The room was stuffy and musty. We tried to turn the A/C on and it did not work well nor would it blow air. The room did not have enough coffee packets, only 1, I called the front desk and asked for more. They said they would send some but no one ever showed up. Plus they charged a resort fee of $56 AND a $200 deposit. There was no “tap” option on their CC machine. Once I checked out my bank reported identity theft. I suspect it was this resorts machine. Someone was making multiply charges with my CC number on Facebook. I do not have Facebook!

We enjoyed our stay at Orbit One Villas. When we checked in the front desk gave us a handicapped accessible room. We didn’t request this and asked for another room (which they gave us a newer updated room in A-11. It was beautiful. The first night that we were there the internet went out for most of the day. I needed to work and use the WiFi. I couldn’t work due to the outage. I wished the front desk would have refunded the resort fee for the day. Hot tub, well kept facilities and overall a good stay.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The hotel has good amenities - pool, play areas etc. however, encountered a few issues too: - After confirming that the hotel will have all facilities working, we were told children’s playroom is closed on one of the days during our stay. - the pictures posted online are only for their renovated rooms - so travellers beware. Most of the rooms are still dated and look like an old inn. Nothing like in pictures. They are comfortable for stay but can kill the vibe when you enter as you are expecting a modern renovated room. - most of the staff were generally fine but there was one particulat “Amee” who was generally rude and didnt seem to care about her job. It was not worth arguing with a person who is likely in the wrong industry for work.
