Very clean , staff was friendly. One thing we would suggest . The shower floor is very slippery. No grab bars . Maybe a non skid mat would help. We love this hotel though. Our 4 th time here!

The location of this hotel is perfect! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach right out the door. It's definitely a dated hotel, though, with few amenities. You are paying for the location, that's about it.

The beach view was excellent. The stay was complicated by continuous loud music from a speaker from the adjacent restaurant that started around 7:30 a.m. and lasted till 10 p.m. Avoid the rooms adjacent to the lobby on the second floor. The room was clean, the desk staff were excellent. No real amenities to speak of. You are paying for the location and view. The hotel has only two rooms with real balconies so don't anticipate one unless you request it.

The cleaning staff were responsive and invested in making guests happy. Front desk staff could have been a lot more helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Also, one of the main reasons I chose this location was so I could sleep with the windows open for the fresh air and sound of waves but found out that the windows are sealed shut- this should have been communicated prior to booking.

Clean rooms, nice staff, and great location on the boardwalk. The only issue was checking in for parking (you will block the busy street check-in. I had to drive around more than five times to get the one spot open for check-in, and there is no parking available next to it. We had to park at the next-door locations parking and walk 5 minutes with luggage to the entrance of the hotel, since many cars are waiting for the one parking spot to check in as well. Not the best set up for check-in. Then our room really loud. It was right next to all the AC units so didn't sleep well that night. But our room kept cold for being right next to the outside AC units.
