The hotel was nice. Reminded me of a renovated holiday inn. The staff was nice, the only problem I had was that I could hear everything going on outside and in the adjacent rooms which made falling asleep for myself and my kids to catch a very early flight hard. And the lifeguards seemed preoccupied with their own family members. I felt like I couldn't trust them to watch my kids swim cause they were playing with their own I assume family members in the lazy river leaving their posts wide open. Although really nice I feel safety should be first.

Arrived and the desk clerk was on her cell phone on a personal call having a very inappropriate conversation. The experience was very unprofessional. We then check in and arrive at the room and literally the furniture had chunks of wood missing. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. Around 8pm we stepped out for dinner and the entire walk way had a stench of mariguana. The hotel is an absolute dump. I figured at over 100 per night how bad could it be. It was horrible. We vacation in Orlando yearly. For 30 bucks more per night we could of stayed at a much better hotel. We should of just spent the additional 30 per night. This hotel charges a 28 dollar a night resort fee. For over 100 per night this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Do not bring children to this hotel unless your children are accustom to the smell of mariguana. If you smoke mariguana in front of your children this is the hotel for you.

The hotel hardware need to get a facelift - carpet, TV need to be replaced - breakfast service - very good food quality however service even friendly took forever - there should be a buffet option with that many families using the hotel to avoid this long waiting. The water park need also some refreshment - not enough lounge chairs - overall 2 stars max. Front desk by checking also not organized and slow

First of all there is no complimentary breakfast. You spend a hundred dollar or more and you still have to buy food vouchers. And last thing is i had two daughters go on the waterslides and they both got stuck, there was not enough water pressure for a 6 year old who weighs about 50 pounds and my 16 year old who weighs about 125.

Kids loved it. Parents loved it! Great for all. Can't wait to go back

The kids enjoyed the water park and pool. Only a short drive to theme parks. Convenient location.

This was the only water park hotel that was on sale and affordable on President's day weekend, now we know why. The beds are super uncomfortable and the pillows are tiny and flat. Our fridge made a constant noise and wouldn't close completely. Our shower would somehow flood the bathroom floor. I had to shower twice with cold water because there was no hot water. I requested housekeeping to come a little later, they never showed up and I had to request it two more times for someone to finally show up and clean our room. We kept losing the channels on the tv. Suddenly it would go grainy and there would be a message at the top that would say "Blocked". If someone steals your towel at the pool or water park, they don't care, you still have to pay for it. Keep an eye on your towel because people do steal them. It happened to us. The water park is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. There was a guy in boxers and no t-shirt smoking weed outside of his hotel room. That pretty much sums it all up. This hotel was horrible. Never going back again. Coco Key is way better.

A nice place to stay with children. Convenient to alla attractions.

This is a family-friendly hotel with a waterpark that would definitely suit families on a budget. It is actually more like a motel, and thus considerably less expensive than many other hotels. That said, there is quite a significant resort fee per day per room that you have to pay; plus, since this is not an all-inclusive, you also end up paying for all meals. There were 4 of us staying in 2 rooms, so by the end of the trip it all added up. They do have a restaurant on site open in the morning, so you can always get a decent breakfast including various omelets, scrambles, pancakes, etc. The amenities are okay, though the condition of quite a few things could be improved. Our younger daughter did enjoy the waterpark, while we were spending more time by the pool. The chaise lounges (pool chairs) were old and worn, and uncomfortable to lie on. However, on the last day of our stay some new and much nicer chairs got delivered to replace the old ones. We wish this was done sooner, so our time by the pool would have been more enjoyable. The rooms themselves are okay, though some interior upgrades wouldn't be a bad idea. The room service wasn't bad but a few times we had to remind to clean the room or take out the garbage. Overall, not a bad experience. The waterpark is a definite advantage.

in the four days we were at the resort, not once did the staff come to clean our rooms. Multiple times we asked for towels, and were not provided any. We had to hunt down staff to get toilet paper and towels. It was also impossible to get breakfast as there was an hour wait JUST to be seated... then another half an hour just to get water. One thing I will take into consideration was Hurricane Matthew. It is still no excuse for not coming to clean our rooms in the days after the "Hurricane". This location was not hit hard by it. Other than that... it was a pleasant stay. It's not a huge water park, but it was still a relaxing time at the pool and the lazy rivers. Although, there were only about 5-7 water tubes to use.

We had a great time. We rented a cabana and the family had a blast.

Good hotel for the price. We had a great time and overall pretty happy

Hotel and water park are a little outdated, but for the price are ok.

On top of what I paid through Orbitz, the hotel has a fine print description if a 25 dollrs per night resort fee. I didnt see tye fine print hotel description and paid in full the Orbitz cost for the stay. I was very disappointed to find out at the front desk that i had another 25 dollars per night to pay. The waterpark in the hotel is a glorified pool that was closed throughout my entire stay. The rest of the resort is a mini arcade that had sevral machines that didn't work including a rewards machine for tickets earned in tye arcade. The rewards wasn't working either. I i quired about it and the lady at the front desk of the hotel was rude. No attendant was available at the arcade throughout the stat.

It was OK. It was an old motel 6 or something that has added a little water park.

Cool we didn't stay we were doing other things got back late

I didnt like it water park is nothing what sees in internet

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel is extremely old and I will never stay there again. My original hotel room door was broken the door wouldn't lock at all. The hotel staff immediately switch my room but the pictures are not at all what the place looks like. Also this place has been closed for about 3 years and nobody even knows where it's located. I found out that this place opens and closes all the time due to poor management. I hope this review was helpful to anyone considering making reservations. Next time I will definitely spend the extra money stay at a Disney resort because the amount of money you would Pay in transportation would equal the resort amount.tghjkkkklsk

A bit honky tonk. I was alone but would not take my wife there.

For a one-night it's perfect. Wasn't able to go by the pool but I suppose it's a great thing for family trips.
