Didn’t like the room I asked for a room for six people that room was only good for maybe 4 the bathroom was small the overall hotel was claustrophobic only 1 elevator working the parking was ok but they charge you per day saw dead roaches so didn’t even feel like going to the restaurant. Just an FYI, the bed is quite tall. No curtains to block city lights, quite a bit of noise from area above our room. Bring eye mask and ear plugs. Convenient to the airport. Clean room.

The Crowne Plaza greeted by friendly staff with a smooth check-in process. My room was clean and provided the environment for a nice restful sleep. Checkout was easy and Star transport delivered me safely to the Everglades for my cruise.

When we checked in on 1/24 at about 8 Pm Person at front desk seemed frazzled. He wasn't very welcoming. Room was fine. Was hungry but thought that the restaurant options wasn't to our liking. We wanted just a sandwich or burger so had to order out. Morning breakfast was very nice compare to to other hotels that offer breakfast. Pool area was nice. Since we had two different confirmations for out stay (we added an extra day) we had to check out and recheck in. Also wasn't told that we needed to get another set of keys for our second night.The maid staff was told we were checking out after the first day day so luckily I encounter her in the hallway and told her that it was a mistake and we werent. I also told her that we didn't need a cleaning just a change of towels which I brought to her and she gave me clean ones. She wasn't the nicest person to deal with, but I understand that her job isn't the easiest.

Room was not ready until 4:30, we arrived at 3:00. Coffee maker in the room did not work, commode was slow to flush, no water pressure in shower, water was not hot. No coffee in the lobby, had to pay $2,00 for a cup. Would not recommend even though room was clean. Will NEVER stay there again!
