Overall, we liked our stay at Tuscany Village. However, there were some noise issues that would wake us up in the very early morning hours. We heard something like beeping sounds similar to what you would experience coming from a truck moving in reverse. Our room (building 7) was located near a garage for the village club cars and we suspect the noise was coming from there! Also the ceiling air conditioning unit mounted above the tiled floor entry way would drip lots of water while the unit was in operation. We called the front desk to alert them about the issue but apparently it was not resolved during our stay. On the morning of check out day it was dripping away as usual. The last comment is on parking. At the beginning of the week we had no issues parking our car close to our building. Towards the end of the week we had to park over at the farthest part of the parking lot layout and walk a little ways. Not really a big deal but just an FYI. I would say that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the need for transport from room to central area was a problem and transport service not provided in timely fashion by hotel expected a full restaurant on site; although we were pleased with our meal service at the bar and grill Fresh coffee could not be prepared in room in provided coffee maker as there were no coffee filters for the grounds

The maid service was outstanding. Did not like that every morning my phone would ring.

Only complaint was that, at night, parking in front of our building was limited.

I like how close it was to everything. Felt like a home not just a hotel.

Our stay was excellent from the gorgeous facilities, location to everything we had planned and accommodating staff. The only issue we encountered was parking but there were staff with carts ready to escort where you needed to go.

Fabulous experience. First time here and won’t be the last!

I liked everything about the property... Great resort... perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Great property. Close to outlets and other shopping areas.

This was very resort like with a lot of amenities. The grounds were great with 2 pools and on site restaurants. The room had a small kitchenette. I wish we could have stayed longer to use more of the amenities.

Property was very accommodating and very clean and family friendly.

The property was very nice, the rooms were large and very comfortable.

Property is very well maintained friendly staff all around. Only issue was late check out limiyed availability, you have to tell them as soon as you check you want late check out. And parking spots close to your assigned building gets filled up pretty fast and you will have to use their escorted golf carts to drive you to your building or walk which is pretty safe. Other than that nice quiet and friendly place.

This was our second time in this hotel, great location close to the main atractions in Orlando.
