I had no hot water for 3 days. The host would tell me it was fixed while I was away, and it was not, twice. There was no verification by management that the issue was fixed. The maintenance manager came in person on day 3 and witnessed the issue, and had a plumber come on day 4. I was offered a partial credit for the problem, but this was not done despite multiple messages through VRBO and texts to the manager, after my trip. I gave them 2 weeks to get this handled before posting this review. Extremely disappointing, and I feel I was lied to.

Tiny but everything 1 person needs

Location is a few blocks off East Las Olas on a canal with a very nice patio and lawn to look at. Ocean is about a mile away. Easy access to I95 and airport. Enjoyed the covered patio near the canal for outside meals. There is a full kitchen despite the tiny size. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom tiny but sufficient. I was there to work and should have realized from the pictures that there was no table or desk. Only a counter with stools but I made it work. There was an issue with no hot water but the maintenance staff fixed it for me. Very nice that there was parking only a few feet from my door. .i would come sister returning when in the area again.
