This Hotel is amazing in so many ways, The main reason my niece & I picked your hotel is because its Dog Friendly But from the time I check in which By The Way was a breeze The Hotel was open, airy, & Modern The technology was amazing. This Hotel has it all.. Dog Friendly, Amazing Staff, Beautiful Rooms,Rooftop Pool, Fantastic Cocktails & Wonderful Restaurants. The Terrace was amazing & The Restaurant Staff made such a big fuss over our service Dogs, The Food was Amazing & our server Esmile was so attentive & made wonderful suggestions. The Pool Staff was also amazing Larry, Sabrina & Patrice Could not Have Been more gracious. I loved the tables around the pool you pushed a button & Sabrina would appear so cool. Loved Rosie’s coffee shop staff was great & I loved how the Whole Hotel treated my dog like royalty. Also Loved The Toiletries In The bathroom not Little soaps but very modern black pump bottles & the robe was so wonderful to wear & the bed was amazing. This Hotel Has it all I Can’t Wait To return this winter with my dog. Maybe you could think about adding a spa Treatments. I give this hotel 5 stars. Also Every Morning When I Went To Walk My Dog the Bellman & garage attendants always had a smile on There faces & also made such a fuss over my dog. To me the hotel is the whole vacation & your hotel left no stone unturned
One of the newest hotels in city! Great restaurant The Grill by the corner of the hotel. Nice staff. One of the best coffee in the Rose's. Two hotels in one Element family stile and Dalmar business stile. Acceptable prices for everyone . Will defenetly come back here for my next stay!!! Recommend Element for long stay and The Dalmar for short stay. Pool area and gym for Dalmar quest's.
We recently stayed at the Dal Mar and it was truly delightful. The king room we had on the 16th floor was clean, roomy, comfy bed and great shower. The whole hotel is clean, warm and welcoming. Amenities are A1 and the lobby lounge is perfect. We did not get to use the roof top bar unfortunately. It is only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. This was are only disappointment. The staff is incredibly friendly and they go out of their way to help. Candace the concierge was great. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and grocery store. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
We had a resort feeling stay in this downtown hotel. We arrived a bit early and while our room was made ready we enjoyed the pool and poolside bar. Front desk was very courteous and Scott took care of our bags to the room and later helped us the hotel provided bikes. Las Olas and the beach was minutes from the hotel w bike. Room itself was comfortable with front ocean views. I enjoyed the small details like a sleeping mask and the water bottles marked “free” or “water” which takes the doubt away and was funny. Coffee from Nespresso was delicious! In the evening Scott again helped us with local recommendations (we didn’t get a chance to thank him the next day for personalising our stay) Would definitely recommend and come back when in Fort Lauderdale.
Although we are locals, we rented a room for the night to check out this new hotel and spend a day at the pool. The hotel is only a few months old and is fantastic. The hip, mid-century vibe is a welcome change to the traditional hotel styles in Ft. Lauderdale. The spaces are beautifully decorated and the staff are super fun, friendly and attentive. After a smooth check in, we dropped our bags in a very nice room and headed to the pool area which has lots of outdoor space, plenty of chairs, towels and an out door bar. Larry greeted us and set us up with chairs, towels and bottled water. He was very friendly and welcoming. He introduced us to our server, Sabrina, who was friendly and attentive. She always checked in with us to see if we needed more drinks or to order food. The pool has wonderful lounge music playing at just the right sound level to be able to chat with friends. There was a nice mix of people at the pool and a few families. We spent the entire day poolside, eating, drinking and sun bathing. It was a perfect pool day. This downtown hotel is a great alternative to the higher-priced beach front hotels and they have a free shuttle to get you back and forth to the beach! We will be back to stay here again soon.
My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel staff was very nice, specifically Candace who went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations of where to go around Fort Lauderdale - very amazing hospitality! The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was good as it was close to Las Olas. I really liked the boho chic decor throughout the hotel and the finishes in our room, very nicely designed. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The room was delightful. The eye mask, the flip flops, umbrella, iPad, Nespresso machine, fridge and details in the shower were again, lovely. The details down to the introduction on the TV when we entered was both thoughtful and entertaining. During our visit, we set money out daily for our room to be made up and were sure to note the door bell to reflect that each day. Our water bottles were never refreshed, the toilet paper was never restocked, the toilet was not cleaned, the glasses were not either cleaned or replaced. The ice bucket was never cleaned or the plastic bag removed and a new one in its place. The creamer was not restocked and only decaf was restocked. There was no directions for the Nespresso machine. The shower was not cleaned. It seemed the only things that were done, was floors and bed made. We kept all of our belongings put away so that that was never an issue. While the buttons on the poolside tables are a great foresight, the staff should have the watches to make them work. While it was clearly a holiday weekend and the shuttle drivers were more than kind, the hour on the hour pick up before 5 was not accurate at all. There was no clear directive between the private beach access from the Ritz Carlton (where we could sit). We waited 45 minutes (2:30 to 3:45pm) for our shuttle. We called 9 times to the hotel and the first 6 times, no one answered the phone!
I’m in Fort Lauderdale for the weekend visiting some friends in the area and I so happened to stumble across The Dalmar. I went in to check it out, and all I can say is that it was AMAZING!! Beautiful hotel and really nice employees. I went to the 6th floor and decided to grab something to eat. The food was amazing didn’t take long to come out at all. Tiana was great! She told me a little about the hotel and all the food options. Very nice, and helpful young lady. I will definitely be back to the Dalmar with some friends!!
Stayed here two nights on a Friday and Saturday. Arrival Friday night was tough with the rooftop bar opening the night before...it can be unclear how to get to the Dal Mar and not the element and the four elevators cater to both hotel guests all all the public. There are staff guiding you but there's just too many people and it gets crowded, quick. We often found ourselves waiting behind public guests trying to get to the rooftop or other areas. Not to mention the exterior elevator controls (as modern as they get) complicate the entire experience. Check in was just ok, you can tell it has just opened as staff are not quite up to date on hotel features and layout but still A for effort. It takes an arm a d a leg to make a request and the fancy room phones, e en with their directory directory directory still dial the main line instead of housekeeping or valet or front desk etc. Valet will send a text for you go communicate requests, very neat! Room is fun, the shower looks had glass on two sides with a curtain on the room side. Room is dressed nice with an empty fridge (managment, please take note the fridge is kept in an enclosed cabinet where hot air cannot escape, big design flaw). Amenities and robe are great though I don't think the shower shelf will last long. Bed was comfy and sheets were very soft...pillows very very soft which can be an issue to some. The element lobby on 3rd floor has computers, free printers and internet access if needed (Dal Mar lobby is 3rd floor). Jones the Dal Mar for breakfast and service was just ok. Mimosas were half OJ and have champagne which doesn't bode for a good drink. Food (lox, egg sandwich, avocado toast) were all great! Manager (Hannah I believe) followed up later and made up for service and drink issues, thank you. Pool is small but fun! We had a great sever (can't recall her name but had long brown hair and white hat and left forearm tattoo and was the only lady running the deck on Sunday the 19th). Lobby has free bikes and a decent coffee bar. Overall we would go back as I am sure the service will improve over time and hotel will iron out kinks...very fun idea into a hotel. Be sure to ask for ocean front rooms!
New hotel, opened in January, funky design, 2 nice bars and good food, friendly staff. The bars are definitely favoured but the swanky local business crowd. Rooms are big (upgraded to a larger room though), huge and comfortable beds, large showers and well kept. In-room coffee machine and decent space to work. Excellent Level 6 pool deck with large saline pool, great views. Far-ish (10-15mins) from beach, but great location for my business needs.10mins from airport, which was great.
