I can't believe the services here they are disgusting.

If you can afford elsewhere then stay elsewhere! This place is everything creepy and disgusting. The food, the beds, the rooms, the playground, the shuttle service - that’s “free” - but it’s not free for all parks! Which is noted no where- and they wanted an up charge. Front desk wasn’t even “sorry/or accommodating “ for not advising prior.

I'm not sure who has reviewed this place before but they were completely false. If i could give this place a zero star rating I would. Rooms were terrible, toilet was stained and bathroom didn't drain properly...Breakfast was basically bread alone with few fruits that were going bad. If you wanted a proper breakfast you had to pay extra. Waterpark slides were closed for repairs that clearly wasn't taking place and this wasn't communicated to us until the next morning. My family and I had to leave after the first night because it was unbearable and never even got a refund on the "resort fee" even though it was supposed to be refunded. This place definitely doesn't know the meaning of the word maintenance.

Oh, I bet if I was here for my birthday he wanted to be at a water park and when I get there, let me know that the five when I worked it was only lazy river, and a pool that was should’ve been explaining the details when working also, I stayed in the room drink it with another person and the gentleman banged on my door at 10 AM. Think it fell on my kids to be quiet and it was not. My kids and I are flying to the front desk and Y is with me in bed and on the door that was very rude like I could even sleep after that my kids are terrified then wake up for breakfast at seven no food out and put his five year great attraction for the first time and it was terrible.

The bathroom was one of the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There was stuff literally growing in the corners dead bugs in the bathroom floor. Hair all over the bathroom grime over flowing from grout in bathroom floor shower coating coming off and mold growing in the shower and bathroom corners. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The lamp cover by bed had blood stains all over it the room stunk so bad. Could hear people yelling and walking by room outside all night. The breakfast was really bad only biscuits no bacon or sausage as shown. No muffins or bagels as simple continental would have. Two boxes of cereal and a jug of milk and boiled eggs.. I don’t even normally leave reviews for bad experiences but wish someone would have wrote this before I stayed here . I told the front desk lady about how dirty our room was she said yes the bathrooms are bad and pretty outdated like she was def already aware ! And there were lots cheaper hotels in area the water park was mid. Stay somewhere else I’m a traveler so I’m used to hotels but this one is really bad

The room was run down and dirty. There was visible grim on the door, walls, window shade and shower. There was very little water pressure in the bathroom at all. The "we inventory towels" sign was a little silly as I wasn't given any washcloths in my room to start with and one of the towels had a blood stain on it. Luckily we didn't spend too much time actually at the hotel. No information about breakfast (where and/or when it would be served) was given during check in or in our room. The pool, "waterpark" and play areas all had a ton of chipping paint and looked moldy and/or dirty. The hot tub was colder than the heated pool and we were still charged a resort fee when all that was really open was the pool and the lazy river. We were told all other things were out due to maintenance. I understand that can happen but $25/night for the lazy river is a little crazy, especially because most hotels at least have a pool and hot tub and aren't charging for that. The employees were all very kind and that is the one and only bright spot on this

Hotel is listed as a waterpark, but upon check in we were notified it was out of service. Decided since we are travelling with kids, we only booked because they wanted to be in the waterpark, we then decided to refuse to check in and they are not refunding our money. Such a scam!! No one answering the phone as well to discuss this.

From the moment we checked in, we were given the wrong room. Then the smell of the room was awful & immediate. There was a smell of must & sulfur. We complained but were told that thats florida water. We did not get every 3rd day housekeeping as advertised, we had to request the service but even then housekeeping didnt come. So, if you want on vacation to empty your garbage, grab your own towels from front desk, throwing the used towels outside your door in hopes they would get back...this place was AWFUL. The shuttle did not go to every park for free, the staff recommended not taking it, if you were going to Epcot, as we did, they advised the driver will take you to Disney springs and then you can take a disney bus to disney world. This place had a nasty surprise for us every day...there are a fee restaurants with in blocks...a great Wing restaurant 2 blocks away...this is the ONLY plus to staying here. The hottub didnt have warm water, the slides were shutdown, looked permanent, so...things were not as they appeared in the photos. If you have booked a stay here we recommend CANCELING!!!!!!

The hotel was so outdated and run done. The room had a terrible smell. The waterpark was not open the whole time we were there. The free breakfast was awful. Overall, I would not recommend.

This property is very dated. Some work has been done in an attempt to make it look nicer but it’s lipstick on a pig. The water slides were not going. The breakfast was terrible. They had a giant communal bowl of yogurt you could slop some onto your plate and they had some bread you could use to make yourself some toast. There were also boiled eggs, two types of bland cold cereal, and some biscuits. When I got there the biscuits were gone and both jugs of warm milk they’d set out were empty. The rooms were relatively clean but we found blood stains on the sheets and the lighting was terrible. We had a suite with a bunk bed. The bunk bed mattresses were the worst I’ve had in a hotel and they didn’t come with blankets, only sheets. We asked the front desk and they told us they didn’t have any. Also, no ice machines, only some empty chest freezers in the lobby that would have contained ice for guests if the staff cared.

The rooms are EXTREMELY DATED. Bathtub was rusted. Rooms smelled molded and damp. Furniture is chipped and dated circa 1980' wood. Breakfast??? No thank you. Water smelled foul. Would not select this "hotel" again....it should be downgraded to a motel instead.

There continental breakfast is hard boiled eggs and biscuits not with gravy. There is no shuttle service to Disney. the waterpark was closed for maintenance. Like why would you even let me book a waterpark hotel with no functional waterpark.
