Good location, walkable to touristy spots, museums, and restaurants. Hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and included jacuzzi and nice amenities (robes, fridge, water, keurig). Hotel room feels more dated than lobby and rest of hotel, but not in sacrifice of comfort. Onsite restaurant (Claw Bar) was superb. Did not take advantage of complimentary coffee/pastries for breakfast or the shuttle service, but appreciated the option.

We chose Bellasera for a rare staycation. We had a great room overlooking the pool. We had a fun time but were highly disappointed to be woken up by construction near the pool the following morning at 6:45. When envisioning our nice, relaxing one night away from home, a 6:45 wakeup wasn't what we were expecting. Further disappointing was that we called the desk and were told they'd look into it, only for the consistent banging to continue until we finally had enough and left the room. Upon checkout, the attendant apologized, which was nice. What would've been nicer would have been no banging, or for it to stop, considering the time of day. We will think twice when booking next time. Really bummed that it was acceptable to have construction when guests are sleeping and paid good money to stay.

Joyful, relax and exceptional place in the center of the town. People at reception thanks to Tesse and her coworker was pleasant and welcoming , menu at Claw Bar and the London Club superbly delicious , service above and beyond accommodating , dream team of the cleaning crew (spotless clean, but invisible) , valet people friendly and entertaining . Excellent all around. The property is right next to everything you want to enjoy in Naples. They also offer a shuttle service up to 3 miles. The customer service of the staff was excellent, made you feel at home with any of your needs. The rooms are cute and clean perfect for a great stay with great balcony options. The pool is perfect not too big and saltwater! The restaurant on site is delicious. Favorite hotel in Naples! Thank you for everything
