Canal views and pool made for great hang outs. All the staff were pleasant. Proximity to airport is a bit of an adjustment. Busier on Sat and Sun, vs Mon and Tues. Overall good value, we booked ~3 months ahead of time.

Beautiful hotel but it is right in the landing pattern of the airport and if you were at the pool the planes land so low you can smell jet fuel the whole time.

Loved everything about it. Wonderful location, great breakfast and clean rooms. The only downfall is the garage fees. I feel this should be included or at least a lower cost.

We had several mechanical issues. Our door wouldn’t open with the card unless you tried multiple times. Our bathroom pocket door locked automatically and it was not intuitive on how to get out. Our blinds didn’t work so we needed maintenance to come in and fix them. Our key card would not let us out if the parking ramp.

We like it all, except that in the bathroom, the shower set up was crazy. They had installed the shower in the middle of the wall, facing towards the outside/curtains of the shower. There was only 1 cloth curtain, and the water came all over the bathroom floor, making it a hazard to anybody, as one could slip on the floor due to the water coming outside. The floor mat would not cover all that amount of water coming out. It was installed in the wrong section of the wall. We mentioned it to the front desk staff while we stayed there.
