After paying a very high price for the room. The resort charges a Resort fee 35.00 a day and an occupancy fee per day? And taxes on those then 39.00 a day to park your car. Absolutely awful. I would never recommend anyone stay there.

While it’s nice I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. It is ridiculously expensive - keep in mind if you rent a car, to park it here is an extra fee of 35$ A DAY. Which is the same cost as renting the car. There is a resort fee of 35$ A DAY Why is there another hidden fee?? When I booked this trip I had (naively) thought the (expensive) price of the hotel was the price I would pay. But the worst fee of all? THE COST OF WIFI! I thought “internet access” meant WiFi but no no! WiFi is $13 a DAY PER DEVICE. Have kids with iPads? You’re in for a big surprise. Keep in mind, McDonald’s now offers free WiFi. As do so many places. (Like my nail salon and stores) But no this hotel charges you for everything. They actually even charge you for things you didn’t buy. My room and my family’s room next door were charger 42$ from the mini bar each. We didn’t get anything. Charges disputed and corrected. But we were charged 2(!!!!!) dinners to our room which we never had. Signatures didn’t match. Charges disputed and corrected. But if you’re running late for the cab or flight before checking out the inconvenience of having to stand and argue charges will infuriate you. Room doesn’t come with a fridge - just a mini bar. Request one on arrival so you’re not spending 6$ on a bottle of water. I wish I stayed somewhere else. It was nice enough but not for the cost. The pool?? It got so full there were no chairs left! VERYYYYY Overcrowded. expected more.

Beautiful Hotel/resort/beach - clean and a ton of family activities.

It was very disappointing experience, hotel is run down, beach is cover with seaweeds that no one bother to clean, no Lifeguard! (even public beaches have lifeguards) Main bed was good, but roll out couch was treble! Sunday I ask for extra blanket for a kid and they say it will be available on Saturday! Really no extra blankets in the hotel?! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Long weekend -- we had an excellent time. The facilities were lovely. The staff was friendly. The room was super comfy. We'd come back again!

I was not to happy with the room they gave me. I understood I booked the reservation through a third party but what I request from orbitz was to give me oceanview and the representative who assisted me I was going to have that, and upon my arriving I did not receive so I wasn't really happy with that at all.

Booked and prepaid an oceanfront room 2 months in advance. No oceanfron rooms were available at check in. Think I’m done with Orbitz.

Wonderful hotel! We’ll definitely be back! Nothing to complain about, everything fantastic!! Kids loved the basketball court. The staff were all so helpful and so accommodating.

We had a very relaxing experience at this Marriott.

We switched rooms twice, during our 10 day, extremely expensive family vacation with our children, first room, we opened windows and were looking at a brick wall, no one wanted to help us find a different room, the gentleman that brought our luggage up seemed to be the only person at the hotel that cared about our experience, then we found the cockroaches in room two on two separate occasions. We had to keep following up with the front desk... the did not seem concerned, we requested to speak to the manager, three times over our trip and not a single phone call, we are home now and still no follow-up. But I guess the girl giving us a comp breakfast for four people (we had 5) was supposed to make us happy. I actually doubt that anyone every told the manager of any of our problems, our entire family of 16 has gone there for 10 years, this was our first year joining them there and will be our last.

hotel offer room refrigerator for 25$,, but it takes 4 days to get one.

Highly recommended. This Marriott is one of the finest choices one can make. Very excellent staff.
