The breakfast attendant Donna was pleasant and always kind and understanding. The housekeeping supervisor Brenda was attentive and extrenely helpful. The room was nice, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with the beach and boardwalk both within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive. We did experience a few inconveniences during our stay. First, there is no elevator to access the second floor, which may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. When we arrived in our room, the toilet was not working, so we had to contact the front desk to have it addressed. Another issue was the pool area. Although the posted pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., there were people swimming and screaming in the pool around 11:30 p.m. Additionally, during a severe thunderstorm with heavy rain, lightning, and thunder, our air conditioning unit began leaking, allowing water to come into the room. We contacted the front desk and had to use towels to keep the water from spreading. Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and appreciated the friendly staff, but the maintenance issues and lack of enforcement of the pool hours took away from what could have been a much better experience.

Only 4. chairs by the pool , dirty wash cloth left from previous stay which tends me the room was not cleaned very good asked to have it cleaned and get a couple extra towels never happened , additional $18 per day to park . Room has kitchenette with nothing in it .

Well I have to say … the building is very old, we rented 5 rooms for the weekend… humidity smell, rooms were clean some bathrooms better than others but building has termites and live ones…. One of the beds the bottom mattress cover was ripped in many ways. Nevertheless I rented through EXPEDIA and on the add Expedia makes it believe the property is on the boardwalk … IT’S NOT. It’s 2 blocks away. Even though it’s walking distance. When you rent here they have like maybe 10 properties they manage and they tell you there’s 5 pools 😳😳 I wouldn’t go in them. Well I won’t be staying here again but staff is very nice and the courtyard with tables and chairs is nice too. Sorry but I had to say what I experienced ..
