Nice but not wash the seat batheroom and matress not really good all the rest excellent

They had a leak the day before on our floor and floor above. Got off the elevator to a moldy old stinky smell that lasted for 2 days. I had a headache from it. The huge glass door leading to the entrance of the lobby was filthy, so I sorta knew what to expect. We had the mariner view so maybe I had the worst level, not sure. The outside by pool was nice, so most of our time was spent in that area. I'm a Hilton Honors member but checking in that made no difference, as they asked for huge deposits per day, and parking was $27 per day which I didn't expect. I'm guessing since I made all the arrangements through Orbitz. Never again!

I like to go back for my next trip. Everything was perfect.

We were there on pleasure, got to the hotel the bellmen looked at us as we struggled with our bags. The elevator was under construction. We asked for help getting our bags up, the guy who took them up didn't offer to show us around of give us ice.....but made sure to wait for a tip. When we checked out the staff was rude. However when the manger got there (who was wonderful) everyone suddenly was very nice....it was annoying to say the least

The hotel was clean and most staff was friendly and accommodating...

I booked our hotel on line and when we got there they very smoothly tried to get us to upgrade our room to have a better view. The room they gave us was one of a few in the whole hotel with no balcony. Then it was $25 day extra to park, extra for water in the room etc. Beware of hotels with lots of add ons. We needed the shower drain unplugged and the technician came up right away so thumbs up for that. The hotel is right on the water taxi route do that was good too.

Every time we had to get out from the parking lot, we had a problem with the key card. They re-activated our cards and gave us additional card but that didn't work at first also. We will avoid this hotel in the future.

It is worth upgrading to room that is not in the building over the parking lot. The gym is small, but works and the outdoor stretching area is very nice.

There were leftovers still in the room refrigerator from prior guests. I had to remake the bed because the blanket tags were at the head of bed hitting us in the face. Facility needs repairs and updates.

My first experience with Hilton Honors was awful. My room was noisily nestled between the parking lot, elevator and the gift shop. I don't know who I made mad to give me this room. The loud noises had me startled in my sleep all night. This was my first HHonors stay and at this point I feel Dis-Honored. Hilton asked what they could do for us and then after I told them they did nothing but wish us happy holidays.

Noisy, no soundproof, staff not very helpful. Valet parking was the only good service

Poor quality of service from the staff and not very good location for shopping.

1 night stay pre cruise! Great location to see port. Close to airport and across waterway from Port. Walking distance to shopping and dining.

it was confortable, the service in tha pool was great, the food very good, the pool very nice, not overcrowd.

The room is outdated, ugly but what is worse the cleanliness was terrible. The toilet seat had spots and hair. The white doors (entrance and bathroom) around the handles were grey of dirt. Cannot believe I paid for a 4 star Hilton. I felt cheated.

Great location and staff. Pool-facing rooms are privy to bar noise, even on weekdays. But fresh air, room decor, restaurant, and staff make this a good bet.

Hotel is certainly dated and in need of a deep clean. The rooms are small and hard to navigate, especially with small children. Prices of the restaurants at the hotel are ridiculous and we did not choose to frequent them. Only thing going for this hotel is the location. We got a deal through a booking agency otherwise a room is definitely not worth the price.

Very nice getaway...probably book this hotel on our next cruise vacation for before and after activities.

Very understaffed. 1 pool attendant (he is nice but overwhelmed) for over 100 people. They used a wide angle lens on the pool. It was not this nice. Constant lines at reception. Location is not good. This is a major hub for the cruise lines. Lots of people coming in off the boats. Not relaxing at all. Hotel needs a make over. Only good part was the valet service although that costs $30 with parking.

Picked this hotel because it was close to the cruise ship ports. We had two nights booked, prior to sailing and the return day. Our first room was nice overlooking the marina. The outdoor restaurant/bar was ok-too many children running around and even one little waif 's consistent begging for a virgin drink at the bar. Food was way over priced for the value but figured where we were and the festive atmosphere it was the norm for Ft. Lauderdale. The fun part of the evening occurred after we had retired for the night in our room. What was thought to be a drunk banging on doors turned out to be actual firemen dressed in firemen gear. Apparently there was some sort of noxious smell in our wing and we had to evacuate for about an hour. All guests congregated in the indoor bar area where we had the pleasure of listening to the guitar player. He was the bright shining moment in our night. The desk clerk did comp us our breakfast the next day which was nice considering the price of the breakfast was again too high for what was served. We were able to book a shuttle to the pier (for $6 each) through the hotel but ended up taking the Royal Caribbean shuttle as we were told by the valet staff to stand in the wrong place and we missed the paid for shuttle. On our return trip we were upgraded to a room with a pool view that we could only see through the massive tree in front of our balcony. This was actually okay as we could leave the drapes open and no one could see in the room. The room had a whooshing sound like water running through a coffee pot. After a while we even brought in the maid to see if she could hear it and she could but did not know what it was. Finally we were able to surmise it was the refrigerator so we simply unplugged the thing to peace and quite. The bathroom could use some TLC and a little bit of remodeling but it served the purpose. Thinking we were only going to need the room for one night we let it go. Then the batteries on the TV remote went out and after the front desk restarted the Direct TV to no avail the maintenance staff had to deliver us a new battery and expected us to replace it and take our chances that it would work. Upon checking out the computers were down and we handed over our room keys to someone with a clipboard praying that no additional charges would be assessed. The location of this hotel is good. There is a wonderful water taxi close by and of course close to cruise ships. This, however, brought on an onslaught of guests into the front lobby and waiting areas causing mass confusion and crowded walk ways. I would say the hotel was dated and a little run down. We did not stay in the towers so I cannot report on what those rooms were like. We would probably opt to stay at another facility in the future.
