Summerhouse 128 - Piso recientemente renovado de 2 habitaciones con vista al mar

Nuestro condominio recientemente renovado está listo para que vengas y disfrutes de tu estadía en la hermosa St. ¡Agustín! Es un piso de esquina de dos dormitorios y dos baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados con dos camas individuales. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo de azulejos con nichos de champú y puerta de vidrio. El baño de visitas tiene una bañera con paredes de azulejos y un nicho de champú. El salón cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de 65 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD. Hay un sofá cama Queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica y love love a juego. La puerta corredera en la sala de estar conduce directamente al jardín central y al área de la piscina. Justo después de la piscina está el paseo marítimo a la playa. Ambas habitaciones tienen alfombras bereberes, la cocina y los baños tienen baldosas de cerámica y el resto de la unidad tiene pisos de tablones para facilitar el mantenimiento. La cocina tiene gabinetes de altura de techo con iluminación debajo del gabinete, encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Persianas de plantación en todas las ventanas y puertas corredizas de vidrio. Lavadora secadora. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! Another couple accompanied us-- stayed in a different unit-- and reported that their beds were awful as well. I had to sleep on the couch for the last three nights. Please buy new beds!

We did have an issue at check in that the condo had not been cleaned as it was supposed to have been. The twin bed sheets hadn't been changed and the guest bath hadn't been cleaned. They sent someone over to remedy the issue. I addressed this with summerhouse management and they assured me that they would address it.

Nice renovated condo

The condo was nice! All the furniture was new, comfortable and provided the comforts of home. The flooring was perfect for beach condo and easy to care for. Nicely tiled showers. We loved how private this section of the beach was even on a popular week in the summer! The grounds are immaculate! The only negative of unit 128 was the we could hear every sound from the upstairs unit. The family above us had 2 young children and we were woken up very early each day by the pitterpatting of feet! If you want do not want to hear thumps and walking, rent the 2nd floor units. Overall, we loved the area and the beach!
