Office staff was nice, the process was well explained, and the room was satisfactory.

We asked for a second floor accommodation but were placed right by the garbage dumpster....the staff was unreachable unless you physically went to the office as there are no phones in the rooms, also when we tried to call them, were put on a loop hold where no one ever answer.

They need to clean their floors better because its always a sandy feeling... or put brooms on the rooms

Hollywood Beach properties are basically a series of run-down apartments that have been repurposed for motel stay. Ours had a teeny tiny bathroom but it did have a kitchen with an old old but functional microwave. AC worked. Walking distance to beach. $25 charged extra for parking. Checking-in Clerk ignored me and kept talking to her coworker about dating and sex life. It was such a turn off. I could tell even her coworker was uncomfortable.

The place had a lot of room and space. I liked the kitchen but what i didn't like was the fact that the window was broken and i had to put a chair on top of the table to cover the window. I qas afraid anyone could have gotten in through the window. The staff were polite. Another thing i didn't like was that i git charged 16.00 for 1 day parking that was ridiculous.

Found a huge dead roach when i woke up. Didnt find out i had to pay 16.00 a day for parking until i got there. The floor was super dirty i had to keep my ahoes on the whole time.

Second stay with this group. The efficiency apartment we were in only had a college dorm sized fridge, so no freezer for ice. That drove our costs up with buying a bag of ice each day and a cooler that we couldn't take back on the plane, and limited what food we could cook since the apartment did have a small stove. The tv got 1 local channel and 2 stations that had really old shows on all the time.

Great check in staff. Wish I got his name, because everyone else was indifferent and unaccomodating. Our room was clean, which was the main concern for us from all the reviews. The hotel needs a major overhaul and I guess they decided to do that while we were staying there because the second morning, there was furniture from all the rooms in the courtyard. The pool area was decent during the week, but come Friday night and through the weekend, there were tons of people at the pools blaring Spanish music and drinking heavily. No place to sit even if you wanted to. People sat outside until 5am making tons of noise. Definitely not what I expected.

RUN AND DON’T LOOK BACK. The room smelled like mold and the “sofa bed” is not something that a grown adult could sleep on. They let you sign a form saying that that there is no refund knowing that the rooms are shit. Wasted over $600 for a from I never slept in...$140 upgrade+$115 parking and “hotel fees” +price when booked with flight. Great distance to the beach but that’s all the offers...DONT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THAT ARE MORE THAT ONE STARS...it’s all lies

I was happy that my room was provided with a hair dryer so I didn’t have to pack one. I was also pleased that everything in the room worked. Microwave, refrigerator, air conditioner and hot water worked. I was unhappy that the room was dirty. It was tidy but dirty. I had to buy wipes to clean the floor. The wipes were very dirty so I don’t believe the floors had been mopped for awhile. The table and chairs were also very dirty. You could see the visible dirt built up on them from time of being used and never being properly cleaned. I stayed there 4 nights. I used the door tag to not be disturbed the second day. The 3rd day I used the tag that stated the room needed to be serviced so I could get clean towels. I never received towels when I got back later that day. I went to the office and requested towels. They do not keep them in the office and stated that they would let the cleaning crew know to bring some. I never received towels. The next day I left for the entire day. Again I put the tag on the door stating that the room needed to be serviced and cleaned. When I got back that evening again my room had not been replenished or towels and my trash had not been emptied. Again I went to the office and since they only have beach towels in that area that is what I was given. I was disappointed in the dirty room and zero services for my room during my 4 night stay.

Very close proximity to the beach. Room seemed a bit thrown together and not enough bathroom linens for the amount of people the room was able to accommodate.
