I had no hot water for 3 days. The host would tell me it was fixed while I was away, and it was not, twice. There was no verification by management that the issue was fixed. The maintenance manager came in person on day 3 and witnessed the issue, and had a plumber come on day 4. I was offered a partial credit for the problem, but this was not done despite multiple messages through VRBO and texts to the manager, after my trip. I gave them 2 weeks to get this handled before posting this review. Extremely disappointing, and I feel I was lied to.
