Close to everything. Very commendable if you want to be close to historic district. The only downside was, our room was next to the garbage. The view from the balcony are garbage bins of the hotel and the hotel next to it.

Lots of Xmas light for the Night of Lights. Close to all the Xmas festivities. Check-in was horrible. Had to call Hilton 800 number the app the check-in is poor. Staff at front desk need a lot of training. Room was NOT with a view. Very noisy. Shower drain was blocked. Very yucky to shower with your feet in dirty water. Not a pleasant Hilton experience. Will not use Hilton again. The room had a view over a back street. Not city lights . Noise from street , front desk, doors slamming, etc. Not soundproof at all . Not worth half the price. Lots of bling at front desk but no substance. Tka.
I liked the location and the cleanliness. I would appreciate recycle places for used water bottles.

Location was the main reason we chose to stay here. It’s centrally located for historic St Augustine. Some friends and we booked and paid in advance for two king rooms (one each) at the same time while having lunch together. We ended up with a basic queen room (2 beds) on the ground floor, no view, and no balcony. Our friends got their king room, a second floor balcony with a great view. While checking in, the front desk clerk pretty much gave us the “sorry, but too bad” explanation. Nothing was offered in recompense... maybe free valet or a couple free drinks at the bar - nothing. When I brought it up with the clerk the next morning during checkout, I was given the exact same nonchalant response. Very disappointing, especially from a Hilton.
The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was the mattresses. They were too firm for my liking but other than that we had a great time! The location was also awesome, loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops!
Best location in the Old City! Clean, upgraded rooms. Friendly staff. Easy walking access to all of the site-seeing and attractions. You do have to valet your car here for $28/night and check in is a little late at 5pm. Overall a great hotel!

Check in was a breeze but our room was warm upon arrival at 3:00pm and never cooled turned out the ac was broken and we swapped rooms at 10:00pm. The phone was broken in the new room. Not what I would consider a 700$ a night stay. But facility was clean and kind with a great location.
