This place isn't a "resort". It's a run-down Super 8 that was repainted and that's just about it. The main attraction, the water slides are open a very limited amount of time per day. The lazy river is very small and the pool, although a nice feature, that it's 8 feet deep, it's disgusting. The bottom water grate that's used to recirculate the water was caked in dirt/mud and hair. I'm sure that the water wasn't filtered. The breakfast area was ok but very poorly stocked and had a roof leak. The rooms seemed to need repair and mine had a cockroach in it. The exterior concrete floors were in need of repainting and various tiles were missing on the lazy river. On a positive note, the staff seemed nice enough and were attentive with extra soap and towels.

So first off, this is a run down motel. Not a hotel. the water park is run down as well. The room door was hollow anyone could have kicked it in. The elevator you literally had to assault to get the 2 button to work. We arrived to a dead spider on the sheets. They are more worried about their towels than fixing this place. Avoid.

Grounds, pools and amenities very dirty and unkept. Breakfast was nonexistent. Food, cups and utensils ran out before you turned your head. Staff were friendly but we had to beg for clean towels. The rooms were large which is a huge plus. However, I wouldn't return.

Rooms are un clean. It took 3 tries to get one good enough. No hot water last 2 days. Continental breakfast was a joke, never anything left, tried different times to get something. Pools and hotub down most of the week. Waterslides didn't work at all and didnt look safe at all.

Pool side bar shut down.Breakfast was horrible. No silverware to eat with. Food was almost all gone at 915 when we arrive. Loud morning. Most the water park shut down. Definitely has potential to be a nice place.

During this stay we were given 3 different rooms. The first one we checked in very late and it had multiple cockroaches and was dirty. When reported to the night clerk, we were given plastic bags to put our belongings in. Since it was so late we weren’t able to switch rooms. So, we slept with the lights on. Corners of the room were dirty. Hotel is very dated. The Second room was not cleaned from the last person. I opened the door and the bed was messy. So I was given another room. The 3rd room was dark and dingy. After settling in for the night, I noticed water coming from under the bathroom cupboard. I opened it to see the sink pipe with water flowing rapidly out of the pipe. The breakfast was not good. Gallon of milk set on the counter for the entirety of breakfast. Not refrigerated. There were boiled eggs, biscuits, yogurt, and cereal. The dining area had an odd smell and I could over hear people talking amongst themselves in regards to the disapproval of the breakfast. This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed at.

The room did not appear clean. The continental breakfast is bread, cereal, coffee, and a yogurt bowel. The kids park had a huge hole in the ground that was not covered or had a sign to let someone know. The slides are all closed. I would not return here.

Location is not ideal, and the grounds were very dirty. The blow dryer in my room did not work, and the breakfast is… very lacking. Hard boil eggs, biscuits and gravy, and cereal are about it. The staff was fine but the room itself was also not great. It felt dingy and there was a soft spot in the shower floor. Over all needs work.

Room smelled horrible of water and dust, nobody comes to clean your room even though they say they come every three days. Ingrid calling front desk for more towels and no one picked up, no fridge or microwave in the room.
