Jose told us they are renovating the Hotel and should be done by the end of the year CANNOT WAIT to see what it looks like after! Definitely 5 stars loved our experience would definitely go their again!!

great restaurant, beautiful room, friendly and professoinal service

Perfect location. Five star service. Great pool and spa.

Extremely customer focused. Friendly even when very busy during Christmas. Food good.

Well located close to the beach. Open pool and deck are located on 7th floor and offer great ocean view.

The hotel was well designed, immaculately maintained and superbly staffed.

Maid service poor. Prices for amenities highly excessive.

I stayed in a club level suite. $1000/night for a room you expect white glove service. That’s not what I got. The hotel staff is nice. But not overly accommodating: what you expect from a “luxury” hotel. Next time I will try The W.

Tremendously well maintained with good service. I will definitely book this hotel again

We had a 7th floor room so our patio opened up to the pool. Outside on the deck the couch cushion was stained and there were cigarette butts littered outside our non-smoking room. Also the TV did not work except for a few channels. My first night we stayed up late talking and our neighbors complained. The staff at the hotel was very rude communicating this issue to us. I told them how I felt and didn't receive an apology. This hotel would be better for older couples or single individuals. If you are young and looking to have fun this hotel is not for you. If you are used to a high quality experience then this hotel is not for you. I would not recommend.

I, along with two long time friends, traveled here for a "boys weekend." We shared a great ocean front suite. The staff from the desk clerk, concierge, housekeeping and valet attendants could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The hotel is located on the main oceanfront road, with lots to do. It is a quick drive to the downtown area, where there are other great restaurants. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. I plan to return here with my girlfriend very soon. One would not go wrong with a stay at the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale.

The Ritz always has great service, rooms, etc. Our room was comfortable and lovely, the bathroom was HUGE, a big plus in my book. Extras cost as expected with the Ritz, overall a nice hotel, right on the water and the pool area was superb!

Just needed a quick escape. This is a top notch hotel. They really understand the concept of customer service. Had a poor experience in their restaurant one morning but boy did they make up for it the next morning. Only one complaint: There are no ice machines on any of the floors. So, if I wanted a cold glass of water I had to call. Sometimes waited 30 minutes or so which isn't long but still. The Spa is top notch as well. Great Steam room etc... Everybody there at all levels tries their hardest. Expensive place but worth it.

Next time the construction of the new restaurant will be completed. That will make it even better.

The hotel from the lobby to the guest room to the pool bathroom is clean and well maintained. The service staff are friendly and very helpful. The view of the ocean is spectacular from our room, the pool area, and the dining areas. The Spa is gorgeous and very relaxing. My husband and I went for a relaxing getaway and that's exactly what we experienced. We had a couples massage at the spa and sunbathed by the pool. The food was very good from the pool cafe and In room dining. Within walking distance there are a variety of restaurants to choose from, the Casablanca was my favorite. Delicious meals, wonderful deserts, and beautiful ocean views. There was some renovation going on during our trip, but we did not experience any disturbance. Great experience.
