Ocean Manor Beach Hotel

Very nice stay, friendly staff and beautiful beach. A little way from the busy part of the beach, but that's what we preferred. Loved the tiki bar, we would definitely stay there again.

Vivian and Rafael were incredible , when booking third party your not sure what your getting but staff was more than accommodating location was perfect. Yes place needs to be updated but on the ocean with a great view everything you need in walking distance can't wait to go back

it was awesome, great customer service, clean room, great price, great food.

The view from the oceanfront room was great (over the pool area and there is beach)- and the hotel is on the beach. The room was clean. However, there is quite a bit that needs updating (broken tiles, missing handles on furniture drawers - there are many many drawers, bathroom features are old and door is very old). The main downside to this hotel, however, is that the walls are paper thin. Ive stayed her a few times and this was the first time there have been many people staying. I could hear EVERYTHING in my neighbors' rooms- from drunk midnight singing to bathroom going. Im not sure how they could fix that, but it would be nice if they did offer 'quiet' floors perhaps for those coming in for work.

We spent a night that was great, relaxed and comfortable. Only thing that did not like was that Restaurant on first floor was not open, due to Renovations, but the Hotel was very clean, nice smell, very nice staff and the Ticky Bar was amazing !!

I had heard about this hotel from a buddy of mine who stayed there last summer and it lived up to everything he had said it would. Very courteous and friendly staff with a beach and pool that couldn't be closer! The tiki bar was awesome and I highly recommend the bloody Mary's !!!

Was here for 4th of July weekend. Our stay was nice. Had to pay a resort fee and daily parking. Not exactly why though. If you wanted to sit on their beach you had to pay addional for chairs and umbrellas. Not sure if this is typical of a beach resort.

Room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and deck area were clean and inviting. Tiki bar was very cute. Beach access was so easy. great location for a vacation for a couple or a family. Would love to return.

Long story short if you want a hotel room that looks like there was multiple violent crimes committed inside your room with a great outdoor bar on the beach this is the hotel for you.

We took our 7 month old baby for our first family vacation. The room was very nice and spacious for us. Location was great. Convenient services. Even though we had to pay for valet it was worth it because it helped out a lot! My only complaint would probably be the temperature of the pool. It was very warm. While this was a good thing I would of preferred it to just be a bit cooler. Other than that I have no major complaints and we had a wonderful trip.

The location is great. The room is very cold and unwelcoming. The halls are gross. The front desk staff is disinterested and cold. The valet (a separate charge) is very friendly. If you are good at making your own party where ever you go, this hotel may work for you. Don't expect this hotel to make the ambiance, everyone there is basically trying to pull your money from the time you hit the property markers. The hall on the way to your room could trigger major depression if you don't like gross. In the end, know what your style is when you vacation. It is a low price for the location, but many things are in poor condition. The towels did smell good and the linens were clean and fresh.

As a frequent traveler for many years, this hotel is the living worst. it is truly a 2 star motel , and only because it's on the beach. The rooms were filthy. The website completely misrepresents the hotel. The rooms look nothing like the photos. I think they yanked them from another hotel chain site. I don't think This booking company realizes that this is a flea bag hotel. A luxury spa hotel, it is not! As it claims to be. The live-in owner, Frank, slips in and out as to not have to address his slummy hotel. Paid parking I accept, but be prepared to pay a $15 a day resort fee, what a joke, what resort? You will also have to pay for a chair on the beach, some resort. Several guests we bumped into, all were appalled at this hotel.

This hotel could really be a 4 star hotel if they would just put a little effort and a little work into it. The location and the view from my balcony were phenomenal but that's about it. I checked into my room after traveling all day and wanted to take a nap before dinner. As soon as I closed my eyes hammering and drilling began in the room next door. The housekeeping staff went over and told the men that a guest was complaining and his response was "I don't care". He began to apologize when he realized that I was standing in the hall but only because he realized I was there. I was refunded my resort fee because which helped a little but I'm still not sure what the resort fee covers since You have to rent chairs, umbrellas and towels at the beach. And the housekeeping staff is a joke!! The first day she remade the bed without changing the sheets and the second day she asked if I wanted service and I told her to please change the sheets, which she did but she didn't change the pillow cases!! I didn't know I had to be specific. She didn't clean the bathroom even though there was sand all over the floor and never left clean towels even though she took the dirty ones. There was dust on the headboard of the bed and she never wiped a table. Again this could be a really nice place if they just stepped there game up a bit.

The hotel was well worth what we paid for. Everything was great except for parking issues... The hotel takes zero responsibility for their valet. There was one man in particular who made it worse but I'm not pointing fingers. They should really tell you from the beginning how parking works. It sucks... Anyway besides that the hotel was great. Drinks were a little pricey but we soon realized it's Florida and everywhere we went drinks were pricey.

When i checked in i felt welcomed, until i entered the one bedroomsuite which i paid an extra 300$ for. Also asked for ocean view, the staff told be would be an additional 70$. I said ok, not realizing it was per day. So that was another 400$. 700$ over budget for a room that had no lock on balcony door, and to my surprise add joining room did not lock( I AWOKE WITH A STRANGER IN THE LIVING ROOM) , he was just as freaked out. Dirty dirty dirty place. Do not stay at Ocean Manor ever!!! Rude staff!!! Tiki bar however is wonderfull during day shift.. Till 6pm then it gets skecthy!! Beach was nice but i saw alot of litter.. Will never be back to area ever again. Over all it sucked!!!

Great location on the beach, but our room was very outdated and not very clean. Rust in several places in the bathroom, the shower didn't work properly, and the floors were dirty. Only 1 of the 3 locks on the door worked. There was a hotel party going on that lasted until 4 am so was not able to rest much. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

Pretty awful, needs major improvement. Dirty, some areas disgusting but bar and food were great. Management was rude. Staff was great! Beds were comfortable.

The hotel was good, the room felt a bit tight, small bathroom, nice beach, outside restaurant had a good variety of food, the fridge was leaking, and a lot of the channels on the cable box where not working.

Location was perfect close to a lot of places we wanted to see.The water in the pool was colder than the ocean. We were surprised at first we had to pay for parking and found out later we could have parked across the street.
