The overall experience was good, clean quite and close to attractions. The front desk staff were good but the cleaning crew went through our personal items and stole stuff. This was really upsetting.
Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was excellent.

The pool was closed indefinitely while we were there yet we received no discount. On top of that, the assistant general manager was very cocky with me when I asked about receiving a discount due to that fact. After being in the area for a convention, with many other people staying at different facilities and visiting most of them, I would highly recommend going somewhere else for the price and amenities and staff.

Great pool, large rooms
Rooms were clean and comfortable, good breakfast, easy check in, and the pool area was lovely.

Great hotel that includes a kitchen, living room and large bedroom. Breakfast was good and usually had waffles, fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties or sausage links. Elevators were fast and rooms were clean. Great location and easy access to I-4. The only downside was our bedroom ceiling fan light didn't work so it was pretty dark.
Dishwasher repairs and their documentation of calls. Despite calling on our first night for help 5-6 times over 15-20 period from a room phone in the early morning and the front desk only answered when I called and documentated by cell phone. Then the Kayla the manger still, accused us of not telling the truth about having 4 nights of large amounts water on the floor, because her staff never reported it. Finally after three attempts to fix it the previous two of the three days failed. The fourth day she moved us to a lower quality bathroom 303. Despite the staff admitting the first day we called was received early in the morning. Kayla never acted like she cared about believing us. Extremely poorly trained management.

The room and location were better than expected! I traveled with my husband and four boys and we couldn't be happier with the place. I will say, the breakfast was only satisfactory, compared to other places I have stayed, but it worked!
I found a cockroach room smell like basement and people in charge for breakfast there was a man African American being so rude to us customers

Please be reminded that the pool was only closed for half a day to repair a leak that was causing the water level to drastically decline. This was explained to every guest including yourself; that needed to use the pool during the closure. We have made it a priority to secure alternate pool usage for our guests, at our neighboring hotel (Hampton Inn), which is less than 30 feet from the back entry door of our hotel. We are sorry that you were unhappy about this, but the need to resolve the issue with the leak was unavoidable. Thank you!
