Room was clean and nicely updated. Balcony was nice, although the traffic was a bit noisy. Staff was friendly and the outside bar was nice. It was a bit of a walk to the beach. Plan on about 10 minutes. We stayed for a week and did a lot of sight-seeing, so it was a good "home base". Price seemed fair and they had free parking, which a lot of places didn't have.

no Hot tubs, friendly staff, rooms are tiny, and clean. I wouldn't want to stay for an extended amount of time, but fine for an over night stay.

Villa type rooms with a nice restaurant and a Nice pool! Right next to the beach!

Booked a last minute trip to Fort Lauderdale. Booked it for 3 nights. Arrived at 1 am. Front desk Gentleman was very helpful. Wish I remembered his name. Parking lot was full ao he let me park in a Handicap spot. Told me what sites to see and where to hanf out. Sadly next day I had to fo back home because of a family Emergency. Checked out early around 10 am. So I only spent a few hours there. Front desk staff where two ladies. They were NOT very understanding, cordial, and or helpful. All they cared about was getting their money. They made me call Orbitz and settle it with them. Even thought I only spent a few hours, I had to pay for two full days. From the outside, the place doesn't look like much. The outside could definitely use some updating for sure. But inside was very clean and comfortable. Nicer than I expected. There are three small swimming pools. The pool areas could be better maintained. The outside bar area is not bad. I would stay there again but not be near the pool area because that is where smokers go and smoke.

This is basically a motel....if you're looking for a hotel experience, stay elsewhere. I actually ended up getting a different hotel on my own after 2 nights.

Wouldn't reccomend but if you had to stay here you'd be okay for a few nights. Don't go to the bar, terrible service. Food looked decent, but servers wouldn't let us order cause they were to busy sitting at the bar on there cellphone. Everyone would sit at the bar for over 15 mins with an empty glass wondering why the bartender couldn't acknowledge anyone, or everyone! Hotel is loud all night, but rooms are pretty sound proof. Very close to everything is a positive!

Room was very comfortable but hard to find. Very clean. Tv channels limited.

The room are extremely small and I had the villa was more like a cheap hotel room .The restroom was extra small and the pools are more like the size of hot tub will not recommended this place to any one and won't be staying there in the future

Terrible! Dirty, no wifi, so much construction the building shakes, no privacy from street to pool, and staff is rude!!

The hotel cleaners do not change the sheets on our bed instead they use the same dirty sheet.

No towels in pool. Everytime empty. Pool lift and hottub were broken. Pay attention! In the bathroom shower hot is cold and cold is hot! IT sais blue and tegen red, but iT starts the hottest then you put iT colder. Room is Nice.

First time at this hotel and I will be back. What a beautiful hotel close to everything and super spacious and clean!!!!!!

Very clean! Nice size room with a refrigerator and a microwave. Nice little tiki bar and restaurant. Would stay here again

Stay in the main building, it's only roughly $5 more per night. The side buildings are not as nice and offer limited parking and no view. We stayed on floor #4 and had a partial view of the water. The room was larger than those in the side buildings. Nice pool, but limited access to beach due to condos between hotel and beach. It's a good two mile walk. Parking fees to park near beaches. Enjoyed stay, and the staff were extra helpful.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was renovated a few years ago. Room was very nice, large, and clean. There are four pools at the hotel which is nice because the pools don't get too overcrowded that way. The bar at the main pool is great too. The walk to the beach is a little long because across the street there are private residences in which you can't just cross through to get to the beach. The walk is walkable, about 15-20 minutes but difficult if you are carrying a lot of stuff.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Did not care for the food in the hotel restaurant. Would recommend the one across the street.

The staff is really nice, friendly very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable but I must say they have cockroaches all over the room. I was there with my six-year-old daughter. She left her doll in the bathroom two hours later we were back to the room she turned on the lights to get her doll and the roaches were all around it.

For some reason while at the pool you can't charge your drinks or food at the Tiki bar to your room. The bartender told me it had something to do with their computer system. That should be fixed ASAP as I never seen that before at a hotel Tiki bar. Staff at Tiki bar and front desk were friendly. They should tell you when you check in that if you need pool towels you need to get them at front desk and sign for them. I was not informed and had to go back to the check in desk to get my pool towels. That should be handled by the staff at the Tiki bar

Advertisement, and picture look like beach is across the street: not the case. Restarant & bar are adequate but not terrific.

Hello Time Bandit, I apologize for any inconvenience experienced during your stay. I do wish we could have modified your reservation directly but with third party travel agencies, any modifications have to be made directly with the travel agency and also 24 hours ahead of time to avoid a penalty. We keep the customer service numbers for all of the major online travel agencies handy at our front desk to try and make the process a little easier. We really appreciate your feedback. I hope this helps to provide some clarity. Thank you for staying with us.

Hello Luis, We are happy you enjoyed your stay in our popular Jacuzzi honeymoon suites. The closest beach access point is at Oakland Park Blvd. It is about a 8 to 10 minute walk. The City of Fort Lauderdale is doing a road widening and beautification project up and down most of Ocean Blvd (A1A). We work closely with them to minimize any impact on our guests. This project does not obstruct the Oakland Park Blvd or any other of the public beach access points. Our agents normally provide beach directions with every check in. I apologize if we missed this during your check in. We appreciate your feedback and we will use it to improve our service.

Hello Ron, We are pleased to hear that you found our rooms to be comfortable and clean. I apologize if you had issue locating your room. We have grown to four buildings and four pools on the property so we have created a simple map to show guests the amenities and room locations for our guests. Every guest should receive one at check in with a brief explanation of the layout. I apologized if you were not issued one. Thank you so much for your feedback. We will use this to improve our service. Have a wonderful day.
