Rude front desk staff, they force you to deal with a remote desktop in India who tried to help but it was very difficult to understand, who also charged me extra fees after the reservation was paid in full through Orbitz, no one to indicate where your room is, and finally after looking at a hotel map found the room which smelled bad, old AC unit didn't cool well, slept in a poor quality mattress, it was terrible.

Waited almost 2hrs for a shuttle pick up from airport to the roadway. Rooms were gross.. I felt like I was at boot camp. They start yelling in the a mega phone that is connected to outdoor speakers at 8:30 for port shuttles. The man yells to get out of his lobby. “No one waits in his lobby.
