When we first arrived in the lobby the hotel felt welcoming. However, when we woke up the following morning there were little bugs all over the TV credenza. They turned out to be sugar ants. I spoke with the front desk and thought I was told they would deduct one night's charge. That evening when we returned to our room the sugar ants were in the bathroom and other random places. We had snacks in our room (crackers and other closed packaging) to take with us into theme parks, but never ate any foods or had open packaging in the room. I went back to the front desk to let them know that the sugar ants were in more places in our room. The issue was never resolved with the ants being removed. The bathroom was not clean. When I splashed water in the sink to rinse some toothpaste down the drain, brown specks ran down the sink from the ledge where the counter counter covers the sink ledge. The room had a weird smell--it could be age. The a/c unit seemed to struggle to keep running cool. When I checked out and reminded the front desk staff about deducting the one's night charge (especially since I had sugar ants all in my room and they were never exterminated) I was told they would refund me the services fees & charges from my stay. That could have been a mishearing from what I thought I was originally told. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The beds were little dirty,we had 2 lights burned out in the bathroom never fixed. They had only one time for a drop off and pick up at universal studios. I will never stay here again.

This was very close to Disney so that’s why you should stay. The breakfast is mediocre. Coffee is awful, juices ok, desserts/bread terrible, eggs and sausage pretty good. Good oranges. Waffles alright. Rooms clean but ceiling and floor need updating. Elevators are slow need renovating. Didn’t like seafood smell on first floor. Free water in lobby- plus. Room price seemed high for what you got. Pool doesn’t get a lot of sun

This hotel is close to Disney theme parks. Hotel staff was very pleasing and the breakfast was good. Stayed only for a night at this hotel. The only concern was cleanliness. Bathroom wasn't clean and the door knob was loose. Reported that issue to the staff during checkout. Hopefully they will fix those before giving that room to somebody else.

Hotel staff very friendly & accommodating. Rented 3 rooms for a week. We all got sick cough from Ac. They cleaned it as soon as we figured out problem. Jacuzzi h20 low & elevator & ice machine not working. Elevator was fixed while we were there. Really needs updating was not the hotel I thought I booked. Carpet needs replacing & needs a paint job .

Great Location, Excelent breakfast but the staff in the front desk the supervisor not nice

Good location. Great breakfast, for the price. Unsure what else you want me to say.

easy to find, a lot of parking. breakfast needs a little improvement. you can't really put base of the free shuttle between hotel and parks. it is only one bus in the morning, and one in the evening, first come, first serve. a lot of stores and restaurants around.

It was a great experience staying ay comfort suites, they had many different restaurants to choose from in close walkin distance

This room had a constant damp feeling on the carpet and bedding and it had roaches. I kept this room very clean and never had any food. There was also a major problem with hot water. I will never book here again. I have tried to speak with hotel management by calling the choice hotels line and I can never get through. No one has bothered to contact me either from leaving a message with the hotel front desk.

I am writing reviews on every site that I can to deter people from booking this hotel. My room was constantly damp the dirty carpeted floor always felt wet. I overlooked it due to being in florida. Their buffet was good but the times were very early for people being on vacation. I return on the 2nd to last night there to find a roach on my tv console. No there was no food around. Again I tried to overlook that even though I am very uncomfortable around bugs. The next day we left all the lights on and I come back in the room and another big roach on the wall and another inside the fridge. I also had hot water issues. Yes I know how to work the controls. The water took at least 10 minutes to get hot and I even had someone come up to check it out and he had no clue what to do. So each time we took a shower we had to wait forever for the water to heat up. The guy said that each room was on it's on boiler system. I couldn't care less about that, I just want hot water when I want it. I spoke to the front desk many times about my concerns. I've emailed the choice hotels email twice with no response. I've called three times, each time being on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up. Do not book this hotel unless you like fraternizing with roaches!

This was my 1st family vacation and it was just wonderful. The area was great and parking too. I love our room even though i ask for queen size bed but it seem smaller. This hotel is literally near everything and you can even walk to the restaurants on foot. My children enjoy it except for the breakfast it could've been better. Everyone slept comfortable and we got fresh towels on a daily basis. If i go back I would go back to this hotel again. Thank you for everything Teresa *(housekeeping) you were great.

The location, room, and breakfast were good. My issue and low rating is due to an additional day charged on my credit card. I was there for 6 days and due to check-out on 6/26. I received my receipt the morning of 6/26 with a $0 balance as I had paid at arrival. I proceeded to contact the front desk, per their check-out protocol, at around 11:05am from the room though check-out was at 12pm. At departure, I did not stop at the front desk as there was no balance due per their receipt and I had informed the hotel staff that I was leaving. On 6/27 I noticed the charge, I contacted the hotel directly, (407) 396-4000, and was told the amount was for an additional day since I did not check-out and luggage was left in the room. I provided the name of the person I spoke with at check-out but the person I spoke with stated there was nothing she could do and transferred me to accounting. I left a VM for accounting and never heard back. Two emails were sent, original complaint and follow-up, and I am still waiting for a response as I only received an acknowledgement. Needless to say, I had to contact my credit card to dispute the unwarranted charge as the alleged claim that I did not check-out and left luggage in the room is unsupported. I don't have a problem paying if I was the root cause for the charge; but, in this case, the charge is unjustified and now I am having to deal with resolving their error.

Nice place to stay. Close to Disney. Rooms are nice size. A really good deal for what we paid.

I stayed five nights at this hotel. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Location was next to restaurants, in a safe area, I could see the top of Pandora from my window so it is close to Animal Kingdom. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, nice pool, good breakfast

Wonderful hotel. Staff is very pleasant and friendly, nice room, very clean . We will be staying here again in future trips ! Enjoy your stay!

Most everything we did as a group, Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld Aquarium, Clearwater Beach Aquarium, Capt Memo pirate cruise, Kennedy Space Center, Gator Land, Air boat excursion, Lego Land, and mainly close to and from the airport, this was a fantastic launch site for most or our activities within an hours drive. Every activity started with a complimentary breakfast buffet that gave the kids a great base to launch. We did have a minor plumbing issue that was addressed quickly and without a lot of upheaval. This was our second stay here and have also enjoyed the vast eating choices in the immediate area to choose from after a long day various amusements.

Very nice staff, pool is okay. Beds were like rocks but the room was clean, housekeeping was very friendly. Room had a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast better than most budget hotels and slightly different each day. Coffee kinda yucko. It always seemed overbrewed and burned. Gift shop WAY overpriced but there are plenty of gas stations in the area. Shuttles to the theme parks leave at wretched times so we ended up renting a car. Overall it was a great convenient stay for the week.

Breakfast was great, though i had a room with 2 rooms together. The sofa bed were no good, very small and no firm
