Didn’t like the room I asked for a room for six people that room was only good for maybe 4 the bathroom was small the overall hotel was claustrophobic only 1 elevator working the parking was ok but they charge you per day saw dead roaches so didn’t even feel like going to the restaurant. The staff were very helpful on site, the room was bright and clean. I contacted the hotel 1 week prior to arrival to get information on the shuttle service from the airport and to our cruise. We didn’t get a response until after we arrived at the hotel and check in. We spent money unnecessary $ on Uber because of this fact. The hotel also does not transfer guest any longer to the cruise ports, adding yet another transportation cost. If I would have know this, I would have booked another hotel that includes these transfers.
