This is the motel of disaster . When we arrived at 10:30 at night, the people at the front desk are in a plexiglass cage. They charge you a $100 fee incase something gets broken. This gives you an idea of the clients they have. We got to our room and it was an updated 1950’s motel room. The ac was making noise all night long and the bed was uncomfortable. I took a shower the next morning and the shower doors were stuck. The bathroom was not cleaned well and had grime and rust. The breakfast food was sub par and the common areas are very tired. When we checked out, I told the girl about the shower door not sliding and she did not make note of it and did not seem concerned. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Waited over an hour for the shuttle when told it would be 15 minutes. Check in was a nightmare and took another 40 minutes. The breakfast was subpar. The only good thing was the food at the restaurant but had to sit in the outside dining area due to the volume inside

I stayed here for one night in early October. My room was on the ground floor, facing the parking lot. It was clean and adequate. My only problem had to do with the remote control for the television. I had to go to the front desk to fix it. The hotel has a restaurant/bar, and people come from the outside to watch sports, etc. It also has a nice, interior yard to hang out and take pictures. This hotel is super convenient for people going on a cruise or to the airport in Fort Lauderdale. It has plenty of shuttle buses to either location. And the breakfast every morning is great, which includes eggs, sausage patties, and juices.

We have stayed at other FL hotels pre-cruise and this was the best! Shuttle came early, a long line to check in, but restaurant and bar on site, store, and free shuttle to cruiseport if you go early. The gentleman that checked us in was awesome!
