Great hotel with great pool. Fantastic view wth walkway to beach.

we preferred older restaurant instead of mexican upscale restaurant LONA. but great hotel, great staff , nice rooms amd good value. be aware of standard resort fees and high parking fee if you have a car

I was awoken at 2am by my neighbors due to the thinness of the walls. Even at normal tones, it was still possible to hear their conversation. Security was called but as mentioned, normal talking could still be heard through the walls. I was also not a fan of the "resort fee" having not utilized the amenities. Not really fair to charge that if I don't use them.

Great service. Front desk staff upgraded us free of charge. Room was beautiful with a great view.

I had a great experience but i was not informed about the hotel parking conditions.

It’s was amazing the staff is very friendly and willing to help I will recommend this hotel thanks for a great vacation

nice hotel and near the beach ...nice restaurants..

Great location. Friendly staff. Only complaint I see the flooring in our room needs replacement.

I would love complementary morning coffee. Stayed at seven hotels, nearly $40 for coffee a week

The king sized mattress in my suite was broken. There was a large dip in one side of the mattress which forced both my wife and I to sleep on one side to avoid the crater. We complained to a manager on duty but nothing was done to address the issue. To make things worse, the manager was very arrogant and in sympathetic to the situation. Not even apology! I am extremely disappointed with this property and would not go back.

I don't usually give reviews, but the staff went above and beyond to help me during my visit. Leo you are awesome!!

Great time in fort Lauderdale. The staff was great

This is an older hotel. It's better to stay in the main tower where the lobby and pool are. The walkway between towers is so hot. The elevators were not working to get you across to the beach, so that was inconvenient. Loved that you got two chairs on the beach for each room.

Upon check in we noticed our carpet was damp and smelly we asked the front desk to bring us a dehumidifier which took 2 days. I had proof of plenty of text messages and calls corresponding to the hotel the dehumidifier did not really work that well they never offered to move us until our last day which is a pain above 2 small children into adjoining hotel rooms. You're clearly was a problem thing to humidifier filled up after an hour and even hotel staff commented on the small and definatly a problem when you have children with asthma. I'm upset because I spent over $300 to upgrade to ocean view and we could not enjoy my room. The breakfast is the same every single day you will get bored quick and it is very expensive $20 for fruit and toast and if you add in the hot food it's $28. The gentleman who makes the omelets is a jam he sings is so personable, But hes off on Mondays and Tuesdays the woman that fills in for him as horrible it took her 6 tries to make me a Friday she blamed it on the Pam she said the Pan was sticking. The Mexican restaurant is horrible. It would be nice of the rooms had microwaves in the refrigerators were colder.
