We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax after a long day. We especially appreciated the little details—easy check-in, a well-kept property, and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was also super convenient, making it easy to get where we needed to go. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. The place was clean and staff friendly, the rooms are bigger and better than I imagined. Except, there is a sales gimmick to bring you back. It is great money for the stay, but they want you to buy in to a timeshare.

Super happy with this last minute booking! The only issue was when I tried to call for extra towels I couldn’t ever get through to the desk, the line was always busy.

There was a huge line and it took 75 minutes to check in. The room was clean and nice, but you could hear everything in the room above, even the guest above urinating. There was also a lot of noise all night from the parking lot (car alarms, loud car stereos, drunks yelling). The luggage cart was falling apart. We never tried any of the resort amenities as we left as soon as possible. Would not stay here again especially with children.

The cleanliness with lacking, there was dust under the table, crumbs and old blankets still on the pull out couch when I opened it and trash in all the garbage’s.

The room wasn’t clean. He were locked out, the key didn’t work. The check in clerk was rude. When I called complaining about the key not working, they hung up the phone and didn’t even call me back

Our friend was physically assaulted by other possible guests. There were no safety measures in place, anyone could walk in to any building. Most hotels have restricted access and you got to use your room card to access the building, although this one had boxes to tap in, these were not working or were required to get in. I feel like if this had been working, this incident would not have occurred and the Police would have been able to identify the offenders. Also some staff members failed to provide assistance during this incident.

Loved the room but was upset that they forgot to give me back my holding charge of $150. I called and was told it was a system error. If I didn’t call I wouldn’t have had my hold returned to me. Wasn’t offer anything for the 2 week mistake so makes it feel kinda scammy.

My room was spotless and comfortable. I only stayed about ten hours so unfortunately I didn't get to use any of the resort amenities. Although I checked in online it still took over 20 minutes on property to get my key (this is actual time with a representative, not a line). I think I would stay here again if the opportunity was to present itself.
