I was very disappointed with the woman at check in. She wanted to talk to my husband instead of me. I made the reservation and was paying. She was mumbling and talking in a low voice causing me to ask her to repeat herself many times. The over all experience would have been better to not deal with her.

In overall good stay, nice pool, very close to the beach. Staff is very polite. Negative: 1 elevator for the whole building and no safe in the room.

Someone was smoking pot in the stairwell. Refrigerator didn’t work in our room, the staff did swap it out quickly. The bathroom was dirty in the shower. Definitely some wear and tear in the rooms.

It was 1 block from the beach. The pool was adequate, towels were available for guests. My Grandchildren had a good time and loved being so close to the beach.

Everything is at the property is great, expect when we were checking in. I was moving across the country and had a 26' truck w/ trailer attached. My cousin told the front desk clerk of where he parked it and she then proceeded to tell us that we would have to detach the trailer from the truck in order to park it. We had to tell her that neither one of them would fit into a regular parking spot. She then told me that they dont allow over size truck parking and that its mention on their website. I booked thru a 3rd party, which she couldn't see, just that I jad a reservation. No where on the the website does it mention no over size truck parking. She went outside to see where we parked, came back and said we had to move it. Thankfully we found parking, the kicker is it was next to a bigger truck! I think they should make sure their 3rd party vendors mention important information like this! Thankfully everything worked out only because we found parking!!!
