Great stay. The grounds were beautiful, the room was clean, and things in working order—although there were some unruly guests that were loud and destructive of property. I know It’s not the staffs fault, but it sometimes can be a toss up when staying at a hotel where there is not front end staff to intervene about expectations. However, the customer service was always a text away so any complaints I had they took care of them swiftly and I truly appreciate that. I would stay again!!

The room I stayed in had been hastily cleaned and it showed. Just a few minor things like the shower and sheets not being fully clean but for the location and price point it made sense. You’re right off the main strip and only a block from the beach. Excellent walking point and far from the main clutter of downtown. Nice location just make sure your room isn’t one of two without a view! Felt dingy to be in the back with peeling wallpaper and a tiny window. Outlets also were worn and wouldn’t barely hold my charger in. Ac was nice tho worked like a charm.

Small property clise to the beach. Room had a door for an adjoining room and we could hear everything. No privacy at all. No staff to assist, tv didnt work, safe was locked when we got to the room and no one came to open it after asking twice for assistance. Had a nice bar by the pool but wasn't open. The livingroom where we had to wait to check in had no TV. The bag holding room seemend a bit shady. A small closet located in the forst floor. No staff on site to assist. Check in instructions could be better. They should have staff on site to assist!

Lots of noises, not family recommended. Lots of young people on the property drinking and listening to loud music. Walls are thin and you can listen to everything from the rooms next to yours.

Way too expensive- once you add all the taxesNo staff at the arrival - difficult to understand the whole concept to open the gate and get your key In the room, no refreshment at that price with two bottles of water when you travel from far away. No glasses. The room furniture’s are damaged.. and seem to wash with only job which is a strong smell. Mattress and pillows are awful. -bad experience for that price

The room was small but very clean. However, I could hear people talking through the walls. Due to this I then decided to cancel and book a room at a better hotel. I contacted the hotel staff and advised them of the situation. They responded and apologized for the inconvenience. The staff member assured me that she would follow up and attempt to refund me half of my money despite their no refund policy. The follow up never occurred but I wasn’t expecting any refund due to their policy. Book at your own risk.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here . Customer support was amazing , you could text the hotel and I’d always get a reply within a few minutes. The check in was at 4 but they had my room ready by 2 without me even asking .

Wouldn’t book here again. No hotel staff on site is the biggest issue. Everything is do it yourself. They don’t service your room, it’s impossible to get clean towels & rags and there are no amenities. The pool had trash floating in it from the night before and when I notified the person on the other side of the “text massages” she replied, “maintenance told me the pool was in excellent condition”. It’s a bunch of young spring breakers staying there so it noisy and they left trash everywhere everyday. There was piles of trash outside my hotel room & a housekeeper cart they stayed there my entire stay. I asked for an extra clean towel & wash rag because my room came with only one and I was told to look in the “living room” that was a joke. The have run down outside furniture & overall it was a poor excuse for a hotel. Two positives: the room was clean when I checked in and when I asked to be reassigned to another room because the outlets were faulty, they reassigned me after offering to run the most obnoxious extension cord across my old room. Do not stay here unless you care nothing about your stay.
