The shower handle kept falling off and the toilet flushed very slow and the sink was also slow to drain. I reported it to the front desk staff but no one from Maintenance ever came to fix it during our stay. They need to do a better job at maintaining their rooms and checking to make sure that everything works properly in each room. Terrible

This is our go-to hotel in Ft. Lauderdale pre-cruise. It isn’t the best of the best, but it is conveniently located and ‘sometimes’ is reasonably priced.

Clean room, friendly staff, they were very busy of course in peak season. I was disappointed there was no housekeeping after I had been gone all day and came back to a room that hadn’t been restocked with coffee, towels. I guess I was supposed to request it. WiFi was not good, I recommend upgrading to the premium WiFi.

The room was nice, there is a slight water leak in the tub. Staff was great. There was an issue trying to pay for the parking but the staff was able to fix it. The only real issue was that there is a bank of 3 elevators and at one point all 3 weren't working. Luckily the bank of 2 on the other side worked but everyone had to use it.

Although the hotel is older, everything is clean and quiet. Great location for those that are taking cruises out of Fort Lauderdale.

Large rooms with separate sitting room with tv coach and table and chairs. Excellent complimentary breakfast each morning w breads, fruits, cereals and an omelet station. A decent work out facility and a good location with many restaurants near.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service

Checkin / hotel desk not well staffed. 2 out of 5 elevators were working. Stairs only went outside - hard to get anywhere. Took forever to get up and down from room. buffet was decent food but poorly monitored by staff fo cleanliness and keeping it stocked
