The location was excellent, being centrally located in Las Olas Blvd. The staff was great, especially the valet attendant, Tenious who was very friendly and generous with restaurant recommendations. The room was a corner king with city view and had a great view of the New River. The room was clean and adequately supplied, but bed was way too hard on a platform surface and no soft covering to blunt the hardness.

This was an amazing, relaxing and will come back stay. We checked in and were pleasantly surprised at the hotel layout. The rooms were clean and modern without voiding the history of this location. I would have like to hear about the amenities during check in because we learned of the pool and gym during our check out with Valet. A definite come back staycation location for us in the future.

The hotel had a great location. Very charming ambiance. They had Christmas decorations and the fireplace was lit. Check in was quick. The room was fantastic. Very clean and overlooking the restaurant Boathouse. We will definitely be back.

Did not have breakfast. Property showing age. Walls are not insulated well and you can hear the room next door, and in the hallway. Would not stay on the 1st floor again. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and in a great location.
