It was a convenient location. Breakfast looked good but there were so many people there was no place to sit. Our fault for waiting until the end of breakfast hours.
I read recent negative reviews but after staying at the Hampton Ft Lauderdale-Pompano Beach property I was so pleased that I think the others must have reviewed the wrong property. This property was immaculate, the hot breakfast was more than adequate, and everyone on the staff was pleasant and helpful.
Pet fee is higher than stated on Orbitz. It’s $75 plus tax for up to two pets for only three nights.
Nice hotel as long as you don’t need anything from the staff with the exception of the ground maintenance guy the rest leave a lot to be desired tried 3 times same each time
Where do I begin with this horrible hotel. First red flag one of the elevators didn’t work. Then we found dirty socks in our room when we first got there. We asked for the room to be cleaned 5 times and finally it was semi cleaned. Staff not friendly and to top it all off on our last day both elevators weren’t working. We had to bring our luggage down from the 3rd floor. We stayed there 4 nights and the first elevator remained out of service the entire stay. Keep away from this hotel there are plenty other in the area.

We apologize that you were not happy with your stay. We did have someone available helping people with luggage due to the untimely event that we were waiting for a part for one elevator and the second one went out and we had to wait for the technician that was hours away when the call was made. We do understand it was an inconvenience and apologize for that.

We are sorry about the inconvenience during your stay. One elevator was waiting for a part and when the other one went out we called the tech immediately but he was hours away. We did have someone assisting with luggage
