Large hole in carpet. Carpet so dirty if you had no shoes or slippers your feet were very black from dirt Roaches in the kitchen area. Very disappointed. My heel got caught in the carpet hole and I almost hit my head on the table.

This is the second time I stayed. Lobby is strangely located. The neighborhood is Fine. Hotel need major outside face lift. Rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean but very dated and tacky. Pools were dirty.

Nice but could use bathroom fans or better room lighting.

This is a Motel. The pictures look NOTHING like the actual property. Now, as Motels go this one was clean and quiet. Its across the street from the water so no ocean views. I booked the Honeymoon Suite which aside from the insanely loud air conditioner wall unit and some flickering LED lights was very clean and comfortable. A tad overpriced but everything in this area is during High Season. Oh--and the Perrier Jouet champagne bottle that you see in every pic? Just a prop--not included!

Comfortable stay except my previous note that the carpeting was filthy. My wife took a shower and in the process of getting ready notice the bottom of her feet were black from the carpet.

The towels were smaller than normal but everything else was pretty nice.

Check in took 20-25 min and not because I had issues. No late check out. Policy. Room not as pictured... or the pool.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and nice for the price we paid!!! Joy was a pleasure to work with during check in... she made sure the hotel met my needs during check in time. I think the other lady's name was Golde or Goldie... she was very nice during check out! There was a young foreign man with black hair that waited on my husband and I at the Tiki Bar... he was super friendly and a pleasure to meet!!!

Had the junior honeymoon room. Pics diff from room, not as expected. Pools were good and heated. Room was comfy and clean. Onsite restaurant food was very disappointing. Adult drinks were expensive too. Good location with options in walking and uber distance.

Decent hotel. Staff not too friendly and extremely noisy way too early in the morning. Overall clean and comfortable. Next time I'll stay somewhere where I can actually see the ocean.

The hotel room's are better than the hotel.conditions. it looks outdated and the pictures are somewhat deceiving. It is in a good area though.

Hotel is so close to Road. Sitting near the pool was loud due to the road noise. Outside bar was nice and food was good. The staff very friendly, however no shower chair if traveling with someone who needs it to shower. The room was spacious and clean. However, the air conditioner was son loud clanking and never shut off. The room location on 3rd floor with balcony was looking towards front and the noise from the bar was so loud between that and the air condtioner hard to sleep.

Not what you expect from looking at the pics, nice place though .. parking conditions are funny however being the area that you are in you probably won't spend much time in the room. Oh and there was no hot water so if you need hot water probably don't want to go here.

This hotel was great. We had a room with a kitchen and right in front of the pool. My kids loved it! The only negative was that the pillows were horrible. Would definitely stay again.

Clean hotel...serves it's purpose. Hot water in shower goes quickly. Shampoo fast lol

Good place great food nice staff clean room close to beach and night life.

Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms. Everyone from the cleaning crew to front desk to bartenders were helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel close to the beach with decent stuff. However it is very noisy and attracts drunks who speak real loud by the pool in the middle of the night, right outside your room!

My niece started to sneeze with running nose non-stop the moment she stepped in the room. The room and the lobby smelled awful. The pictures on line is misleading. The pool area is very small and cramped. Glad that we only need to stay there for one night.

Was excited to stay here when I saw the pictures on line. When my GPS told me I was there I thought there is no way this is where I booked. It was good enough for 1 night as we went out til bed time. Talked to others who were staying a few days to a week who could not believe how they were miss led by the pictures.
