This was the second time staying at the enclave after previously staying 8 years ago. This time round it was an awful experience. The room had constant problems - the hairdryer did not work, the balcony door would not close or lock, the drain to the sink was blocked, the bed was broken. We found cockroaches in our room some days after coming back from the Disney parks. The floor our room was on was also used by people as apartments and you frequently had the smell of cannabis walking to our room. After complaining to staff about some of these problems they explained they will look into it the next day and nothing happened. I would not recommend staying here which is a shame because from a location perspective it is fantastic for universal and Disney.

Would not stay again despite the price

The hotel was old and dated. However, there was no service in the entire week we were there. We stopped at office on day 5 to get fresh towels. On day 6 we stopped again to get toilet paper and were given a hassle. On day 6, fresh towels and sheets were delivered, but old towels were not taken away. There was a message light blinking on the phone but when I pressed the only button and got the front desk. They told me to use the message button to tetrieve despite me telling them there wasnt one.

Dated rooms, but clean. Really nice balcony. My one issue, room service entered and and worked the room without consent. Management was apologetic and it did not appear to happen again. I'd probably stay there again, but honestly would probably stay somewhere slightly more expensive and up to date

The pool area was nice, but the lounge chairs need cushions and they don't offer towels for the pool. Room was very dated and needs upgrades. The A/C could also be upgraded as it was humid in the room.

The room was clean, very quiet and comfortable. The location was amazing, really close to the international drive, so you could be at the orlando premium outlet and universal studios in less than 10 minutes. Disney was a littlet bit far, but in less than 30 minutes (depending on the traffic).

I liked the indoor hot tub, value for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. I didn't like that the bedroom door is not aligned to close easily. You have to lift it up and in in order for the door to close. Also the hot and cold water knob is reversed. You need to put it on cold water to get hot water and vice versa
