Location - Easy to locate and entertaining the property from the 192 is seamless. Exiting the property is a little trickier if busy as the U-turn is only 100m away so you have to cross 3 lanes, which isn’t great when busy. No big deal though as you can stay in the right lane and take the first exit and then do a U-turn. We love to run and the running around here is rubbish. Anything over 5 miles is no good so something to consider if that’s you. Rooms - I mistakenly booked a 2 bed but it does sleep 4, however the sofabed is terrible. We ended up buying an air mattress to go under the 3” thick sofabed mattress. Besides that, the rooms are fantastic, clean, spacious and servers its purpose. The washer and dryer are great, coffee machine is superb (buy #4 filters). Didn’t use the dishwasher as we washed by hand. 2 points, we had 3 wasps nests, 1 in each corner of the windows. They couldn’t get in due to the mozzy nets but I flippin hate the site of em. And the 2nd point, there’s light switches everywhere. Could do with investing in auto-light switches. Saves you guys money too. The decor is old but clean and is what attracted me to book in the first place. Good old original posh furniture. Property - Spotless everywhere. Pool clean and very quiet (watch out for the water beetle 👀). Decent gym. Free Dunkin coffee in the foyer). Abundance of parking. Saw an alligator in the local lake which was cool. Also a snake in the bush, non-venomous according to Google. Staff - All amazing

Our room was so spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. The place is very close to Disney's Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. We were so impressed with nearly every facet of our stay at The Berkley Orlando and will most certainly return.

The info on Expedia is incorrect. A 2 bedroom condo only sleeps 6, not 7 which is on the Expedia site. The pull out couch in the room was so old it had a spring mattress on it and was so uncomfortable to try to sleep on. The washing machine in our condo was so loud that we couldn’t run it at night since it would keep everyone awake.

Having the washer and dryer in your room for was super convenient, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and many more good things will be staying here again. Maybe the only downside is they do trying to convince you to join their time share presentation for free universal tickets at check in.

During our stay, the U.S. Marshals kicked down a door and made an arrest right as we were coming out of our room. It felt very unsafe, especially because my kids were directly in the line of fire and no officers instructed us to return to safety. I don’t believe the situation was handled properly. In addition, housekeeping wasn’t consistent—after cleaning, they often didn’t replace towels or blankets and didn’t clean the room thoroughly.
