This is a VERY OLD property. Facilities somewhat shabby. But the price was right (about a Benjamin for a night), the beds were clean and comfy with lots of fluffy pillows and cold A/C. Great location right on the beach. If you are looking for a great location to lay your head for a good price, this is for you. If you are looking for new luxury, this is not for you.

there is nothing to add. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. there is nothing to add. restroom was dirty and my bed was full of hair. outlets didn’t work at all. what else to add?

Hotels.com is misrepresenting this property. It is in complete disarray. A terrible shame as after I investigated found it is historic. It's mostly beyond repair. There are people living there! And a black "goo" gets on your socks from the carpet. Completely unsuitable for women and children. All amenities advertised are not operable. No restaurant, no bar, broken gym equipment. I said hello to a woman who appeared to be housekeeping, she ran into the room she was cleaning and closed door. This appears to be a foreign owned business with illegals working there. I did not feel safe. The staff of the hotel next door told me they often console guests that had been scammed by this property . The only nice thing was the front office staff. So kind and apologetic. They are doing best they can under horrible circumstances. A complete refund will be sought through proper legal channels.

I actually had a good stay. The location is great and the price was very decent. But her first checked in my room wasn't totally clean but the check-in service person gave me another room with no issues when everything went smooth from there. Will definitely stay here again.

I only gave one star because it wouldn’t allow zero. This was one of the worst stays of my life. To start off, the place was not clean, there was only one working plug in the bathroom. We initially weren’t too concerned because we only booked this place to sleep and we overlooked some of the cleaning things since we were just sleeping and brought our owns sheets anyways. But then…there were literally multiple roaches and we had to leave immediately! The front desk would not address the two nights we stayed or offer any refund for the prepaid stay, said they “weren’t in the business of giving refunds, that’s what you get for booking through Expedia, not our problem.”

Gross. Just gross.
The location is great and the staff seem to care. The bed was comfortable. That is the only good part. It’s decrepit. Looked like heaven for cockroaches. Rust and stains everywhere. Just old and dirty. Parking lot is a horror as well- are barely fit. Curtains are old and all musty and just gross. Sad as so much possibility for the place if they just painted it and put in clean carpets and upgraded. Internet never worked and nothing they can do about it. Would never stay here again. Seems like some homeless type people on the lower floors and the more clean looking people on the upper floors. Also the signs are awful- to get to the lower numbers you need to walk outside on that floor.
