Room was clean, but there was a weird strong smell in the Room. Pot smell at reception area. People running in the middle of the night at halls, early morning people above us jumping/exercising for over one hour. I believe they have people residing at this property, might be part of the problem .

The only reason I booked this hotel so far away from Disney is because they had queen size beds on the website. This was a lie. Furthermore, all night was noisy with banging from other rooms. Kids couldn't sleep well.

Room didn’t get any features other than a tv and a refrigerator No cups no plates no silverware. They also had two coils stove but no pots or pans. In the bathroom no shampoo no hair blower. We were really disappointed

Roaches were in the room. The smell outside the rooms were not well. Guest put their trash outside my door on the first night. The staff was delightful, check in and check out was great. I’ve stayed at WoodSpring Miramar location is very clean.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This was more like an extended stay. Families actually lived there at the property. I should have knew better from the price. I was booked for two nights but could not do the second night. Arriving the first night my sheets were dirty I went to the front desk to see if they could Chan them and she went to the back and brought me sheets to change them myself. I immediately checked out the next morning. Never again. The room just felt dirty.
