need lift to room when plane lands early, have taxi pick us up at our room, not make us walk at 3 am
The resort was beautiful and my room was nice looking. However, my suite had roaches in it, which made my stay very uncomfortable.
Rooms needs update. Sofa was old and broken. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Shower look disgusting. Was not happy at all. Small pool area. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
Very Friendly people..." welcome home!" This place is great. We did the presentation and won a free cruise
This is a great hotel, with a lot of facilities and near of the Disney Parks.
This was out second year at the resort. This year we had issues in our unit with bugs, looked like roaches. Do not ask me why we didn't call front desk. We bought a can of roach killer that helped. Until they did a mid week cleaning, then they were back. They were never in bedroom. But kitchen and living room were the most common. The year before had no problems. Still like the resort and location. But that kinda making us think twice about next year?
Nice complex stayed there last year but this year got a smaller room
The resort was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The living room furniture was old and worn. It was hard to get out of the chairs when you sat in them. Liked having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Everything was in working order and the refrigerator looked brand new. The suite was very clean
This place needs an upgrade. The 2 bedroom was a complete echo chamber. Tile everywhere with dated furniture and nothing to soak up the sound. There was no airflow in the second bedroom. No ceiling fan. The security guard at the gate was just to make you feel like there was security. I was never asked for ID when I said I was checking in. Upon every return the guard looked for a piece of paper in the windshield (where the parking pass went). Any piece of paper and they let you in
They did not get a 5 star because they overbooked hotel and upon checkin i was told I had no room and had to go to a sister hotel, that was 12 miles and 20 minutes away. so when checking in late, not at all what anyone wants to hear. so that was VERY bad, they reimbursed first night for the inconvenience, but still a vaca ruiner, had to re-check in next day, kinda wasted an entire vacation day trying to get into my original reservations. not ok...
At check in, the staff try to get you to book a time share sales session. The room was dark and poorly furnished. Sound barriers between rooms was very poor.
Beautiful room and resort. Was not pushy with sales. Clean and friendly
Nice hotel/resort. Our mini suite was on the first floor so it had no back patio and no view. The inside of the room was very nice with nice small kitchen, dishes, appliances, etc. The resort property is very well kept and the staff is very friendly. Very nice heated pools too.
This is my favorite place to stay when going to Orlando. It's very clean very comfortable and spacious.
Loved our stay, very clean and well localized.…….…
Resort seemed empty which is good and bad - no crowds, but no real activity either. Might have been the time of year - early December. Not much of a view from the room, but we were looking for a low price at a nice place and that is what we got.
Be careful if you decide to stay here, if you're not already a timeshare owner! There are hidden fees (daily resort fee was a surprise when we checked in), and they twist your arm into spending 90 minutes (ended up being 3 hours) in a timeshare sales pitch. The room was large, but the sheets hadn't been washed. 1 of our 2 smoke alarms went off as I was about to step into the shower, and it took over half an hour to get someone to check on it. Overall, the staff was pushy and ruined our experience. Not worth it at all.
You can hear everything in your room. From people walking above you to people outside to your neighbors talking and their tv
We stayed here for a Disney Trip - brought grandma along with on this trip and there was plenty of space in the 2 bedroom standard -- loved the large layout with dining room, kitchen, living room with comfy pull out couch one of our children used, guest room with 2 queen beds and large master with glamour bath & king bedroom. Balcony overlooked the golf course. Lots of things to do -- not enough time! Loved that we were given a week long activity booklet when we arrived with events being hosted in the resort -- lots of things to do for everyone if we only had more time. 3 or 4 pools - the one closest to us featured a water fall with slide - kids & adults loved it, very nice with pool side bar too. You have access to all pools, fitness area, golf, more. We would love to stay a week or more and have plenty of down time to between park days to get in some of the resort activities and spend more time at the pools. Have already recommended it to family coming that way early next year. Great place!
Beautiful place and very spacious condo! Would stay here anytime.
