The rooms were smaller than expected. No blankets available. Bad room odor. Good as an overnight not longer than that
This hotel was awful... unable to comp anything I paid for due to booking through orbtiz
The room was a little outdated but we overlooked it because it was clean spacious and a good bang for our buck. Also not used to housekeeping coming every 3 days didn't like that at all since we only stayed 3 nights. But overall nice place, cool staff, pools were very nice and the property was decent.
Short three day stay in Orlando. The hotel was close to International Drive (100 yards). We were able to walk to all of the shops and Universal (20 minutes) and the Orlando I (20 minutes). Hotel was dated with dated rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy, but need updating. The pools were clean and taken car of along with the hot tubs. On site Pizza Hut is self explanatory for the food. The morning breakfast, the included one, was your typical cold cereal, toast, mass produced doughnuts, coffee etc.... For an additional fee you could get a hot bar breakfast, oatmeal, eggs and pancakes. We did request additional towels, but never received them and found that you can get towels from the pool area in abundance if needed. I would recommend purchasing items for the local grocery as beer and other items at the store on property is expensive. Our room did have a mini fridge along with a dishwasher and stove so you could prepare your own meals to save some money. Overall for the price I paid this was a perfect fit. I would stay here again without hesitation.
We have stayed here several times because of the staff and the large rooms with full kitchens. Some of the rooms could use some updating but overall clean and spacious. The most recent room we stayed in had been updated and love it!! They have three pools and very convenient location. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Orlando!
Stayed in the two bedroom unit. A little small but very nice. And easy access to Universal and Disney
We had a great time at Universal which is minutes away and stayed at the hotel 1 night. Staff was nice, cost was great, room was fine for 1 night. Nothing fancy. We just slept and showered in room.
Hotel was very impressive. We had a great view off of our mini deck. The upgrade hot breakfast is fantastic and only 6 bucks. Watch out if you walk into the breakfast area with kids. The first thing they see is the upgrade breakfast and they will all want it. The complementary one is simple but fine.
The hotel is very outdated. The free breakfast is toast mini doughnuts and value brand ceral. The walls are very thin as we could hear the conversation of the people next door. Location is good for Seaworld and International drive restaurants. You get what you pay for.
The hotel has good location very near to Universal Studios. This family trip was with kids and the room only has a full bed and a sofa .
The hotel was great! Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. Our room was not ready at the specified check in time, so the manager upgraded our complimentary breakfast to a hot breakfast, which was greatly appreciated!
Had a great stay there, the staff was nice & the place was clean.
I feel well to stay in the Enclave hotel for 8 nights. I like their service very fast and friendly. But, I am not really like the cleaness. The towel and mattress are too old and smell !!!. And, bathroom is small !!!!
My experience at the hotel was excellent. Only continental breakfast could be improved.
Theme parks, shopping, eatery and sights was off the chain and reasonable for families.
Hotel stay was to attend family wedding at Universal's Royal Pacific hotel and enjoy Halloween Horror Nights Event at Universal Studios. Enclave Suites location was perfect for both - just a short drive! Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. 2 bedroom room was comfortable and spacious with all the comforts of home. 3 pools to choose from and a large variety of restaurants (if you don't want to cook in# and attactions nearby, plus restaurant onsite. Property is dated but the value is worth it. Recommend a car but the property provides transportation to the park #you can walk to some restaurants). Property doesn't do daily maid service - it is provided every 3 days - but if you need new towels etc you can request this. Small additional fee for in-room safe. Would stay there again.
Really enjoyed my 3 weeks stay in the hotel although initially I thought the room decor rather dated the room was very comfortable and the 2 bedroom suite was adequately spacious enough for our party of 5. Continental breakfast was quite basic (can be upgraded to cooked breakfast for approx 4 dollars)highly recommend getting down for breakfast early .Staff were very helpful and delightful (Burnette & the gorgeous Tabitha in breakfast ) . Rooms were cleaned every 3rd day which was suffice and cleaning staff were most helpful in every aspect. Very close to Wet n Wild and Universal although Disney is just about an hour away using services 13 and 50. would definitely consider returning to the Enclave ...
Family of four with two teens upgraded to a 2BR/2Bath suite. Loved having an extra bathroom (no matter how small) but the beds were uncomfortable with old sheets and pillows. Too many people grazing all morning long at the free grab n go breakfast (seriously, filling up on plates of bread and loading up on doughnuts). Go for the hot buffet at $3.99 and sit in the back with the owners and Enrique who will make you an omelette. Very international hotel with many languages spoken. Nice outdoor pools but we stayed away from the indoor pool for fear of Legionnairre's Disease. I would only recommend this to a friend if they read all the warnings.
We were at parks all day and got to the hotel at 8 p.m. Check in was at 3 p.m. so I went to the check in counter and was told they had no reservation. I told them I went through a travel site and she called the travel site and they apparently said they did not call the hotel yet. I waited 40 minutes to check in and had two restless kids in the van. Paying over 130.00 for a hotel and not being able to checking right away is bogus. The bathroom had bugs which made us sleep with one eye open. My wife was mad and we had our own room and wanted some alone time and she would have none of that because of the bug problem. Do not I repeat do not stay here. What a dump. Not worth the money. I go to orlando frequently and will never stay here again. We waited to get home to shower because that was not even clean. It's a shame I had to spend that much money and get that little quality. Rooms are 1 star quality as well as housekeeping. I deserve a full refund but I won't hold my breathe.
The room didn't blow us away but for the price we paid it was quite spacious and the kitchen area was a nice bonus. The location is probably the main appeal for this place as it is a short walk over to International drive. The hotel is also very close to Universal. The hotel staff was very helpful especially Brandy at reception. We were bumped from another hotel and arrived late in the evening to the Enclave. She was very helpful and really helped get us into our room after a very long day of travel and dealing with a last minute change to our reservation.
