The option for the villa is great. Room was large, but it is quite a walk to the main hotel and main pool. The main pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but the slide was a hit. There was a prominent sewage smell near the villas, luckily we could only smell it outside and not inside. The slider doors were hard to open with chipped paint. Some of the furniture was banged up as well. It definitely is not beach front. They offer a shuttle to the beach, but the beach is public and the wait to return can be quite long. Also, don’t plan to have dinner at the beach. The restaurant is more of a hotdog stand with drinks. We had a nice time overall, but were surprised by some of the misrepresentations on the description of the “private beach” and other amenities. Likely would not stay again.

The property is beautiful. Very nice for families with kids as they have a nice pool and access to the beach. I like the room balcony concept. Everyone is friendly.

Entire property is beautiful and very clean. Everything was great from check in, dinning and amenities. We also got upgraded to a better room which was really nice. Pool area was clean and fun. My daughter had a lot of fun in the water. There was a tattoo and balloon girl that came one day for little ones and did those free of charge for little guests. The hotel has a great walkway to the beach, me and my husband would take a walk to the beach every morning through the park and enjoy beautiful scenery. Overall we had amazing time in Naples Grande. Will be back again!

Stayed in suite for my stay, and unfortunately the room is just meh especially for the price. —The bad— Stains on all the carpets and furniture, excluding the bed/linens so that was a plus. Damaged furniture/cabinet doors in the kitchenette. The fridge was tucked into a cabinet probably due to weird electrical where it was suppose to be. Outlets/light switches are in very inconvenient areas to just turn the lights on. The dimmer switch in the dinning location doesn’t work. The balcony is fine it’s not a corner balcony just a straight balcony. The bathroom is a combo tub and shower not one for each like the photos online. The walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbors. The glass patio doors filter 0 sound also from the outside. Everything needs a fresh coat of paint lost of stains and dings on walls, not just in the room. —The pros— The pools are great The hot tub is nice The beach access is great Plenty of clean towels Won’t be going back unfortunately but if I had a word of advise I would suggest just getting the cheapest room possible and just enjoying everything outside. And don’t book unless you are getting a deal.

Had everything you need- staff very accommodating and really attentive! Nice beach and excellent staff at the beach!

We had a lovely stay. the staff is super friendly and accommodating, the swimming pools are great and our son loved the water slide. The access to the pool is either a nice walk or you can use the shuttle. I definitely highly recommend this place for your stay in Naples.

I don't usually write reviews but this hotel/resort really impressed me and my family! I travelled with my wife and kids here after I randomly picked a room here for a night looking for a place to rest on the way to from tampa to Miami beach. We ended up extending because this place is literally amazing. Customer service of every emplyee is out of this world and the hotel amnesties are exceptional. Every room has a balcony with ocean view and is very spacious. We will definitely come back for a longer stay. They won us for life.

Our spacious room for 2 was very accommodating. Quick access to the beach was very nice. I wish we would've been able to stay longer to enjoy the rest of the hotel. Due to bad timing, we weren't able to try out the gym or spa. The staff were also very friendly.

What an awesome stay. Super helpful and friendly staff. During these times, each guests is shown sincere appreciation for their visit. Quick complimentary golf cart ride down to the beach that stops every 5-10 minutes. Great restaurant both by the pool AND at the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean and balconies were larger than expected. A definite must stay in SW FL.

No real stand out at this property, it was just okay.

Everything was good except the fact that there was no housekeeping at the hotel due to the covid situation other then that everything was perfect

The property is nice and most of the staff was friendly. I had quite a few issues getting Uber Eats food delivered which I had to because Room Service is not available right now at the property. I wish that was disclosed before booking the property. The concierge was extremely rude to my wife when we ordered food for delivery. Also, our AC in our room would not get colder than 74 degrees but it felt like 80 degrees all night in the hotel. Overall, we didn't get any sleep and almost just left in the middle of the night to go to another hotel.

Excellent vacation with our toddler. Beach toys at the beach were a huge hit and much appreciated.

We just returned from our vacation. Request a south facing room. They are much brighter and beautiful sunsets.

wonderful stay from start to finish there was a small ant problem in the bathroom
