The beautifully renovated coastal contemporary residence offers a generous amount of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and an expansive lanai for entertaining. Ample natural light and a beachy palette accent the stylish interior, boasting an updated kitchen and baths, luxurious master suite, 2nd bedroom with an en-suite bath, and custom office built-ins in the 3rd bedroom plus walk-in closets and large utility room. Enjoy relaxing resort-caliber amenities onsite at Regatta, or take a 4-minute stroll down to Vanderbilt Beach to put your toes in the sand. The community features a resort-style tropical waterfall pool, fitness rooms, grilling area, 55-slip marina, fishing, spa, lap pool, guard-gated entry, and onsite management. Regatta’s extraordinary location is near a community park with tennis, a library, the world-class Ritz Carlton Resort, as well as fine shops, dining, and a movie theater at Mercato and the Waterside Shops.
