The beach was absolutely beautiful and relaxing! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and smelled amazing. The entire hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a luxurious feel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only small suggestion I’d make is that the on-site restaurant could offer a few more dinner options — but overall, this resort is a 10/10 and I would definitely stay here again!

Small but mighty!!

Parking the car, Orlando, + Thomas, were the best!! William the Concierge FANTASTIC!! Very helpful, kind, thoughtful, efficient + has a good sense of humor!!! Then there is the Front Desk group... Caroline is the best representative for this company!! She"s efficient, knowledgeable, kind, quick + a GREAT sense of HUMOR!!! There are more GREAT Front Desk people who are here!! Yva, Marica, and Andrej. They make each guest feel welcome and informed!! Nice smiles when you walk in the doors. Very efficient as well! They all just ROCK!! The Breakfast was good but, like all places in this area to eat all VERY pricey!! Staff at restaurant very nice!! Went to McDonald's for breakfast after that, LOL!! The Front Desk people + William helped us find less expensive places to eat. One really nice place recommend by, Caroline, excellent on the canal name Shooters!The Pork Chops and Trout so good the hotel its self is sm but mighty, clean, comfortable safe.We liked the beds they weren't hard, but thats a personal preference for each person. The Boutique with Madoson,Tara and sometimes Tammy, is packed with lots of stuff for such a little spot! Its not the Ritz, but then your not paying those prices. Its a place we'll go back to over and over!! They are working on the interior area's in the building baseboards etc + other things outside. We had no pronlem with noise. The swimming pool is great + the beach is right there... its WONDERFUL!! THANKS to all the staff for all your help!!

My flight was canceled, and even though I notified the hotel and they had plenty of available rooms, they refused to accommodate the missed night. That was already disappointing, but the stay itself was even worse. There were multiple cockroaches seen around the property, which is completely unacceptable. The booking site listed beach loungers included, but in reality, only the pool loungers are available. They also only provide one towel per guest — so if you want to enjoy the beach, you’re expected to use the same towel from the pool. The most concerning issue, however, was a guest who appeared to be very friendly with the front desk and asked to take photos of my young daughter in her bathing suit. When I reported it, the front desk brushed it off and said she was “ok.” Another guest later told me the same woman asked to take photos of a young couple — very strange and uncomfortable behavior that should have been taken seriously. Overall, this felt more like a rundown 2-star property than what’s advertised. Poor management, hygiene issues, and a complete lack of guest safety or professionalism. I will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel.

The beach was literally right there. Very easy access. Had to rent beach chairs and cushions if you didn't want to just lay on the sand, or if you had your own. Hotel was very convenient to everything, plus, there was a free golf cart type of transportation that would take you anywhere in a mile radius. And, there was so much within that 1 mile. Water taxi, restaurant row, Winn-Dixie, McDonalds to name a few. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. A definite "find."
