Upon check In, I was given a room that was filthy. I mean filthy, empty pizza boxes, overflowing trash, sheets everywhere, dirty towels everywhere. The wait for the elevators was ridiculous, over 40 min wait for an available elevator for a party of 4, also the elevator got stuck and wouldn’t open the fire department had to rescue multiple people on the elevator while there was a line from the elevator all the way to the front lobby entrance door. This by far was the worst experience I had at a resort. I wouldn’t recommend them!

Will stay here again! Loved it kids did too!! Can’t wait

I never do write reviews and this is the first time I do, but it was so bad that I must share. The experience in this hotel is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I went for a weekend getaway with my wife, expecting to have a nice stay and experience because of hotel locations, pictures, price paid and hotel star rating. We were looking for a place with a full kitchen for the weekend. Since arrival the valet parking was a mess, asked for somebody to help with our luggage and told us there isn’t anybody and we had to do it ourselves. Inside, the front desk lobby service customer service was horrible, and lack of willing to collaborate. To bring up our luggage, we had to wait for a cart and leave our D/L to use it (cars were really bad too), to go to our room there was only one elevator to serve 40 floors, so Imagine the waits. In the room, the phones didn’t work, there was not paper towel, soap and sponge for the kitchen. Kitchen supplies were limited and not clean, some of them even with dried food. To ask for supplies and phone repair, had to go to the lobby, tech support came and took almost 45 min to repair, supplies never came and the tech guy had to do us the favor and bring them. Room had a weird odor and our bathroom vanity sink wouldn’t drain and take a lot of time to empty. On our last day, there was a party with loud noise coming into my room. Called the o front desk, lobby, concierge, everyone servers time and nobody ever picked up. DON’T STAY!

The room and the pool were very nice. The beach is very narrow compared to a short walk to the right and left of the hotel. The worst part is their customer service. No-one answers the phone at the front desk or at concierge. We were missing a blanket and couldn't get a hold of anyone, and had to sleep one night without it. Unacceptable. When trying to call the front desk for other questions, no answer, not a single time in our week and a half stay. Also, be aware, you can wait for an elevator up to 15 minutes, literally. The views are beautiful and the rooms are nice.

We booked here since we specifically wanted a suite. That part was great and ir was beautiful too! My issue with the hotel is the lack of service in the rooms, it's basically non-existent. The service at the pool, the lobby and valet was fine but that's where it stopped. Housekeeping didn't come once on our 3 day stay, and when we needed to replenish towels, soaps and tissues, we had to go down to the front desk to request it and then bring it up ourselves.

Had an awesome stay.. Awesome facility. Great staff. Will be back.

For the money you pay to stay here .... this place should not have stars just go thru their reviews. Save your money and go somewhere else .

Noise and fights on the room above us most of the elevators were broken and it took us almost 40 min to get into 1 on the 21st floor very bad experience

Cons: - NO parking on site - valet only - Some of the valet staff were rude and condescending. Some were helpful but overall unpleasant experience. - ONE elevator - had to take the stairs multiple times Pros: Great building, loved the room, room service was great, awesome views, very nice amenities with pool views, restaurant, and workout facilities, and spa. Overall: Would not stay again just due to the fact that it's valet only (had to wait up to 30 min to get my car) and there is only one elevator. At the very minimum you need 2 elevators that's just common sense. Checkout time was impossible to use elevator waited for 15 min and eventually took stairs. Overpriced for the fact that you have to pay for valet and wait every time for elevator.

Large rooms with full amenities, wished they provided bottled water

New property but cleanliness like used more than 15 years already, very good rooms, really like the kitchen and big balcony, will recommend.
