We wouldn’t know – we booked on Hotels.com and when we went to check in, they informed us there was some sort of glitch in their system, and they did not in fact have any rooms available. They would not let us cancel our reservation through them and now Hotels.com is saying that they claim we did not fall within their cancellation policy.

Where do I start my check in lady was ghetto and rude then I get locked out of my room two different times so I had to go back down stairs and let them know I requested a ocean view I got a partial refund and ocean view then at 5;00 am I get a notification that my card was trying to charged in additional 3 hundred something which my bank sent me fraud alert when I went downstairs too express my stay the same lady was there again trying to talk over me when I was trying to explain my problems and concerns I called to speak to a manager and I was told he’s in a meeting I’m Not happy right now

The building is only seven years but hallways and rooms are already worn out. The dresser in our room had broken drawers. Kitchens cabinets doors were not closing properly. We were downgraded without any prior notice so it was a big surprise. Not pleasant 😕

Nice amenities with a great beachfront location. Only criticism is that it is VERY hard to get in touch with the front desk. I needed to contact them for various reasons before, during, and after the stay. Sometimes I was holding for more than an hour and was bounced around numerous times to different departments. Maybe they need more staff.

Disappointing Stay
Quite disappointing. We had stayed here a few years ago and noted a great deterioration in the quality of service. There seemingly is a new management company that boasts on a large TV screen near the front desk that it generated $6.2Million rental revenue with $2.8 Million of profit to the owners. It seems to me there is too much service being cut. Let me illustrate: Arrival day: On arrival, the bracelets that are supposed to enable someone to operate the elevators and access the facilities die not work it took 30 minutes for someone to fix and 15 extra minutes of waiting for the elevator before we coual access the room. By the time we changed to go to the beach it was nearly 5pm and the beach team could not give us towels as this was their closing time. Back to the front desk where we are told we cannot be given towels but more towels can be sent to the room. 10 more minutes waiting for the elevator--this is a constant theme during the stay whatever the plan, build in an extra 10 minutes of elevator waiting. Day 2 (AM):Waiting through a long line for people to leave to get access to towels and chairs. Offering to pay for an extra chair and being denied it chairs are available. Day 2 (PM): Where we find out that there is no maid service, that the $501 cost per night (including resort fee and taxes) does not include cleaning. Any cleaning needs to be scheduled the day before and costs $60. Many helpful in overworked staff, but it was clear Hyde was overcrowded

Very bad this trip ever night my keys would not work they had to send security to open the door. Changed batteries on door lock still the same thing ever night. Was there for a week and never was the room clean

This property was very average. We had an oceanfront room and got what we paid for although it was on a low level so there was some noise at night from the restaurant below. The elevators take waaaay too long. The pool and pool staff was nice. The Terazzo restaurant was very good although a bit pricey. Valet parking personnel were great but not enough room in front when arriving due to the driveway setup. Overall average stay. Not a place for those seeking spectacular but not bad either.

The front desk was very welcoming and accommodated to my needs while staying as a guest. The room was clean spacious and quiet. Having extra guest entering in and out and parking was super easy in my opinion . Will definitely be staying again
