Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

From check in to checkout, we visited all of the amenities...restaurants, bars, pool, coffee shop, gift shop, beach. All were excellent and accommodating.

Great resort for couples and families. Walking distance to many shops & restaurants.

Strongly recommend this hotel. It is a 20 minute or so ride from airport. Staff was fantastic (minus one less than helpful woman at check-in, but a manager intervened). Housekeeping staff was lovely and super solicitous (thank you Sol!). The bell hop spend 15 minutes or so with us upon dropping off our bags, providing us tons of restaurant and attraction recommendations. The rooms were well maintained. Perhaps could use new carpeting, but other furnishings were new. There were adequate restaurant options at our hotel - or we could hop on tip-only souped up golf cart (upon ordering) to an area with more options (Las Olas - Bucco' Tacos and Louie Bossi's were fantastic).

This hotel is amazing, the rooms are fabulous. The staff are friendly. Its across from the beach. Walking distance to other restaurants and thw wine and spirit store. The service is absolutely amazing! The food at 3s next door is absolutely delicious. This is my 2nd rime staying here and I plan on returning very soon.

Quick 3 day getaway to get out of the winter weather. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Loved the room and location. Great service at the front desk, bellmen were awesome and the pool and the staff were A+. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food and service was very good. LOVED IT!!

First, Orbitz description of room was wrong - overstated size. So, I had to take a different rrom. Once that was settled, one of the two beds was uncomfortable, but the other was ok. Good facilities, and very nice staff and wonderful location. Excellent breakfast.

Amazing hotel, everything perfect!! The staff, the food, the room. Thnks Hilton family.

Overall, this hotel was what you should anticipate from the Hilton line of resorts. I've been to a few Hilton resorts that were either outdated or were not performing at level that was expected. This hotel was nearly perfect. The only issue I had during stay was related to iron being dirty and causing stain on shirt that I was attempting to iron. I recommend that they replace current outdated irons and validate they are clean. With this small exception, everything else met or exceeded expectations.

The staff were excellent. They were friendly and accomondating. The first day we didn't have hot water. They said they fixed it but the 2nd day it wasn't working either. So they moved us and also gave us free breakfast. So that was very nice. Then Hurricane Matthew came upon us so all the staff weren't able to work for 2 days. So our room wasn't cleaned those 2 days and we totally understand that that couldn't be helped. They gave us 50% off of 2 days hotel fee which was only $25.00 total discount. Otherwise the hotel is very nice. Our main problem was the very expensive hotel parking. It was 34.95 plus tax a day. We were there for 6 days so that was expensive. And last we got free beach chairs but had to pay 20.00 a day if we wished to have an umbrella.

Check in was quick , friendly staff, room was clean and spacious..loved the kitchenette in the room. The only downpart was that the hotel next to it is remodeling and it was awfully loud even with the balcony door shut from 8am to 5 pm .

Love the hotel and service. Excellent staff and cloooose to the beach.

The hotel room had broken chair legs and the couch had torn fabric. We moved rooms due to loudness of street we could not sleep. The new room had more broken chairs and another couch that had torn fabric. Staff was great. Seams like they need to upgrade some of the furniture, it is the Hilton.

. .... .... .... .... .... .... Fine. Very nice...

I have stayed here twice and both times were amazing. The staff is extremely accommodating and more than willing to go above and beyond for their guest. The first time I stayed here was a family vacation, I was told upon arrival, that my reserved suite had a water leak, and I had to stay in a junior suite (which was a little smaller), I was very disappointed, as I had just spend 6 days in Miami, where I wasn't able to get the room I had reserved either. The hotel manager most certainly went above and beyond to do EVERYTHING within his power to make sure I was happy. The accommodations and GREAT customer service I received on my first trip is the entire reason I decided to stay here again. Upon the arrival of my second trip, everything was perfect, my entire stay. For now on, this is the hotel my family and I will stay at every time we go to Ft. Lauderdale!!!

First time in Fort Lauderdale. Exactly what I imagined it to be which is awesome! And add to that, our stay in Hilton makes it perfect! Would love to come back to this hotel

The hotel was AWESOME. The hotel staff was excellent. Rooms were clean & the location was perfect. I will definitely be coming back to visit.

Its a great hotel. Stayed in a one bedroom suite, perfect for 2 people. Had a full kitchen, nice living room. Great location, right on the beach in Fort Lauderdale. Really good pool but it only gets sun until 3pm. Good restaurant / bar downstairs called Sun, Surf, Sand. not a ton of night life around the hotel but its only a 5 min cab ride to all the clubs and bars.

This was an awesome hotel. Would plan on staying here again. Amazing huge room, very clean

Arrived at 3pm for check in, room not ready. I was told to leave my number and they would send up amenities for my inconvenience. 2 hours later's I came to the desk and was met with a new staff who knew nothing. The poor service continued...

Great stay at a Hilton well-located near both shopping and great restaurants!
