Definitely good value. The company and staff go over and above to make your stay comfortable

All good. A properly run business, very convenient

We stayed 2 nights in transit from Orlando before we returned home to Trinidad and the hotel is lovely, clean, staff is friendly, near the airport and there is shopping like next door. There’s a Ross, TJ Maxx, Publix and Outback steak house is next door as well. Parking is not free $28 self parking and $32 valet so obviously we took valet for $4 difference but I normally don’t book places where I have to pay to park so that slipped by me but it was only for 2 days. Overall I definitely will stay there again in transit to or from where ever I’m going to or coming from before I go home.

Nice hotel - great for larger families. I do think it needs to be updated, like the room were beat up. Close to shops and restaurants.

Hotel staff not helpful. Difficult to communicate with and/or get a hold of.

Had to call housekeeping for clean sheets for sofa bed, but they were prompt and courteous about it. The happy hour and breakfast can not be beat. Ample parking and sufficient elevators for size of hotel.

Great experience. Only thing is I left my charger in the room, definitely will book again

Checked in late in evening due to delayed flight- front desk staff very welcoming. Thanks to them , was able to totally relax

The hotel staffs are very warm and happy. I could say that they love their job and do their best to make our stay magical. I surely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

We had a nice stay the day before our cruise. After reading previous reviews I was a little skeptical but don’t be fooled by them. This is your spot

I stay at this hotel pre-cruise, close to shopping and port. Friendly service, awesome pool, manager reception, great breakfast.

I was really surprised about the $22.00 per night parking fee, very unexpected. Check in was quick and easy, hotel was full so elevators were painfully slow. Breakfast at a full hotel was chaos, but the staff did the best they could with smiles. Housekeeping was prompt with request. We left some items In our room. I was able to contact the hotel, and my items were sent via Fed Ex promptly. I'd stay there again.

Three of us stayed here for two nights prior to our cruise. It was a great stay. The hotel is very clean and well appointed. It is three blocks from the water taxi and a $10 taxi ride to the cruise port. There are a dozen or more restaurants in the area as well as services such as barbers, nail salons, TJ Maxx, two grocery stores, liquor stores. This has become our new favorite pre cruise hotel in Fort Lauderdale.

The bathroom was very dirty. The mattress was very uncomfortable . 2 of the most important things in a hotel room!

stunned to find you charging for wi-fi. wouldn't hurt to have some kleenex around the common areas. great in every other way.

Im espected a better espectacions, the hotel are in remodaltions the people next to us was so anoyng

Unbelievable service. So kind at the front desk. They went out of their way to check us in our room early which was very much appreciated!

Service was amazing thanks to Pete at check in. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and will be definitely going back.

hotel amenities are great but room furniture is getting old and worn.
