The room was clean, the view was amazing, the staff was friendly and efficient. The beach service was excellent but they take everything out at 4 pm, I would have liked if they left the chairs a litte longer, until 6pm. The maintenance was good. I rated the overall experience with five stars. In comfort I rated the apartment 4 stars because the kitchen could have more coffeee mugs (there was only one for a three bedroom ) and newer pans, pots and appliances. There was no electric kettle. The filter coffee machine was old and missing pieces, there was a keurig machine in good condition. The pans were old and worn out.

While the property was beautiful, the lack of enough elevators impacted our stay. It was quite obvious that 4 elevators are not sufficient as it took 10 to 15 minutes to get to your room or the pool etc. on top of that the staff used the elevator to go up or down one flight so even when we caught an elevator we were stopping on multiple floors to accommodate the staff. Not a good experience.

Upon check in i was notified by the front desk personnel that there was no water and no A/C, and there was no time frame for both services to be back up and working. This was an on going issue since the night before, but there was no communication fron the property what so ever, and even when i refused to check in under those circumstances they gave me a very hard time to cancel my reservation and refund my money

The valet parking is really bad. They left my vehicle in park and ran my battery dead. They didn’t even want to refund my payment for the valet. Once we arrived at the hotel they told us we had a certain room number and once we get to the room the keys didn’t work. They gave us the wrong room number and had to get us into the right room. All this took over an hour and having kids under the age of four, this was kind of disappointing having to wait to get to our rooms and get settled. The amenities were nice but the having a suite for 4 people and getting to the beach and trying to get four chairs they wanted to charge us an for the 2 more chairs since they have a policy for only 2 chairs per room.

The pictures that are online was not the pictures of the actual room had to have someone come in and clean the room because it was dirty had extra sheets as Lady was changing the sheets on the bed. She had to get new sheets because her sheets was dirty on her cart. The cleaning lady was extremely nice who came into reclean, but the floors were empty. The walls were filthy and so was the sheet.

Terrible experience with this hotel. Booking issues, A/C & elevator issues daily(30 min wait times to use the elevator). Rude staff and terrible service. I am so disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone.
