The room wasn’t cleaned very well by housekeeping but everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

I had never stayed at this Hyatt. It was a luck of the draw to stay hear. It turned out to be a good choice. It is very close to the RiverWalk area. A great place of eateries and shops. Saturday nights are big with the bars nearby. Fun! The free water taxi is a great way to be able to see the area by water. Highly recommended. Hotel staff is accommodating and friendly. The onsite restaurant is also good. Not over priced either. And very easy if you use Uber. Enjoy!!
I reserved a room with a king size bed… I walked into the room and two queen size beds??? I spoke with front desk and the manager said she would not charge some fee.. still did.

Stayed only one night but very happy with our stay. Clean and quiet room, friendly staff, walking distance to lots of restaurants on Las Olas.
Everything was great! I do wish they would be more up front about a $20 per night destination resort fee. Didn’t find out until check out.
