First room looked like it was in an episode of CSI. Big red stain on the carpet. Called front and they said they could switch us to a room that had been 'remodeled'. Many hotel rooms would be 10x better if they just painted and replaced carpet. The next room was better... it had a fresh coat of paint, new(er) couch, and carpet was replaced with linoleum. Would have gone 0 or 1 star if we hadn't been moved. Even with the 'remodel', there was still some improvements that should have occurred. Shower faucet is from the 80s, water stains on the doors, and HVAC system didn't work. We woke up the first morning to almost 80 degrees in the room. Called for maintanence and they said the system is built ot kick to heat if it's under 50 degrees outside. So anytime our air kicked on during the night, it put out heat... which in return, called for more air, resulting in more heat. The next evening, I tried to kick on the air... it was over 60 outside and 74 in the room... unit didn't even kick on. Luckily it was good weather outside during our visit... had it been above normal... we wouldn't have been able to stay. Can't comment on the amenities as we only needed a place to sleep... still hate places that charge a resort fee if not going to use the resort. If it's the last place available I may stay again, but will only be if it's our last option. We try to spend a weekend at Disney a month as pass holders and always just looking for a place to sleep.

This is our second stay at Blue Tree. My grandkids love it. Lots to do, great place to relax, and close to everything. The condos are comfy and have everything we need. They are always clean. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Parking is always convenient. Looking forward to our next stay. A few suggestions…about half the games in the gameroom were out of order and need to be repaired. TV’s could be updated.

Our interaction with staff at the hotel was excellent. We found them to be very polite and willing to help. The two bedroom suite that we had was perfect for our stay with a good amount of space. We had a couple of very minor critiques, including a very squeaky bed and a bathroom that could have been cleaned just a little bit more. However, those are not enough to deter us from booking there again, which I’ve already done. This resort hotel is well located and an excellent value.
