hotel offer room refrigerator for 25$,, but it takes 4 days to get one.

Highly recommended. This Marriott is one of the finest choices one can make. Very excellent staff.

Great place to stay for a short getaway!! Highly recommend!

I was at the hotel over two nights for a work conference. Very nice location - it was great to take a quick break and walk along the ocean between sessions. Did not have much time to enjoy the scenery or the neighboring restaurants, clubs, etc. The view from my room was uninspiring - I'm sure it is impressive on the ocean front side.

Great time at this hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Pool was gorgeous. Nice being right on the beach instead of across the street like many other Fort Lauderdale hotels. My only complaint would be that the drink prices are absolutely ridiculous. I had read about this in other reviews and thought it an overreaction, but $14 for a bar drink is crazy. Thankfully Uber is very popular in this area so we just made a quick trip to stock the room for the week - problem solved. Unexpected fun thing to do, for us: Museum of Discovery and Science offers a Sea Turtle evening class (at the museum) followed by a beach hike for turtles that took place at this hotel. Got to see a Loggerhead turtle laying eggs! In the mornings, look for all the sea turtle tracks and talk to the very nice turtle preservation folks riding around on 4-wheelers, marking and tracking the nests.

Awesome resort! Didn't have to leave the resort, great place to relax!

Great time. The hotel is immaculate. Staff super gentle. Beach super clean and very nice pool. We will love to go back very soon.

The hotel is beach front and has a very nice heated pool. Very upscale. It's ideal for families and children. The hotel had a guitarist playing and singing in the afternoons at the pool.

So glad we stayed here. No request was declined by the staff. The beach is gorgeous. The room was really set up well--enough room for the four of us even though we didn't splurge for a higher room class. Kids zone was an up charge but our 6-year-old daughter loved it. Get up early to secure pool chairs or you'll be disappointed. Only negative was food--wasn't made with quality ingredients or expertly prepared. But local restaurants more than made up for that. I wanted our room to be a little cleaner. Note: there are no life guards at pool or beach.

For our fifth anniversary, we decided to go back to the Marriott Harbor Beach. Despite some beautification projects that were underway, the hotel facilities, staff, etc. were excellent. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the city were we enjoyed several great meals.

The resort is family friendly and though expensive, you get what you pay for. I did not like the poolside DJ playing rap 1/2 the day. The staff was excellent particularly the bar staff.

The hotel was great. Pool and beach locations were a hip-hop away. The service was wonderful. They were in the midst of construction during our stay, but only on the lower level of the building. It could be heard from our room when the balcony door was open otherwise it wasn't an issue at all. The children's activities were an added plus: pool games, movie night. It's a hotel you don't have to leave, unless you really want to see the sights.

The hotel was excellent, perfect location, great staff and the onsite restaurants were very good. Will return very soon, hopefully in Feb. 2016.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. The Sea Level restaurant and bar were our favorite onsite places to eat and have after-dinner drinks. The pool area and restrooms were clean. The pool wait staff were attentive (the yellow service flags are a great idea!) We highly recommend the hotel and we would definitely return should we find ourselves in Ft. Lauderdale.

Great trip! So many activities for the children during our 4 of July stay!

The king bed room is too small. But a good location since it is near the port. You can get to the port around 5-10 minutes. I will not recommend it to my friends.

The Hotel has a good location, right on the beach and if you can walk about a mile there is much to do, bars, restaurants, stores etc. If you want to go to other parts of Fort Lauderdale if you don't rent a car, taxi's are expensive. $20 for about 4 miles if I recall. But there are better values via the water taxi, bicycle taxi's and trolleys. The hotel doesn't tell you about them. The hotel is very clean. The beds very comfortable. The staff very friendly. My biggest complaint was that the restaurants and bars are very expensive except for the Sea Level during Happy Hour. If you drink soft drinks invest in the $12 Sippy Cup. It comes with unlimited refills, otherwise you will be spending $4 a soda.

The hotel is very large with comfortable rooms and luxury lounges. More suitable for business than for vacation. Very expensive parking, restaurants and internet service.

It was pleasant, great service, alot of activities even if it rains. great for a family vacation

We had such a relaxing time. It was like a honeymoon. We loved every minute, the service was outstanding, and the amenities were like if we went to a paradise resort. We will come again in a heartbeat, hope it is soon.
