The attendant at check in was amazing. That was about the only positive experience regarding this hotel. Our pillows and sheets had yellow stains on them. He shower head had mineral build up. The room service was horrible. The food order was incorrect even though room service repeated the order to us. We also ordered a bottle of wine which was brought up to us very warm and the ice machine was broken. The young lady that brought the food up was extremely rude and rushed us. I am very unhappy with his hotel.

The staff was very helpful and well trained to provide above and beyond their initial duties to make each guess feel totally welcome. The bartender was amazing! She had 15-18 customers laughing and really engaged in a fun happy hour. She also serviced each one of us without difficulty.

I spent 3 nights, during which I spent time with my cousin (who stayed in room 315) and my 96 year old Aunt residing in Boynton Beach. I enjoyed coming back to the comforts of the hotel and my room.

The entry way floor is uneven and dangerous to walk across. Easy to turn your ankle. The covered access door to the parking structure was closed without notice to guests on the rainiest day we were there.

This location is right next to the cruise ship harbor so the other guests are obnoxious. The valet is inept. The room was dusty, The towels were like Brillo pads. It was disappointing because we stay at Renassance hotels all the time in other cities. You can stay at a Howard Johnsons to save money because the quality will be no different.

I need a place near the airport to come back to at the end of my day after visiting my family. The location for this is terrific as the airport is really close. Driving to more interesting cities takes about 20-30 minutes unless you are in rush hour traffic. It might of been because of the off season, but the hotel didn't seem like it was well kept up. There was mildew in the bathroom and all my linens had a musty odor to them like the washing machines needed to be cleaned. The rooms were very dusty and not much care is paid attention beyond changing the lines and quick clean up. If you just need to sleep and shower, this is not to bad a place to stay but I wouldn't book it for much more than that.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and we really enjoyed ourselves! The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel gave us two queen beds instead of one King. Mind you ,we arrived on a Thursday. The beds were extra comfortable. The room didn't come with a microwave or a fridge. But we still managed to find all types of local stores near by including wine and spirits. I seen some mold in the shower and the bathroom was small but otherwise clean. The parking is a little pricey because they charge hourly and overnight but your rental will be safe in the parking garage. The pool and the jacuzzi were so nice and relaxing. The restaurant inside the hotel has a good salmon dill burger .... Just saying lol We both enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel was in a great location. We were leaving on a cruise the next day! The hotel staff was always available and the bar was wonderful! I appreciated the complimentary bottled water when I worked out the next morning! We definitely plan to stay there every time we cruise from that area!!!

Took one hour to get checked in but front desk staff was great about calling me to let me know room was reday. Room was cleaned and nicely furnished.

Short distance away from cruise port. Transportation provided by hotel was inexpensive and reliable. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants.

Hotel we was very clean and in a great location to the port. Very friendly staff and kids LOVED room service.

If you are going out on a cruise the following day, and just want to relax, is an ideal location. Nothing around to do though

We stayed one night before leaving on a cruise. Location was very convenient to port with port shuttle for $6 per person. We arrived late at night. Hotel staff provided good recommendation for late night food delivery. My only complaint is that the hotel charged my credit card twice for the room, so I had to call to have the second charge reversed after getting home from my vacation.

Everything was as pleasant as could be. I even enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Hotel was very convenient to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay.

It was a great getaway! The room was comfy and staff were great!

Staff was extremely friendly .. Had a good stay .. A little hike from the beaches but still a great place to stay ...

Great Hotel: close to everything! Really comfortable room and well appointed public areas. Parking a bit pricey, but still well worth it!

It was an awesome hotel. I enjoyed it very much. Wish there was free breakfast wifi

The staff here was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Maid service was great. Checked in at 3 and got a great room on 12th floor looking out to the ocean side. Just a little too far to walk to get to the beach, but okay if you're used to walking a lot. No refrigerator in room other than the locked minibar. Could not have imagined a better looking room. Went above my expectations.

Very friendly and attentive staff, short bus or cab ride to beach, excellent service.
