Excellent location, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was standard but staff was very attentive to needs.
Just eish we had towel racks in bathroom so wet towels could be hung on them. Thats my only complaint. The breakfast ws wonderful. The room was clean. My stay there was quite pleasant. Charlene and Paul

The room was clean, but a little worn. It had a very strong plug in air freshener, so we unplugged that only to find out that they were using that to cover the even worse funky smell. We opted for the air freshener. The staff was great. All very polite and friendly. The parking is free but there aren’t enough spots and no nearby street parking. Both night we got the very last spot. The second night, one person came in behind us and they were told to park where you would unload. I’m not sure what happens after that. The second night the refrigerator started “screeching” every 5 minutes. It woke me up and of course I couldn’t go back to sleep. It was awful! It settled down by the time I gave up and took a shower. The location was an easy drive to the tourist area and very convenient if you’re going to do the trolley.
Very nice hotel. However I would be unable to stay here again due to the fragrances infused into the lobby. My room has a plug in fragrance which I unplugged right away and aired out the room. I have asthma and these flare it up.
The hotel was located within walking distance of downtown. A straight walk down from back of building. We left our vehicle there the next day and enjoyed the day in St. Augustine. Very friendly staff. Everything was super clean. Because of Covid there were only boxed breakfast, but that was fine.
It was convenient to the Historic District . When we checked in no one told us that there would be no room cleaning . There would be no towels , shampoo, towels, toilet paper or tissues , waste basket cleaning for three days . We just kept piling up everything and had to ask daily for any of the above items . Should have been told st check in and a note in the room .
Nice hotel but not exactly in downtown area. You have to drive to downtown and parking is really hard. We enjoyed the comfort of the hotel, the evening cookies (grandchildren loved them) and the breakfast was good along with coffee, tea or hot chocolate all day long. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast included a variety of choices - eggs, waffles, yogurt and fruit along with hot and cold cereals. The location was a little out of the historic district, but they offer a complimentary shuttle that took us into town and brought us back. We never had to wait more than 10 mins.for the shuttle. It was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.
Labor Day weekend nice hotel excellent staff and great location.
Everything was excellent. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet was extremely good. The accommodatationa dna rooms were very clean and new.

Run down, needs updating. Air conditioner was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep.
Experience was ok. Disappointed it was not closer to,attractions and hotel parking a little cramped. The rooms were clear and modern. Had a continental breakfast, but nothing special.
My husband and I like to stay at Hampton Inn's when we travel. They generally provide a good value for the price. My husband likes their breakfasts and needs to eat in the morning so he won't get a headache later in the day. Their breakfasts offer a wide variety of foods, not just donuts or bagels like some places offer. Our room was a little smaller than some other Hampton Inns that we're stayed at, but it was convenient to both an Old Town Trolley Tours stop as well as a Red Train stop--so we could leave our car at the hotel.
Very impressed by the room cleanliness, especially the linens, Lovely bathroom with a nice range of soaps, shampoos etc. Good location, reasonably good breafast choices too,
