I always love this little hidden gem in Ft Lauderdale. The only con is the staff in the kitchen. They are often very rude each stay so far.

Staff not very helpful, parking expensive, they give you a card to get pool towels and charge you if you lose them but when you try to get a towel they would tell me to come back in 10 mins. Then for a hard time about wrist bands 3 days in. Mini golf pictures look great online but looks nothing like it now. Five drinks at the bar and only 3 were alcohol $100.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean. There were minor things light a broken toilet seat and small cracks on the walls but it was manageable. Slightly bigger trash cans and more tissues in the room would be nice. We would return for another stay.

When we first arrived, the room honestly looked beautiful — very clean, updated, and modern. We did notice a noticeable sound coming from the mini split/AC, but thankfully the front desk responded quickly and sent maintenance right up to address it, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few odd inconveniences that took away from the stay. The shower did not have a shower door, which caused a lot of water to spill onto the bathroom floor outside of the shower. Even with the bath mat down, it was still messy and unexpected for an updated room. The toilet seat also seemed too small for the toilet, which was uncomfortable. We also went down to use the hot tub and it was very chilly. We asked if it could be adjusted, but didn’t get much help. The next day it seemed a bit warmer (possibly after multiple guests complained), but it still wasn’t truly hot like a hot tub should be. One of the biggest disappointments was the food. Our first night we ordered chicken nachos to share and they were $19, but the nacho cheese tasted like it was microwaved. It really didn’t feel worth the price at all, especially for a place that advertises a higher-end experience. There wasn’t any breakfast included. Overall, the hotel looks nice and the staff was responsive with maintenance, but the amenities and food didn’t match what’s advertised. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re okay paying 4–5 star prices for a more 2–3 star quality experience. Truly didn’t seem like VIP

We arrived early but were told a room number, but it was not available. Three (3) hours later when approaching the desk again, we heard the people in front of us be assigned to our room!!! I made the manager Andre know I am not happy! We were then given another room. ALSO, there was no hot water in the hotel, as they were working on it. When we returned AFTER dinner, without showers, there was then hot water. Also, very limited restaurant menu.

Staff was friendly and courteous. We checked in super late. It was a great night’s sleep after driving all day and attending festivities. Only issue was hair found in the bathroom on the wall and shower. Otherwise it was an affordable comfortable stay.
