They mostly only have 1 person working the check in desk so you can spend 15-20 minutes waiting to be checked in or anything else you might need. The three times I had to visit the check in desk I had to wait 10-20 minutes and I was the next person in line. We had an issue and had to switch rooms immediately on arrival since the elevator wasn’t working. We accidentally forgot our room keys after rushing to not be late for our reservation. I went to the front desk to get a new key and there was one person at the check in counter already. I was the next person in line and it took over 20 minutes to get a replacement key. Several people were walking in and out of the back or around the lobby but nobody could help out. Nobody greets you or says we’ll be right with you majority of the time. I was contacted more about doing there timeshare presentation then anything else. The room could’ve been cleaned a little better but not wanting to switch rooms again or spend another 20+ mins in the lobby we lived with it. I’ve stayed here several times before and never really had these issues.
