There were multiple issues regarding our stay. The first night we checked in, our flight was delayed for four hours and I had booked for four nights. When we got to the hotel early in the morning after our long delay, however, I was advised that my reservation had been cancelled on their end since I didn't get there by a "certain time." The front desk clerk told me that because I was only staying there one night, that was why they cancelled it. I told her I was there for four nights and not just one and that we had already paid for our room on Orbitz. I was then told she could bring back my reservation but that they would charge me $60 for coming late, which blew my mind since that was out of our control and we had already paid for four nights anyways I also was told I would need to come in three hours (despite the fact we'd traveled all night long) to get another key for the remainder of my stay as the key she gave me only lasted one night. If the manager, Maria, had not shown up to clear up the confusion and to tell me they would bring the new key up to me anytime I woke up, I can only imagine what else would have happened. Instead of bringing up my key as promised, the staff had me go back to the lobby and wait 15 minutes just to get another key. The day after that, I got a call from the front desk clerk advising me that my electronic signature didn't capture the morning I checked in and I would need to come back again and sign. Room was okay, but the staff could improve

The hotel was in a good location wish it was a little closer to the beach but the plus side is you can just go 2 minutes down the road and youll be at the beach it's close to everything. The hotel room was clean I like that they have 3 pools to choose from. It was my second year staying at the hotel.

The hotel was not great, but not bad at all. Clearly been there a while, but it was clean and that's important. The staff were all helpful when in contact. The bar and lounge are nice additions, as well the pool. The hotel stands out with the lights and is a very calm setting overall. What made it great is that it is on a popular street that leads to all of the popular attractions. Just a mile away form Angilar's pier and only a few minutes from Las Olas- another poplar bar, restaurant, and beach location. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel food was awful every time we ate there. The hotel is nice but walls in the room are paper thin and you can hear everything next door. Very conveniently located to stores and the beach. Love that each building has its own pool and outside chairs.

Nice place to vaca jus stay outta way of workers ........,.....,....................................

Budget hotel at best. Would want to avoid it in the future. If you need though some hotel, this one may do it.

All amenities on premises (food, drink ) short enough walk to the beach once you get around condominiums.

Room was clean and nicely updated. Balcony was nice, although the traffic was a bit noisy. Staff was friendly and the outside bar was nice. It was a bit of a walk to the beach. Plan on about 10 minutes. We stayed for a week and did a lot of sight-seeing, so it was a good "home base". Price seemed fair and they had free parking, which a lot of places didn't have.

no Hot tubs, friendly staff, rooms are tiny, and clean. I wouldn't want to stay for an extended amount of time, but fine for an over night stay.

Villa type rooms with a nice restaurant and a Nice pool! Right next to the beach!

Booked a last minute trip to Fort Lauderdale. Booked it for 3 nights. Arrived at 1 am. Front desk Gentleman was very helpful. Wish I remembered his name. Parking lot was full ao he let me park in a Handicap spot. Told me what sites to see and where to hanf out. Sadly next day I had to fo back home because of a family Emergency. Checked out early around 10 am. So I only spent a few hours there. Front desk staff where two ladies. They were NOT very understanding, cordial, and or helpful. All they cared about was getting their money. They made me call Orbitz and settle it with them. Even thought I only spent a few hours, I had to pay for two full days. From the outside, the place doesn't look like much. The outside could definitely use some updating for sure. But inside was very clean and comfortable. Nicer than I expected. There are three small swimming pools. The pool areas could be better maintained. The outside bar area is not bad. I would stay there again but not be near the pool area because that is where smokers go and smoke.

This is basically a motel....if you're looking for a hotel experience, stay elsewhere. I actually ended up getting a different hotel on my own after 2 nights.

Wouldn't reccomend but if you had to stay here you'd be okay for a few nights. Don't go to the bar, terrible service. Food looked decent, but servers wouldn't let us order cause they were to busy sitting at the bar on there cellphone. Everyone would sit at the bar for over 15 mins with an empty glass wondering why the bartender couldn't acknowledge anyone, or everyone! Hotel is loud all night, but rooms are pretty sound proof. Very close to everything is a positive!

Room was very comfortable but hard to find. Very clean. Tv channels limited.

The room are extremely small and I had the villa was more like a cheap hotel room .The restroom was extra small and the pools are more like the size of hot tub will not recommended this place to any one and won't be staying there in the future

Terrible! Dirty, no wifi, so much construction the building shakes, no privacy from street to pool, and staff is rude!!

The hotel cleaners do not change the sheets on our bed instead they use the same dirty sheet.

No towels in pool. Everytime empty. Pool lift and hottub were broken. Pay attention! In the bathroom shower hot is cold and cold is hot! IT sais blue and tegen red, but iT starts the hottest then you put iT colder. Room is Nice.

First time at this hotel and I will be back. What a beautiful hotel close to everything and super spacious and clean!!!!!!
