Having the washer and dryer in your room for was super convenient, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and many more good things will be staying here again. Maybe the only downside is they do trying to convince you to join their time share presentation for free universal tickets at check in.

During our stay, the U.S. Marshals kicked down a door and made an arrest right as we were coming out of our room. It felt very unsafe, especially because my kids were directly in the line of fire and no officers instructed us to return to safety. I don’t believe the situation was handled properly. In addition, housekeeping wasn’t consistent—after cleaning, they often didn’t replace towels or blankets and didn’t clean the room thoroughly.

The room we were in had it's own washer and dryer and the parking lot was gated with security. I felt very safe and the room was absolutely amazing!

We used the full sized washer and dryer in the room. The lighting in the parking area was descent and safe. There is always staff walking around. It makes you feel safe.

I have booked here several times in the last couple of years. I did not have a good experience this time. I had to wait for over 5 days for my deposit to hit my bank account. That seemed way too long and no one told me when I checked in. For that reason I will not stay there again.
