Airport shuttle convenient and we didn’t have to wait long. Cruise shuttle was late picking up and too many people loaded on bus. Was convenient to have both shuttles included with hotel stay. Older property but room was clean, staff was friendly, grounds were clean. Breakfast included, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles ( the best, even had whipped creams and cherry topping), assiirted breads, yogurt, etc. Complimentary airport pick up and cruise port drop off. I would stay here again.

Staff had very poor communication. They had bad attitudes and harsh tone with different instructions from different people. They prioritized those without a reservation over those of us (only 2 couples) that did have reservations. There was broken glass on the ground in the room that severely cut heal.
