We were in Naples for a week on vacation. The Bellasera was a great place to stay. Staff was very professional and friendly. Our room was better then expected and the complete facility was well maintain. The location was also very close to everything going on in Naples. We love it and would definitely go back.

Great hotel, great location. Staff is very friendly. Shuttle service and bike rental on site.

Hotel is not right in the middle of any shopping, beach or restaurant row, but within walking distance. Rooms have kitchens, washing machines, etc which is very convenient. Nice pool, but they often ran out of towels and did not replace until asked. No reliable bar service at pool, although the bar is right there. I had a server come by once. Also the towels and robes could use an upgrade- many were thread bare. The hotel charges a $15/day resort fee which includes wifi, the pool and a free shuttle within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrella so $3/day. Surprised the resort fee didn't cover that, and better towels for the room, beach and pool. Also- be aware that there is ongoing construction across the street which creates a lot of noise, and is expected to go on for some time.

All expectations were met and more! Easy walk to downtown with very good places to dine and shop. Very relaxing stay. The staff is excellent.

The Bellasera was a great place for our family to stay. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very nice, the suite was very large and our stay there was an overall fun and great experience. The location is walking distance to 5th Ave shopping. The hotel is on 41/Tamiami trail, but you'd never know it. It's set back far from the street and I never heard any traffic noise at all. It felt very far removed and self contained in its own serene setting. The salt water pool and hot tub were amazing.

A nice find. Was a little skeptical as we drove up, but don't let it fool you. Great hotel, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. And the hotel bar ZiZi's is terrific.

This Hotel was very relaxing and away from the crowds and had beautiful rooms. We stayed in the 1br unit. It was a 4.5 out of 5 stars. This Hotel is about 2 miles or 4 away from the beach. We went to Lowdermilk Park which was awesome!!! The Hotel provides beach chair and umbrella rentals for $3.00 a piece. We rented a car for our trip over the Fourth of July,so we never use the shuttle service. Housekeeping was outstanding the best I have ever seen. The pool was wonderful(small),but they ran out of towels twice and had to ask the front desk to replenish which did not take long. The Happy Hour from 4 to 6 was great, but never ate at ZIZI..Prices were to high with it being off season and air condition drips on you from the ceiling if you sit at the bar. We ate at the Cheesecake factory 3 times!!! We went on 5th avenue and visited the shops. Dont forget the best breakfast is at Goldies on Taylor road off Pine Ridge Rd. It was just those little things that happen that would had made this place a 5 star Hotel!! If you are looking for close to the beach within walking distance this is not the place, but for anybody looking to have a great quiet romantic getaway thiis is your place

Hotel was very clean and room was very nice and comfortable

My wife and I and kids are big travelers and I almost never spend the time to write a review. But in this case, this place was tremendous value for the money, great staff, and I wanted to let others know. The rooms are large, probably around 1,100 square feet, full kitchen, screened in porch to enjoy your morning tea or coffee, great restaurant which the prices are very moderate compared to some resorts that gouge you once you are locationally trapped there, the $12 resort fee gives you access to bicycles at the property, free shuttle to anywhere in a three mile area which is really about anything you need in Naples, and Wifi. I was skeptical of the location when I booked it not knowing Naples. But the main fifth avenue which has all the restaurants which dead-ends into the beach is a short few minute walk away. Additionally, there is a boutique farmers market-type business right in front, which we walked to a few times to get fresh smoothies, fruits and vegetables for cooking. The only reason I didn't give them a full five star on location is because it's not really right next to the beach which is what I was originally looking for, but found there are a lot that don't have this. This is a great place if you have kids, the pool is great, easy walk to the pool from your back door, and it's a great launchpad to explore the area of Naples. If there was a chain of these across the country, I would stay here every single time. This was our first time to Naples but for sure will be back. In addition to the amenities, the staff was extremely professional and courteous. If you 100% for sure want to be on the beach, then this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for something extremely comfortable for your stay on a trip to explore Naples, this is for sure the place for you.

We had an excellent time with family. This is the second time we stay in this hotel.

This was our third stay at the Bellasera and was a very pleasant stay once again. The hotel seems to be staying in good shape and the studio rooms while a little small are still comfortable.

My mother lives in old Naples fl and we went to visit her after a Disney cruise in Miami. The bellasara hotel is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and clean with plenty of room The pool was peaceful and nice with it being heated I had my three kids with me and they enjoyed the pool very much. Everything was nearby shopping beach restaurant s. it was very delightful and would recommend it to anybody

We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was great. Close to 5th avenue for shopping and food. Short drive or walk to beach. Beautiful public beach. Access to the beach almost at the end of many streets with public parking. Great bar and restraurant at hotel called ZiZi. Had drinks and flatbread but did not eat so I can't comment on the food. Great bar tenders !!!!! Staff were also great. Did not have time to use the pool but it looked really nice. Also great outdoor eating and open bar at ZIZI. Will stay there again if going to Naples. Only downfall is that it's on busy street but request a higher floor and it won't be as noisy. Kitchen stocked with everything and maid service everyday. Nice place.....

We began this trip thinking it wouldn't be quite as nice as some of the other big ticket honeymoons we had in mind such as 'Wine Country' or overseas travel but I can tell you that not only was this infinitely more afforadble but the hotel, location, and comfort were top of the line. This hotel was right in the middle of everything worth seeing in Naples and helped make this the most memorable trip for me and my wife in our entire lives!

The hotel was much more than I expected. The amenities were great; the staff was great. My husband and I will definitely go back again. Great restaurants close to the hotel; bicycles were available at the hotel. The staff responded within 10 minutes to set the clock when we could not set it ourselves. The only down experience was the television, which did not have many channels. We would have liked the "TV" option to come on before all of the other "pay per view" channels. But this is a minor issue.

Great place to vacation in Naples. Close enough to everything around, including the beach.

The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and courteous. About 3/4 mile from the beach with constant free shuttle service to the beach or anywhere in a 3 square mile area around Naples. We loved it and will definetly visit again.

This was a well-appointed one-bedroom condo with lanai, plus all the ammenities you'd expect in high-quality hotel.

My wife and I decided to spend a long weekend in Naples and chose the Bellasera for its location to the heart of downtown shopping and dining. The decor was Italianate, with large terra cotta pots, a fountain and lovely flowers along the perimeter of the pool area. Our guest room was a nice size with a clean, large spa-style bathroom. The location was great, albeit a bit too close to Route 41. The balconies could be more airy and our room was near the elevator so we were inconvenienced by the sound of elevator noise during our first night. Still, Bellasera is a good value. The staff is friendly and the concierge offered good restaurant advice.

Very pleasant staff, always willing to respond to any questions. Comfortable room, large patio which really did overlook the pool area. Large pool able to accomodate all customers who wanted to be there. Stayed in a studio which was an ample size for 2 people.
