Great location and the staff is top notch.

Location was the main reason we chose to stay here. It’s centrally located for historic St Augustine. Some friends and we booked and paid in advance for two king rooms (one each) at the same time while having lunch together. We ended up with a basic queen room (2 beds) on the ground floor, no view, and no balcony. Our friends got their king room, a second floor balcony with a great view. While checking in, the front desk clerk pretty much gave us the “sorry, but too bad” explanation. Nothing was offered in recompense... maybe free valet or a couple free drinks at the bar - nothing. When I brought it up with the clerk the next morning during checkout, I was given the exact same nonchalant response. Very disappointing, especially from a Hilton.

The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was the mattresses. They were too firm for my liking but other than that we had a great time! The location was also awesome, loved being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops!

Best location in the Old City! Clean, upgraded rooms. Friendly staff. Easy walking access to all of the site-seeing and attractions. You do have to valet your car here for $28/night and check in is a little late at 5pm. Overall a great hotel!

Great location, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Check in was a breeze but our room was warm upon arrival at 3:00pm and never cooled turned out the ac was broken and we swapped rooms at 10:00pm. The phone was broken in the new room. Not what I would consider a 700$ a night stay. But facility was clean and kind with a great location.

great location, in the middle of everything, friendly staff always acknowledge you when encountered

Great location, right in the old town. The staff couldn't do enough to help us. So friendly. When I come back in 4 years with my son and his family I'm staying here!

Nice hotel but pls be advised there is a $25 parking fee per day plus tax.

Great location, and a comfortable hotel. It's close to restaurants, shops, and the key sights in the historic district.

The hotel was in a great location and in a perfect spot for walking and exploring the historic district.

If your looking for a hotel with a great location you should definitely include this one on your list for St Augustine. It's right in the heart of everything and some rooms have a nice view of the water. There's a nice little restaurant in the hotel if for some reason you choose not to visit one of the fine local eateries. Almost all of the staff members were courteous and helpful with one significant exception. That was the woman running the bar area. The bar closes at 11 pm but my group of six polite adults were treated as if we were an imposition for her as she was apparently hoping to close things down at 10:30. Not sure why one would behave sourly when a pleasant group of six just looking for a night cap or two would like be sponsoring a pretty decent tip. Additionally the location of my room and many others was right on the alley behind the hotel. The hotel is close to a biker bar and more than one or two of that bars patrons with really loud motorcycles flew by my room late at night. It literally is so loud that it is pretty much like they are riding right through the room. If you stay up til 3 before you go to bed it may not be an issue for you but it was a major issue for me. The other thing about the room is strictly my personal preference. All of the lighting in the room uses the old school LED bulbs that give off a blueish hue that feels like fluorescent lighting. I prefer a warmer light that most people use in their homes.

Very clean! We will stay there again. Very quiet. Loved the modern feel of the inside of room. Staff was very nice and loved the happy hour from 4-11 pm.

You could hear the shower next door as well as other sounds. Room was outdated. Drapes were hanging off their hooks. Towel quality was poor standard for a Hilton. Hook on back of bathroom door coming off

All in all its a pretty nice hotel. They do get you with a parking fee thats a little crazy.

It met my expectations . The location is in a central location and close to all the attractions. The staff is very friendly
