We just loved our 7 day stay at Silver seas. Right on the beach with awesome sun rises. The ameneties were perfect for the five of us. When we arrived the pool was heated ans that was so great. We could use the BBQ area outside to cook our food and eat outside in the warm evenings. The upper terrace was awesome to drink morning coffee or evening spirits. The staff was helpful +++ They responded positively to all of our demands. I will definetly go back. Located right next to the Ritz but at a fraction of the price. Lots of restaurants and stores on the strip and near a convenience store all walking distance.

Silver Seas is awesome.. is in a perfect location.. is really clean and the pool is totally clean and the water is good temperature.. the beach is across the hotel. You can walk everywhere the action is .. restaurants, shops and beach. The staff is kind and responsive.. . I want to mention Norma in front desk.. we booked three rooms and she was really kind with us and help us with a smooth check in.. thank you so much Norma my family and I appreciate you! We’ll be back soon! :)

The location is wonderful and the staff are amazing and friendly. The pool was also wonderful and you could see the ocean from it. The property is a bit dated but everything else makes up for it!

Great location!

Staff are very nice and helpful. Unit is very clean and comfortable. Great location, across the street from the beach and walk short distance to restaurants, CVS and shops. The water was crystal clear, there were no seaweeds and at perfect temperature. Our family had a great time and we will be back!!!

Best location in FTL

Stay at Silver Seas every summer. While it is not new, it is the best location and always a good time. It definitely has quirks, but the price and location can't be beat. It's one of the last remaining old Florida Motel resorts.

Ft Lauderdale Retro Hotel

Retro hotel in excellent condition with mid modern furniture and nice artwork and lots of windows. Well furnished kitchen. Clean and warm pool. Across the street from promenade and nice beach. Friendly staff. Great neighborhood. Parking behind building. Intense road traffic Saturday.

Iguanas poop around pool could have been checked and cleaned more often. Not a big deal though. Staff was so friendly efficient and professional Cinnamon and the handsome slender guy in the office were extremely helpful. My biggest issue with Silver Seas is that it’s only available 1 of every 5 times a year I go to Ft Lauderdale. Good for you!!!

Disappointing Stay in Nice Location

Front desk service was horrible. The owner was very rude and scolded us for asking for a change of towels after a few days inyo our stay. Apparently you don't get a change of towels or sheets here until after 7 days!! Never will stay here again for the price we paid. We had so many things not working in the apartment including the kitchen lights and multiple outlets. The bath water was YELLOW! I told the manager about the yellow water day 3, and got scolded again. If you don't care about the outdated rooms, bad customer service, and rude managememt, then you shouldn't have a problem here. Other than above, the location was perfectly located across the beach and had a great pool - multiple large and small iguanas on the grounds too!

This property was so much better than expected! We arrived late to be greeted by a security guard working in the pouring rain to help us with our bags, Rooms were huge and everything is walkable. We cannot wait to visit again!!

excellet place to stay at silver seas resort. norma the manager is the best personally and any service you need. (THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RESORT BUT IF YOU EAT AT SEN^OR FROGS DO NOT TIP ITS ALREADY ON YOUR BILL!! THAT WHY SERVICE SUCKS THEY KNOW THEIR GETTI TIPPED NO MATTER SERVIICE SUCKED!!

The room we stay on was very small. The furniture cold barley hold. Once the the sofabed was set, we did no have space to walk through. The sofabed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other that that it was ok.
