The staff were helpful. The room was clean. There were minor things light a broken toilet seat and small cracks on the walls but it was manageable. Slightly bigger trash cans and more tissues in the room would be nice. We would return for another stay.

Lets start with the shuttle from airport. Why $51? The uber was cheaper by a lot. You ahould offer for free or cheaper than an uber. We could not charge anything to the room. Is this a motel? Seems like Ocean Sky was nickle and dime everything. If we wanted a chair for the beach, it cost $15? That is obsurd. They were short on beach towels. Everything cost extra and excessive. The staff seemed stressed and underpaid. They lack hospitality which i blame management. Word of mouth is the hotels went through recent changes. When i asked for a late check out. I was told it would be $60 for an hour. The beach was unkept. Dont you comb the beach daily?? The toliet was broken and brown. Bathrooms near the pool were dirty and old. The shower was weird. No door, floor got soaked. I visit florida often and Ocean Sky needs a lot of work to be competitive to the rest of resorts. Work hard on hospitality..

Front desk was rude upon arrival. Requested expedia premier upgrade and did not recieve it. The hotel is filthy and falling apart everywhere. Beach access elevator didn't work. Restraunt food is more like gas station food. 100% do not recommend this hotel!!
