Wonderful experience, one night staycation for my anniversary!

I believe I have found the perfect hotel for my vacations in Naples Fl. Peaceful, clean, and always a pleasure seeing the staff. Joanne at the concierge desk is great. My 13 year old son and I can't wait to get back there next summer!

The hotel smelled old and musty felt damp inside. The mattresses are old and ac is loud. Staff was friendly

From the second we checked in, to the minute we checked out the hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. The rooms was luxuriously pleasant and ample for 4 of us. When we wanted to go to the beach, the hotel provided the towels and chairs. Great place.

Unfortunately, in spite of the enjoyable time we had while staying at this beautiful hotel we started and ended our stay with a sour note. Although at first the lady in the front desk was pleasant enough the greeting went sour when we asked if we could get another room since the room we were assigned to directly faced the parking lot. Traveling with two little ones we felt the noise from the parking lot and the location of the room were going to be an issue . This lady proceeded to basically tell us that this is what happens when we book through 3rd party vendors, that we would've had a better room if we had called the hotel directly, needless to say I was floored by her response. I told her I didn't believe that was the case but she insisted that next time we should call the hotel directly and not use third party vendors. When we went back to the room we realized that there was not pull up couch, a little detail she forgot to mention knowing that in fact we had two little kids (7 and 4). So my husband went back to talk to her but this time he had the pleasure to meet a gentleman by the name of "Wayne Hutch" who did not hesitate to offer us a different room on the spot... During our stay everyone else was incredibly nice, rooms were well kept, clean bathrooms... really a great experience overall. Until, the night before we checked out when we asked an older gentleman at the front desk if he had any suggestion for seafood on the beach, he laughed and said "nothing on the beach is inexpensive" did not appreciate the humor. So I don't think we will visiting this hotel again anytime soon. By the way not a kid friendly hotel, it definitely caters to older guests

Warm cookie at check-in, Very nice staff. Great pool area. All rooms suites. Free Available beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach. (Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park 11135 Gulfshore Dr Naples, FL 34108 2.2 miles away, A very beautiful beach about five minutes from hotel) Downtown Naples about 20 minutes away. Lots of all different type restaurants.

The staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Jacuzzi and pool area very clean, plenty of towels. They offered a real breakfast bargain, lots of good food at a good price. And of course the cookies were delicious. I would certainly return to this hotel at this location.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Love complimentary cookies and bottled water.

Overall experience was good. I thought there was going to be more to the hotel than what was actually there. It is a value for the price.

Many amenities and great value for the Naples Florida metro area \. Access to entertainment, eat from local economy or hotel site amenities. 24 hour staff is skilled and knowledgeable. Quiet both day and night even when at maximum capacity. Would return and confident management has sought out dedicated staff and seeks to serve their guests.

How refreshing to find a hotel where ALL the staff are smiling and friendly and soooo positive

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. staff was friendly and our room was always clean.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. Each day brought a different personal touch. Returning to our room we might find soft music playing, cookies, cooling towels as well as personal notes from the staff. The location affords easy access to dining and shopping. We will return next year.

I had wounderful time at DoubleTree Suites the bed was very relaxing and comfortable as always. Staff was great and breakfast meal was great also. Location was in central area of everything Naples has to offer. Will be returning to same location soon.

It was an excellent location for our purpose. Great value and lovely staff.

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this fabulous Hotel? The cookies are as delicious as described, as is the breakfast. Our breakfast was included in our rate, but even if it's not, it's still a bargain for the area and what you get. I work for a resort in a less upscale part of Florida and our breakfast is several dollars more. The beds rock,(not literally), and even though they put us in one of their smaller Suites, there was still plenty of room. The staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping did a great job as well. No complaints.

Nice location, close to good restaurants and shopping. Hotel was very clean and in good condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. I have one complaint, very limited handicap parking available 2 or 3 spots at most.

This was a very clean hotel - very friendly staff - especially front desk...offering warm baked cookies ALL THE TIME! The pool was not big - it is not a resort...but the location is great...only a few minutes from the beach with a lot of restaurants around and supermarkets. I LOVED the Tv in the room...very nice and with HDMI connection, so we watched movies from the laptop all of the time. Good place.... :)

This hotel was terrific. Customer service was impeccable!! Great location. The rooms were terrific and spacious. You had a bedroom you could close off completely from sitting area, bathroom, and small kitchenette. A lot of amenities. I would stay there anytime. An excellent room at a great value.

We used the hotel as a home base for visiting the beaches, the Everglades and go shopping in the area. For that, the hotel was perfect. Good breakfast for a very reasonabble price (less than 10 dollars), nice pool and spa.
