Nice facility. This is a resort not a hotel. Timeshare meeting available.

For the price we paid, we were expecting a small room with the bare minimum. We were WRONG!!! It was a 1-bedroom villa and it was beautiful

Everything about Mystic Dunes exceeded our expectations! Great place and great location!

Somewhat lackning proper sound isolation causing disturbance from late arriving neighbors, primarily an outer door problem and could easily be fixed.

The proximity of this property to Disney was less than a fifteen minute drive. The property itself was clean, the two bedroom unit was very spacious. The pool area was fantastic. Only negative was the air conditioner no matter what we did the a/c wouldn't go below 77. Overall it was a pleasant vacation and we would stay here again.

All attractions within 8 miles of facilities. Easy access To all major highways. Would stay again

Very clean beautiful rooms for the price. The check in employees let me stand there for a while even though they weren't busy but other than that the hotel was nice n clean.

This hotel was super nice and the price was worth the stay. My only complaint was that we arrived after dark and it was not very well lit and hard to find your way around this huge resort. Otherwise, the suite was great, roomy, and very comfortable! I would stay here again and recommend.

The staff will make sure you have everything you need for you stay. Never have to worry bout toiletries they will keep you well supplied.

We stayed at this resort for one night prior to our stay at Disney. The check in was smooth and easy, but we arrived very late so it may be more hectic during busier times. Parking was a bit of an issue due to construction in front of our building and we did have a bit of a walk with all of our luggage. The room itself was clean, very large, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a much longer stay, including a washer and dryer which I always love. We didn't get a chance to experience the pool or any activities due to our short stay, but it seemed nice. My only concern would be that maybe the pool would be too far away from our building because I'm not sure of the location of the amenities due to the size of the resort. But honestly, that's a moot point since I did not utilize these amenities. There was a bit of noise when out on the balcony that was not ideal, but that could potentially be due to a rowdy group and not a common occurrence. Overall, a nice stay and we would visit again.

Overall I really did enjoy this resort the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the fully stocked kitchen and mini fridge so we could keep food in the room to cut down on costs of going out. There's no ice machine anywhere but calling the desk got is a little bag every night for drinks. It's only a 20 minute drive from all the parks so getting to and from was easy and quick. Things I didn't like were the peeling paint in the bathrooms, the stained sofa and rug (they were clean just stained) and in the bathroom the vanity was sitting on a base that wasn't finished you could see it was just a 2X4. The pool bar was supposed to be open till 8 but was sealed up tight and the pool with the waterfall is only for people who buy into the resort which was disappointing. Overall I was pleased the problems were minor.

First day that I got there I called in and booked it online when I got there the girl was very nice I have no complaint about the girl that took care of me the complaint I have is when I went to the room my key wouldn't work my room was bad very dirty and smell really bad I waited like 38 minutes to get the other room when I got to the other room the elevator was broken when I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager there was no one available when I asked to say a manager to call me the next day there was no call back I had to call back the next day and the manager was Gene was very nice and gentle he was

Looking for a relax & enjoy stay , we convinced to get orientations exchanging $200 giftcard , spend 3 hours after that it turn ugly from sales staff when we say "no" ,hotel staf great , diamond sales staff pushers !!!!

Had a good time there, rooms were big and bathrooms kitchen, living room were nice and clean, best part washer and dryer, it just had a an odor like someone was smoking in there had to buy a air refreshner, other than that it was nice

The Condo was nice, close to disney there was no balcony. What they consider a balcony is a sliding door that opens to a 6" ledge to look over into the woods. The tub was in bad shape and there were these little bugs that crawled everywhere. I was glad we only used it to sleep in. The little bugs craw and bite not bed bugs. Not sure what they are.

I had to change rooms twice and still they were bugs in the second room.

Paid for 1 bedroom and they tried to give me kitchenette. Move me to 1 bedroom and noise from other guests was horrible. Orange lake from now on is definitely worth extra money

Excelente very confort with my famili "thanks" and enjoing the placeres and the hoteles were grate and confortable and want to the beach, pool.

This is a time share property. They will forcefully try to get you to become an owner. However they do pay you for your time. I love this place. Very clean, nice staff, very attentive to guests needs. Just tell them you are not interested in becoming an owner, get your $100 gift card and go about your business if you're not interested. But definitely a great place to stay.

I loved the bartender maybe Rick? Anyway checkout was 10am which is early. We had a friend who had an injury and needed room until 11am however they would not allow. I think that's it for us at this place.
