The room was in terrible condition and dirty. Holes in the wall, mold everywhere, cracked shower, tub would not drain. However, the breakfast was fresh and lots of Mickey waffles but the seating area was crowded and difficult to maneuver with a wheelchair. Lots of places to eat around the area.

I've stayed at a lot of properties around orlando. We vacation there and I have a lot of work conferences there since we're already in Florida. Just compared to the other reviews this hotel as I was expecting more. It was fine but I. Probably won't return. My wife doesn't eat meat and she could taste bacon grease in the plain eggs. The milk had that strawberry smell and taste to it right when it starts to go bad. The coffee machine outside the breakfast area is the better of the two and is available 24/7 which is good. But there was a crusty smudge on the touch screen that was there from the day we got there to the day we left. Everything else was fine for an aging place overdue for a renovation. No issues with staff, parking, security, etc. Plugs in the room work. Our sheets were clean but had stains on them. Pool was acceptable enough for a swim.

The first day they gave a room with someone in the room and every day we have to get the key change didn't work the hallway always smell like mildew the pool very small. ask to change the sheet dint do it came in the room the bed were not made.

No, my purses was stole, and it only because i call the police that evening to report my purses stolen. That said night someone knocked on my door by the time i got to the door my purse was on the floor in the hallway. The manager daughter sitting on top of the front desk, nasty place.

I read reviews and there were so many good ones so I booked. My daughter later messaged me that she scrolled a lot further and found a ton of bad reviews. I could handle a dated hotel but not the filth and chaos. Upon checking in the front desk staff seemed annoyed. She then proceeded to tell me that they had been swamped and she every time she tried to order dinner a flood of people would come to check in which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Like I was inconveniencing her by trying to check in. She then starts to check me in and very loudly says card declined. I thought that she was talking about the person that had checked in before me because I had pre paid through Expedia. She then told me that she was having issues with the card Expedia sends them (embarrassing me again). After a very long check in process we got to out room, the door had a gap when closed, there was hair and toothpaste in the bathroom (which was clearly not cleaned) and the room was supposed to sleep 6. The bunk beds had a weight limit of 125 pounds. None of us would shower and couldn't wait to leave. Breakfast was chaos, too many people, not enough places to sit, and we all felt like we were going to end up sick from the food (we did not thankfully). It was mass chaos and we were so glad to leave. We will not be back.
