Crowne Plaza Hotel Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruiseport

It was a decent hotel. We were a little frustrated as we reserved a King bed and had to be given 2 queen beds. The couch in the room also had a large stain on it probably from people placing several wet swimsuits with chlorine on them. Fairly comfortable bed and good HVAC system. The trip to the port was fast, easy and only $8 per person (2018). I don't think I would stay there for an extended time but perfect for cruising the next day.

I was terrible disappointed after having a comfortable stay .I forgot a package in the room and could not get any one to inquire about it,all I got was the runaround.I would never stay there again or recommend them to anyone

Staff was friendly. Very disappointed with room for the price. Should have stayed at a cheaper hotel, just very average.

Great hotel and hotel location! The staff were very accommodating and my family wanted to send a shout out to the restaurant staff! We arrived late and they allowed us to get our order in just before kitchen closing. Great service, thanks!

The staffs in the first floor have a very receptive attitude. The color is so "oceanic with its blue color." The parking is very easy to the elevator. The room seemed to be old yet it's clean . Most of the amenities are included. I liked the foot spa for my tired feet. Very accommodating to transport me to the Convention center. Food at the buffet section not that great but it sufficed my hunger. The room is very minimalist. The pillows are so soft and cuddly. The mattress is terrible. I had back pain the next morning.

Very convenient choice if you need a place to stay before your cruise. Good value..all the essential amenities, eg, free shuttle from airport, nominal fee for cruise port shuttle, pool, bar and restaurant. Only thing missing was a complimentary breakfast. The area is very industrial, but that’s the price of convenience.

Front desk clerks were nice but hotel was dirty. Room was nice but not cleaned well. I would not stay there again.

Toilet would barely flush and the AC was only working intermittently, stains on walls, carpet, and every towel. Nice staff though.

Elevatornot working. Room keys not working 4 separate times. Parking garage too small. Poor breakfast buffet

I lost my phone and report it twice only to find out that cleaning lady had it.I call for a wake up call but of course they did not call

Front desk inexperienced. We were asked to leave credit card for incidentals. No problem. However, next morning, bill reflected another person's credit card number. Not good! Small screw ups continued. Restaurant staff great! Shuttle service great.

The hotel was clean, centrally located. I didn't like the bathroom because it was very tight and door opened 1 inch from toilet. Also there was confusion over parking. The first day the gates were up and we could go freely. The second day the entrance gate was down but the exit was up. The third day they were both down and went I checked out I was stuck at the exit. I had to leave my car and speak to the registration desk and they sent a Valet to lift the gate.

They lost my reservation and made no effort to accommodate me.

Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Great room. Great staff. Good rate for near airport. Would stay here again.

Excellent accommodations, close to airport. Free shuttle every hour. Great staff , nice pool, bar and restaurant.

Close to the airport is the only selling point. Mattresses are like bricks, the staff is inept, and the entrance to the hotel is confusing. Better and more signage is needed. The staff needs more training in customer services.

With the exception of waiting FOREVER for the shuttle to get to the airport, the stay was snag free. Porters were very helpful, although front desk staff were not. Big rooms, very comfortable. Would recommend as a good option near the airport.

Arrived at hotel around 10pm before an early morning flight. Parking was full, but an employee gave up his spot for us. Inquired about an extra room, was told they were full. Went on hotels.com and booked another room. Went to the desk with my reservation and the desk clerk said "Oh yes, we just had a cancellation." I said, "funny, because hotels.com still shows three different room types available." So I don't know what all that was about, but we got the second room, which made things more comfortable for us with the kids.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well appointed, and decorated rooms. Nice restaurant, we had late night snacks, and drinks. Shuttle to airport. Nice pool.
