I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I really want to highlight the amazing service I received. Valentina made me feel so welcomed from the very beginning with her kindness and warm attitude. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to help. I also want to mention the outstanding customer service I received from Patricia over the phone. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. The apartment was beautiful, super comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. I honestly loved staying here. The service from everyone was excellent. Thank you for making my visit so special. 💛✨

Room was very clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. I did not complain since we checked in at midnight and we were all exhausted. We were unable to use screened porch because smell was so bad. I bought air neutralizer the next morning and sprayed all furniture, carpets and drapes which helped. Staff at front desk always polite
