Updated rooms, clean, friendly helpful staff, nice pool and outdoor bar. Beds are FIRM ! Hotel was under construction so it was very loud during our stay but the updated rooms are nice.

It would have been nice but unfortunately they are remodeling rooms from 8 til 5 pm and it’s very noisy. The towel lady is so unprofessional. Everything else is great.

Dec 5 day vacation stay

Beautiful place, however it was under full renovation in the rooms. The hall was freshly painted and VOC was very high and my eyes and nose watered every time I came back. Service men were in all elevators with debris and dust all over the elevator and floor, my phone didn't work I asked 4 times it was never fixed. Banging started at 9 AM sharp by workmen next to my room. I'm looking forward to returning when the renovations are complete. The location pool spa and sun deck were perfect! A definate must stay but be prepared to compromise. Oh the pillows of cut mem foam was auwful,, not 1 of 8 pillows were right. The gift shop was the highlight of my stay there,, wonderful staff and pricing. Dunkins across the street along with Winn Dixie, $20/night to park across the street is a rip off,, but typical + valet if you want to use the Parking lot + tip every time. I parked in free parking on the street! Ha! I reccomend this marble palace,, but if in the next 12 months be prepared for the construction.

Love coming here every year. This year the towel lady was awful. My 9 yr old apilled her drink on the towel and when i went for a new one we were scolded. I asked her if she wanted me to go wash it in the ocean. Its a towel! Not a huge deal. She was beyond rude. Very dissapointing

Very old and outdated hotel. The stars are because the property is located oceanfront. Rooms old, one of the elevator was in remodeling and working, I don’t know how but very scary. Don’t eat inside the hotel, is a rip off. There are bunch of better places around.

The only issue i had was bathroom, bottom of shower was leaking ad and water all over bathroom. This is the issue in majority of room due to poor design and they will have to fix it somehow

Underwhelming

Old and run down. Room and hallways smelled like smoke and marijuana. Rooms facing the back had garbage trucks make lots of noise early in the morning.

Everything was clean and nice looking so very nice staff, only complaint is the water from the shower goes all over the bathroom floor..pretty much floods the bathroom. Definitely needs a better drainage situation.
