Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ft Lauderdale Airport/Cru

Good one night stay, was close by the airport and the room comfortably slept 6. Made for a nice night out in Ft. Lauderdale after arriving. Easy uber to the bar scene.

Hotel close to Mall, Church, highways, airport and beaches. Breakfast not that good.

We have used this hotel multiple times. And we have referred friends to the same hotel. (we fly into FLL and use this hotel the night before our cruises) The rooms are clean, good breakfast included in price. My issue surrounds the front desk workers and shuttle drivers. With groups of more than 4, their shuttle service stinks!! It gets very expensive (it's marketed as "free" or "low cost") and you wait for 2 hours for them to arrive. For 6 people, it cost us $65 to get to the cruise ship (12 minute drive). Also, the front desk is difficult. She told us we would have to take a taxi, and she called the taxi. 45 minutes of waiting - no taxi. When we asked for an ETA, she told us she must have forgot to call. Another 40 minutes goes by... still nothing. I again asked her for help - she rolled her eyes. This time I wouldn't leave her without watching her make the call... and she called "a friend" (not a taxi... just a random guy in a white van). The multiple times I have used this hotel for just us (me and husband), everything has been great. But the front desk lady said a group of 6 (with luggage) doesn't fit onto their shuttle service, so it was our group's size that caused the issue. Seems like she was making excuses for us to pay her friend. I will use this hotel in the future for only 2 people. Any group larger - I'll find another hotel.

Friendly staff members and a clean hotel. Close to the airport and free shuttle made the stay a great choice

Nice hotel, excellent staff, but no stores or eateries nearby that we felt comfortable going to. Area seemed run down

Hotel was extremely clean and updated. Staff was very friendly. Good area, felt safe. Parking lot could be a little better lit.

Hotel which is newer and very pleasant. Unfortunately the room we stayed in there was black mold growing around the shower stall which was very disappointing. In addition the free Wi-Fi was not very usable as it was overloaded most of the time, luckily there was a hardwired cable to allow for PC to actually Connect to the Internet.

Went on a cruise and needed a place to stay until the next morning and this hotel was nice and clean and friendly staff--very nice Breakfast in the morning.

The room was clean, and the staff was amazing. They offered suggestions when asked. They were friendly, polite as well as informative. They all seemed to enjoy their work. Housekeeping was friendly as well. I had a wonderful experience!

We stayed in this hotel for one night in anticipation of boarding a cruise the following day. The staff was extremely helpful guiding us in arranging transport to the cruiseport and in making suggestions for nearby dining options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a little tight for 2 queen beds. Enjoyed lounging by the pool in the late afternoon to pass the time. There is also a nearby grocery store if you are game for the 15 minute walk and crossing a busy highway.

Nice hotel - Good location and good service. Had business at Marina Mile and the hotel was very convenient.

We had a nice stay as we arrive in FLL for our honeymoon cruise. Clean, well-priced, and convenient. The lady at the front desk was very rude, but other than that, was a good stay.

Breakfast was decent. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

We were in town for a family vacation and need a hotel close to the airport. We finally arrived at this hotel at 2am after flight delays. They put us in a hallway away from others so that we wouldn't be disturbed by others! Breakfast was good and included. Will stay again.

Just passing through Hotel was O.K. No Bar. Internet access was down and airport shuttle was 15mins. late.

Nice small room but they have bed bugs. Be careful!

It was ok nothing to brag about. We had problems with our room and they moved us right away. They put us in one of they undesirable rooms when we arrived, but did move us upon request. I think they do not not like your service. They seem to have an attitude toward the service. We saved $5.00 a night by going threw you. which added up to $15.00. I was hoping for a much better savings then that. I was disappointed with service savings. It wasn't enough to go threw service again.

We had a great stay. Clean hotel, friendly staff, easy check in, good transportation from the airport and to the cruise terminal. There is a great Thai food restaurant across the street in the strip mall. Definitely eat there. Also in the morning empanadas and Cuban coffee across the street on the left side of the same strip mall. I would go back just for the Cuban coffees! Not much else to do here. It is perfect for what you are doing which is an overnight for a cruise departure.

For the price range, this was a very nice hotel with curtuous staff. It's perfectly situated between the FLL airport and the cruise terminals
