The property was neat, clean and well-kept, and the staff were very helpful. The only problem we had was that our guest room adjoined what we believed was a rented apartment (it was not a numbered guest room), and cigarette smoke was coming through from under the interior adjoining door; we were mostly able to stop the smoke coming through by placing a towel at the base of the door, but this is obviously not an ideal situation.

The facility is located a short 2 minute walk to the beach/oceanfront. It's a rather clean hotel equipped with kitchenette. However the top of the fridge was somewhat dirty and one of the eyes on the stove was ratcheted. We didn't report or let the attendant know about it upon checkout and switching rooms the next day. In the room we switched to we had to report the smoke detector going off and we both are nonsmokers. They removed it because at the time of day the staff were depleted on a Sunday late evening. Every staff member that we had contact with was cooperative and pleasing. The facility is rated correctly. I'd return and will also refer friends and relatives. It's not 4 or 5 star facility. But not a bad place to vacation either. Just report any issues and they'll address it.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! Hotel staff was super nice rooms clean

Hotel night manager was out partying with Spring Breakers and was totally rude when I confronted them at 330am drinking and smoking outside our door. Had to threaten to call police to get them to quiet down. Total nightmare. Other guests we talked to waiting for taxis said they were afraid to come out of there room. Stay Away.

Came for a little South Florida weekend. Very reasonably priced place, one block from the beach, easy parking, no issues with check in or check out, dated rooms, some undergoing renovation, but clean throughout.

Great hotel close to beach, shopping and dining. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed for one night, check in was great and the woman walked me to my room to make sure the accommodations were acceptable. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a little outdated but not a big deal. The woman at the front desk actually warmed up food for me in their microwave and printed some papers for me. I thought that was a very nice, don't remember her first name but it started with a "D" . Thank you

Shoes were lost then found, was a good stay. I tried a couple times to get my prior Orbitz review about stolen belongings removed, but I haven't been able to so far.

I booked 2 nights, then after the cancellation period ended, I added additional nights which required a separate reservation. After the first night we were moved to a different room, and I left my new tennis shoes in the old room. When we came back from visiting my sister, the room had been cleaned but not rented out again, and the front desk person said nothing was found. We immediately packed up and left, we are going to spend the next three nights at my sister's house and the hotel can keep our money. If you stay here, and you have a rental car, I would advise leaving your belongings locked in the trunk. Today is Oct. 13th, our reservations are thru Oct 16

Needs more furniture and bedding. Did not like beds and bathroom Was extremely small. The location is very close to beach
